Dave in parts is awsome to deal with and they can always get the parts we need.

Salesman was polite, knowledgeable but they had very few boats, sold out.Not their fault. They told me 4 months to get a new boat.Will check back in a month to see if any nice used boats available

We just returned from getting our older boat re-rigged with a new Mercury outboard at Tracker Boating Center. They did an outstanding job. First, Carl went out of his way to help us get the motor we wanted. When we arrived to get the estimate for the rigging, Chad the service manager was extremely thorough and went thru our boat very carefully to ensure that all bases were covered. He laid out the options for us and explained each in detail. We found that their pricing is very fair. The job was complete on time and was very professionally done. Carl kept us informed throughout the process and personally tested the motor after installation to make sure she ran perfectly. The best thing is that all the people that work there, Carl, Chad, Ricky and Hunter are very laid back, easy going, no pressure folks. It is pretty obvious that these guys have spent many years in the business and gave us good advice. We would highly recommend Tracker Boating Center and look forward to dealing with them for service in the future.

Had a great experience buying my first boat through this Tracker Boat Center and I got a great price on my new 2018 Tracker Pro 170. Carl and Ricky were great and never once made me feel pressured. Had a problem with my trucks wiring and couldnt get any of the lights working on the trailer. Ricky volunteered to tow the boat to my house so I would have it once I fixed the wiring on my truck. I highly recommend this center and highly recommend working with Carl and Ricky. Very knowledgeable guys. Also, a shout out to Hunter for the help going through the boat with me prior to taking it home. Great group of guys. Do yourself a favor and visit them if youre interested in a boat.

Great place.Parts Dept went out of their way to help me obtain a needed key for a 2010 boat, and order another item I needed. Just plain nice folks. My new place to marine shop and recommend to people.

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would I took my boat there for some warranty work I dropped it off went inside to fill out the paper work for the warranty card the service person who wrote up my ticket looked disgusted when I asked for no one to be in the boat with shoes on even though that’s a pretty common practice I’m glad I asked. A few days later I got a call that said we can’t take any new boats in for work right now so you have to come get it so if u want to waist your time and not get anything done and have people be unnecessarily rude to you this is the place for you !!!!

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a different Tracker. Poor customer service, salesmen dont know their boats, dont know the local waterways. Biggest issue is THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR BOATS. Bad experience all the way around. Definitely dont recommend.

This is my go to place to have the 100 hours service. Its one of the few places on the water on the north end of Sarasota Bay that services all brands. Lately with the increase in business from the on-the-water folks, the turn around time is now averaging two weeks. Im there twice a year.

Bought my boat new here in 2003 and have used them often since. Dependable service and honest as well !

I want up to get information on tractor try to notes never heard of them before. A guy by the name of Mike waited on me happened to be from upstate New York where Im from. He did a fantastic job explaining the whole tracker system to me I was very informative and all the questions I had.I was quite impressed about a boat brand that I never heard of or investigated before. I got some homework to do but chances are Im going to buy one of those.

Inquired online on Wednesday. Came home with my brand new Tracker Bass Boat on Saturday and had it out at Jiggs Landing on Sunday!

Friendly staff that was helpful, only hope is the minimal part I had to order does not take the 7 to 10 business days to get it shipped from the warehouse.

I had a great experience at Tracker! Ive been getting my 32 Donzi serviced here since I bought it in 2003. Chad the service manager is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I just had to repower the boat and I just purchased two Mercury 250hp Verados. The salesman Dan made it a pleasurable experience, the mechanic Todd did a fantastic job changing everything out and I got to know the General Manager Ken White thru this process. I felt very comfortable with the entire team. These guys are professionals and really know what they are doing. I will continue to do business with Tracker!
