Today I had the pleasure of working with Caden. He was coming over to install a keypad and two new remotes for the car. As we talked about my current motor he advised that it was original and a new motor would come with the keypad and remotes for not that much more. Please let me tell you, he was not pushy at all!!! He simply told me my options and then I felt comfortable to make my own decision. It took him about an hour from start to finish, and he did it all with a smile on his face. He was easy to converse with which is something I always appreciate with customer service. I highly recommend this company!! And if you have the pleasure of having Caden as your rep, you won’t be disappointed!

After a very long afternoon cleaning the garage with my teenagers, we happily finished up. I still had a goodwill trip to make, and a busy night ahead of me. My son begged- please mom, are we finally done?! Can I close the garage door now??? Yep, I said. He clicked the garage door button, and the door started to close but jerked back up and the light flashed. We moved everything away from the sensors that seemed to be remotely close- but no go. After 15 minutes of the same result and worry about what could be the problem I called Garage Service Today and spoke with Caden Hutchins- right away, no automated systems or long wait times. He was so patient to listen to my problem, and then walked me through some diagnostics and instructions- and Whoo-hoo my garage door started to work again.
