We were at the shell gas station on 4-24-21 and had the best experience because Elvin was working that day! He is an outstanding employee and ALWAYS has a great personality and very friendly! Love to go anytime to shell at 3612 Cortez road west , Bradenton, FL .Thank you , Twins

The only gas station that every time I go I get hassled by bums or watch shady looking exchanges go down on the east side of the parking lot by the trees!Chuck, the employee, is the only reason I gave 2 stars. He is friendly and is the best thing about this place!

11 minutes agoI just left this Shell station in tears. The kid working behind the counter was so rude, I cant believe it. I asked him rhetorically why my purchase was more than other shells and he said How the f... Should I know I thought he was joking. I told him He cant talk to a customer like that. He said Im a customer too. Theres not enough room to put all the rude comments but sum it up with - He proceeded to yell and swear at me. I gave him back the stuff I was going to buy and walked out. Im astonished that this kid is allowed to work there and treat customers that way. I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone I know.

Alex is the bomb! Left a bank envelope with money and license on the counter and he grabbed it and saved it for me. Hes always awesome to see in the morning... happy and smiling. Knew I loved this guy! Haha. Thank you my friend.

Its convenient to where I stay when I come out here. Staff is friendly, but there always seems to be some drunk or drugged up character at this place. Maybe manatee county sheriffs should patrol this area a little bit more.

So, you leave the pumps on but shut the lights off outside, and leave the lights on inside the building after hours. Id appreciate it if you would leave the lights on at night so I can see if someone is lurking around tring to sneak up on me, or someone else. my opinion is shell charges more for gas but cant but leave the lights on for us

The cashier, Cedric, was very friendly and courteous. Good, clean looking store.

Alex the store clerk very disrespectful towards a vendor that was waiting in line.Not nice to treat sales people like that. We all got jobs that need to be done.Ridiculous, and I wont be going to this Shell location every again.
