Was trying to pawn a laptop and It has a tiny crack, not on screen, but on corner part around it, and I told her I didnt think about it being a problem and the lady was VERY RUDE. She told me Thank you for thinking, in smart a$$ attitude. I understand couldnt take it, but dont need to be so d*** rude. Ill never go back

Just left and have to say....Best pawn shop around town!! The employees have alot of fun there and really know how to treat their customers. I went to super pawn and they offered me $20 on my phone but Kristy, i think she is the manager, offered me $60 because she took the time to look it up. I will always go there!

This Shop is absolutely the best! The staff is so friendly and the Managers there are helpful. They are knowledgeable of most items and always give a fair value.

I want to say that Luz sold me jewelry . She is very helpful to get a good price. I go here alot and the manager is nice. They always help me when I need money. I will not go to the other places becasue they are rude. I love cash america.

I just bought a firearm from Kristy. She made the process so easy. I am not sure why other stores take so long. I did my check on a Ipad and it was really easy. Go see her. She is easy to work with.

Worst service i have ever experience at any pawnshop. Walked in to try to sell some items i have, it is all new stuff in boxes, blue tooth speakers, mini fridge, gaming headset, everything either new or out of the box, manager tall guy dint even bother to look at anything, he stopped me halfway walking in carrying my stuff saying, I dont want you stuff but bring gold and guns if you have any... most positive reviews im finding here must be from its own employees.

Great customer service! Always clean inside and the best deals I have found in any pawn shop! Very fair on selling items as well, plus they pay the most for gold!

I dont know why people hate on this store so much. They are absolutely wonderful people who are sympathetic to hurting peoples needs. They joke around with people and are always willing to answer any questions you have. Just because they wont take a busted ass cellphone people wanna get all bitchy. Alot of people say they will come back for their stuff but never do.. So if you dont want your time wasted.. Bring in valuable stuff and they may offer you more. Best pawn shop in town. 10/10!

Tried to rip us off offering $20 for an item I went down the street to their competitor and was offered $50. The manager, bigger dark haired woman, was very rude and lacking in customer service - very rude to my blind husband.Go to Americas Super Pawn they are fair, polite, and do not waste your time.

They had three items i wanted, $180 total, one was a rifle. they wanted an ID to look at it. No other pawn store or gun shop does that. Lost a customer and makes me wonder if this isnt an Identity theft attempt.

Very friendly staff always go out of there way to help me. Kristy gives the best deal in town. If you want a gun she is the person you want to know.

Been coming here for many years loyal customer bought a tool on Friday it was broken I tried to exchange it for something else I didn’t even want my money back but the manager wasn’t willing to do that so now you’ve lost me as a customer forever

This place has the worst customer service I can say I have ever seen no joke. I was looking at the jewelry nearest for employees theyre standing around doing absolutely nothing and not one person wanted to help or ask me if I need help. So after ten minutes of standing there looking at them look at me then look away I decided to leave , then as I got to the door than asked me if I needed help. Very sad that this pawnshop has went down so much I used to buy so much from there. Will never return now for sure.

Stood in line for an hour just for them to glance, not appraise, not even check the brands, of watches I decided to sell. Among these watches, one was a Daytona Rolex. Told them one is a Rolex and would they at least look at that. Woman glanced at it, & said she didn’t believe it was a Rolex. I even told them I have certified papers, they said no thanks, I don’t think it’s real. Terrible customer service. Should have at least looked at my documents or at the very least looked at the watch. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time and losing my business since I was going to be purchasing firearms from you with the amount of money I would’ve received from trading my watch. 0 Stars.

I just pulled into Cash America Pawn in Bradenton I was going in to buy a ring that I saw yesterday Im 70 years old Im on oxygen and I accidentally locked my keys in my car you can imagine I was very stressed out I went into the store to get into the air conditioning trying to come down and they wouldnt even let me use their bathroom they said they dont have one for the public I am now waiting across the street from my friends to bring me my spare car keys but I dont ever recommended these people to purchase anything from with a bad experience I just had that they would treat an old lady on oxygen like this that was in need of help

HORRIBLE customer service, the employees are very rude. Tried to tell me my phone was only worth 20$ and when I didnt want to sell it, they got angry with me!

This place is very fair for a pawn shop yes there is something they wont take because they dont have a clients for it but for the most part they will help however they can very good place to do business I will continue to come back
