When I called the business the person on the phone was not friendly, receptive or the least bit enthusiastic about helping me. Every phone call is an opportunity for a sale. With customer service like that I will look elsewhere.

I brought my brand new Sea Doo PWC to select a custom font and color for my registration on the side of the hull. Jay has a HUGE font list to choose from. Jay made sure everything was exactly(!) the way I wanted it while also satisfying the Coast Guard requirements. He completely took his time with me and the finished result was outstanding. It literally looks like it came from the factory and actually enhances the appearance. Jays prices are excellent as well. I cant imagine you would get this kind of personalized service at one of those franchise stores.
