Fantastic store, products, and service. Ordered a colt mag lower in 9mm, and the lower was very nice and had many useful extra features like set screws instead of roll pins. Sadly it was not the right product for my build, but the product was well built, and aggressively priced. Would absolutely buy from again in the future.

I had a great experience. Staff super friendly and very helpful. They really know there stuff. My first time buying suppressor I thought it was going to be a big hassle but they do all the hard work for you. They also have on site cerakote. So after I got my Kriss Vector with suppressor they painted it up all Boon Dock Saints for me it looks phenomenal.

I had ordered one of their M9 stripped lowers - the colt patterned 9mm AR lower - back in October of 2016. The ejector is thin and made of soft steel so it started to deform after the first range trip. I sent a message via the website asking if I could BUY another ejector and was told to call. The man I spoke to (Mr. G or Jeeves? I wasnt quite sure on how he was pronouncing his name) was quick to say theyd send me another one. He didnt ask for any contact info so I assumed theyd use what was on file from my order. After a few weeks, I called back - spoke to the same man - and he said they were experiencing delays with theyre vendor. About 4 months later, I still hadnt heard back or received the ejector so I sent another message through the site. I was ignored. I then tried posting a review through the website and it too was ignored.It appears that they dont monitor the contact from customers on their website well, and it also appears that if thats not the case then they censor their reviews. This isnt a one star review because I was able to get the lower working properly by doing some work and tempering the ejector myself.

These guys always take care of me. I have made multiple purchases and every time they truly underpromise and over deliver.

If I can leave zero stars I would. These guys are crooks. I spent over $5000 with them and got ripped off. They built a Gun that was out of spec and will not fire. I sent it back to them three times and they cannot figure it out but kept saying the gun was fixed. Either incompetent and or a scammer. Either one means I’ll never do business again there and try to hopefully save people from doing business with them in the future if possible.

Went to their store front after seeing it online and not realizing it was an appointment only style. The guy who came out front was polite and talked with me for a bit, he then gave me his card and told me to check their website for what they had available. I did so and saw that they do custom engraving, with a large variety of custom engraving Service. I used their website to ask them about how I would set up getting something engraved. While they responded quickly, they recommended a place in California. If they are going to advertise for a service, they should probably do it themselves, or at least give a notice that they dont offer it in house. I had planned on using them for custom engraving of my AR15 lower and then a full cerakote of the AR when it was completed. Now, Ill spend my money else where.

Awesome place

I bought a new $2500 short barrel AK.After waiting eight months for the tax stamp. The weapon would not fire I sent it back to gunpoint three times and they could not fix it but all three times he sent it back and said it was fixed. The owner was very disrespectful and finally told me take it somewhere of my choice and they will pay for to be fixed. I sent it to a local guy here in Pennsylvania to fix it And it cost me $750. When I told the owner how much it cost he thought I was trying to rip him off. He didn’t send me any money and I was stuck with the bill in a gun that was no longer brand new for a total of 3,250. They built the short barrel a.k.a. and it was completely out of spec. Please save yourself the money, headaches and aggravation And deal with someone who stands behind their product and is not scam artist like these guys. I would never ever do business there again.

Ruger 10/22 Gemtech MistI bought a ruger 10/22 Gemtech mist from Felix, he and Joe were very helpful and were extremely patient waiting nearly a full year for the ATF to issue the tax stamp on the weapon. They did the transfer and completed the paperwork in just a few minutes, Very good experience I will use them again.Andrew
