Went in to look with my daughter. There was at least 5 people working only 6 people in store families. No one asked us if we needed any help. The employees mostly just chatted among themselves. Wasnt happy at all so we left.

Didnt have my size after trying 4 pair of Nike walking shoes (different styles) prices from $120-$170,no size 10.5 in stock, must be a popular size and if so someones not on the 🏀... Tighten up Champs!

10/10, got the shoes I needed they were patient. They even ordered the shoes they didnt have in my size got them today took only 3 days

Young sales people are very respectful and very knowledgable. They were very helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. Nice variety of shoes and products.

Horrible service and races. They all assume i didnt speak English. Like really??? I understood every single word yall said! An i dont need no translator. Thats actually my job. Dumb asses!!! Oooh and there phone is always busy. Dont recommend this place.

Do not go to this place, they have the worst workers here. The associate name Ed is a complete idiot, he doesnt know how to work the register at all, the first time I went into this store he wiped my gift card and cleared my card of the money on it. I had to wait on the phone with the giftcard company for 1 1/2 hours to get it fixed. Then today, I come into the store to pick up some shorts which was on a sales rack tell me that its the regular price. Im like how its on a sales rack, he tells me well thats the price. Hes rude and doesnt have good customer service like you would expect from Champs employees. The bad part is the manager (ABE), was just as rude after I asked him for the corporate number. If you can stand it drive up to UTC mall its way nicer and the customer service is way better. Spend your money at another store not this one. I would give this place a zero star if I could.

Great selection and knowledgeable associates! I enjoy coming here because I usually always find what I am looking for and if not they can order pretty much anything!
