Thomas Wells was our salesman and although he looks 14 (hes really 20), he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. Inventory for new vehicles was very limited. He helped get us the vehicle my wife wanted and was able to have leather seats installed. Their service area is always great but the sales part. Not so great. Went looking for just about anything new or used since I needed a car asap. And they didnt have any that sounded great but that wasnt the issue. It was more the guy who said he would send me an email and never did, he wasnt rude but I did feel a yea ill search but never really did vibe. Maybe he thought we couldnt buy one? I dont know but if he wanted to sell he would of tried a bit more. So we went to the Nissan on bee ridge and they were great! Found my car the same day I was looking for it. Not saying I wouldnt go again. But I just wouldnt go with that rep.

They dont explain extra charges they will tack on if you finance with Nissan. I would avoid doing that all together. I made a down payment and set up recurring payments with the same card. They somehow messed up the recurring payments and now my credit is hit when I thought it all would go through no problem. Didnt get a single email, phone call, or piece of mail to say the payment wasnt taken out. Tried to address this with the dealership but IF I could get someone on the phone they would rush me off. The 1800 number was more helpful than these people. In 6 months Ill be happy to refinance. and everyday for the next 30 years Ill be happy to tell people not to do business here.

By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. My father worked with Joey, who was incredibly professional. My father was given a beyond competitive price for his trade in and a great deal on the car he bought. The condition of the vehicle was pristine, and it was apparent that the dealership took great pride in what they sell. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went here in November of 2020 and spent 1,000 dollars on repairs for my car. Everything that was “repaired” broke again within 6 months. On top of that when we called to find out why no one cared. They just said there was nothing they could do. Now something else just broke and again yesterday, hasn’t even been a year. I went in there and they couldn’t be bothered. Especially the sales manager, I understand he’s not in charge of the Maintenance area but he still dismissed us like we were nothing. Since the Maintenance area was closed. I’m also looking to buy a new car and was going to check out Nissan of Bradenton but they lost my business for that too. Also I go to find out that when we left Nissan of Bradenton in November, 1 month later we hear a clunk and go get the car check by someone new, and they tell us we’ve been driving around without a bolt in one of the front tires, remind you they replaced our front brakes. Just carelessness and terrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I found a truck listed on Facebook I reached out to the dealership and was lucky enough to get with Joey. Hands down best experience start to finish period. They did the deal all over the phone. I have bought somewhere around 50-60 cars in my life and I know the typical tell the customer what they want to hear to get them in. I am telling you whether you’re 2 miles or 200 miles away Joey and the manager are men of there word. Clear information, no pressure. Our salesperson, Shawn Osborne, was great to work with. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us several options that might work for us. All of this is most likely standard procedure, but it felt very personal and directed to our needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a nail in my tire and took my car by Nissan of Bradenton because it was the closest dealer to me at the time. When I arrived they said it would be 4 or more hours before they would be able to help me, which is perfectly fine. I decided to go somewhere else to see if I could get a quick fix because I was already late for work. My tire was completely flat by the time I came out of the service center. I had to sit and put the spare on right in front of the service drive, at least four employees walked by and noticed what I was doing but offered no assistants. What a poorly ran dealership, and judging from other reviews the general public thinks the same thing. I wouldnt waste time with these people!

Amazing. Buying a car can be difficult. But when you have great people like Troy and Yvonne, makes the experience a lot better. Way better experience with helpful and knowledgeable people. I’m happy with my car.

It is very warm and welcoming at this dealership, and I plan to continue with all my service needs at this location.

I got an oil change and tire rotation. Fluids were suppose to be topped off but never are. I filled up my own window fluid when I got home. Yes did get oil filter and inside filter changed as well. Do over $200 spent. I had a wonderful service young man who I wrote praise for in a separate communication at the Nissan contact us site. This car must last me to my grave or when I give up driving. I recently had a great experience with Nissan of Bradenton , more specifically with agents Ellory and Tom , who were both knowledgeable and polite. With their help I was able to get the car I wanted , in a timely fashion. I couldn’t be more happy!

Customer service was great but I was not told of a $75 diagnostic fee for each issue ahead of time (had two, “trim issues” that my extra insurance refused to cover). I have never had to pay a diagnostic fee before and didn’t expect it. Really, look at the lining of the door and say it needs to be replaced….cost $75 dollars. As a teacher I can’t afford this place.

Great experience, great service rep. I thought $450 for a diagnostic fee was a bit much and was hoping the repair would be cheaper, but all work was complete in a timely manner and staff was very nice.

We worked with Frank Wagner. He was knowledgeable and detailed. We knew what we wanted so the back and forth sales interactions which can be very annoying in this process did not happen. Frank was attentive but not pushy which we really appreciated. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful as they located the car we wanted at another dealer and had it ready quickly after it was delivered. Worst service department Ive ever seen. I was told I was being charged for something that they couldnt end up doing all because initially I approved doing so if needed. The repair went from 4 hours labor to 5 hours labor all to try and hide the fee for what never actually got done.I would find ANY other Nissan dealer to work with.Not only were they trying to talk me in circles they then tried to insult me by actually saying, and I quote from the service manager I dont have to believe the problem thats wrong is what you tell me it isStay clear from this dealership!(Ive got service department experience, dealership management experience and access to AllData and Mitchell, not a Jo Schmo )

My family recently got a new vehicle after our old one, a Dodge, was on its way out. The new car has everything we could ask for and more, and the process was amazing. Shawn and Frank walked us through everything step by step, and were extremely cordial and personable about it. Overall, it was a great experience with great people to help, and worth every one of the five stars.

I had a leased 2018 Nissan Murano. My lease was expiring but enjoyed it so much I wanted another. I returned to the Tampa location where I had purchased my first Murano. They were not able/willing to work down the number $ to where I wanted. I went home and found Nissan of Bradentons website. They had one I liked so I called and spoke with Frank Wagner Jr. He was great! I told him what I was willing to spend on a new lease and what model Murano I wanted. I advised I lived an hour away and if they could make a deal on the phone, I would be there in the car and on my way to sign papers. He spoke with his manager and gave me a Congratulations! When I got to the dealership, the paperwork was ready. Frank spent time going over the new equipment that was added to the new Murano and help pair my phone and car. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This was by far the very best experience I have ever had when purchasing/leasing a car. I credit Frank Wagner for the very smooth transaction! I look forward to our next transaction in 3 yrs when my lease expires. Thank you for all your help!!!!

Let me just say that Ari is one of the most down to earth, genuinely nice and caring person that ive ever met. I started this process from home and spoke via text. She was always so willing to help and made this a very memorable process. She has a bright future ahead of her 😊. Thank you Ari for making us happy!!
