Its always cool and comfortable inside with big wide isles. Customer service isnt hard to find and prices arent to shabby. I plan on going back.

Today I printed some photos at the Staples! Josh was very helpful and took the time to make sure the photos were the correct size and perfect color! Thank you Josh, if we need anything in the future - we will come back to this store! Great Service.

Something is wrong! This store has rude management. Printing is a joke. Please get a full staff! If I ask for red paper you should have it! Maybe because I am a teacher, you have no respect . I am hoping this manager gets a job he likes elsewhere.

Solid organization. Received excellent service from the manager and tech staff. Worked through a difficult problem which occurred during a file transfer. They made sure the issues were resolved. No hassle whatsoever.

Pointed out some conflicting sale information to the manager. Rather than look at the conflicting information I pointed out, he quickly “corrected me” and pointed to other tags that had the information he knew to be true. I immediately felt it was lost cause and started to make my way out, as he stared at the tag that I had previously pointed out. I don’t mind being wrong but, don’t look at customer and tell them they are wrong when the conflicting information they are reading was printed and displayed by your staff.

Great selection of items. Always someone on hand to answer any questions or concerns. Refunds are easily handled. Have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!

Great business and home office super store. They have it all from paper clips to office furniture and everything else you may need. Great source for business technology including computers, networking modems, routers, hubs and more. Great place to make copies, print from email attachments, scan, fax and more at reasonable rates.

When I go to staples, the staff is always friendly and ready to carry my heavy cases of paper out to my car. Also the rebates come directly to the customer, not in the form of on-line credit only to be used at the store. Youre great, Staples!

Jules, the very friendly and knowledgeable cashier made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Really cares about the customer, and went above and beyond for me.

I have not ever make an order in this store for me to find it on time nor for it to meet my expectation.I have to make 3 trips to the store for a sample business logo. I have submitted my order with my pick up time which one of the rep call me and tell me it will ready for my request time, but when I get there order was no where to be found, I was told the store has no toner and I have to drive an additional 25 minutes away to pick it up. I left the no order and not even apology.

The sales clerk was extremely helpful finding the ink for my printer & problem solving ink issues I am having. Quick in & out.

First of all its a ridiculously long automated list I have to listen to. Second, they ask WHO I want to talk to. Theyre going to send you to any one who will answer phone. Now, Im on what I endearingly call FOREVER HOLD. So far, 4 minutes.And all to find out if a stamp I ordered made is ready. They said 3 days ago they would call, but Ive heard from no one.Another hold to see if they can find it . . . after 1 minute, came back on line. Same man asked same questions.Again with name, company name. Then I gave order number.Anther hold . . . Came back to tell me it has to be sent away and dont know when it will be in.

The lady running the printing department is amazing. Shes polite, professional and knows how to multitask.

Staff knowledgeable about location of items in store. They take you right to the product you are seeking. Store is clean and well staffed.

Walked in about 15 mins ago to order some rack cards for advertising. The blonde woman behind the counter first says, “You can just go do this online you know”. Then just stared at us. I respond we wanted to talk to someone about numbers and paper quality for our advertising rack cards. She was extremely rude, somehow had no clue what a rack card is... you know a glossy, card stock rectangle flyer thing... she showed us normal thin sheet paper only and said they don’t have stuff like that!!!!!! Then said just go online. No thanks, we are going to Sir Speedy for all our printing needs for rack cards and magnets.

This store is a waste of a lease space. They have limited inventory and the print staff is Incompetent. After 2 days they blamed my files for for their inability to print four 24x36 pages and were rude when I called to ask when they would be ready. Office Depot printed them from the same USB stick in 10 minutes and were friendly doing it. At a minimum the entire staff should be replaced and if Staples cant find anyone better just close the place. Take the extra time and go to Office Depot, your blood pressure will thank you!!

Talk about a forgiveness policy. I just purchased a photocopy card to make legal-size copies at the store in West Bradenton (next to Publix) and because I was not familiar w/ their copiers I mistakenly pressed auto-color instead of auto-size. Anyway, I got color copies of things that were too small and could not use and when I asked to have the card credited I was told too bad that since it was my mistake. Yes I made a mistake but too bad for Staples, they lost a customer because of two pieces of paper.

Shopped online, picked up in store.... couldnt be any easier than that!
