I visited Wilhelm Jan. 22, 2021. Miguel who showed me the Park was extremely nice. I am disabled and he was very accommodating. If I was giving a rating on him and how I was treated it would be a 5 star.As far as the Park itself, it did seem pretty quiet, which was a plus. However, the homes were right on top of each other, and it seemed very run down. The lot rent seemed very high ($ 427.00) which would be increased to $439.00 in March. I wasn’t really sure what that included, but it seems high for the condition of the place.
