Kara was amazing!!! I had a flat that had nothing to do with my accident. She took the time to look into seeing if they could fix. When they couldn’t and I needed a new tire she looked into that as well. In the process I bought new wheels & tires and they put them on no issues & disposed of my old tires no charge. Great customer service & I would recommend to anyone.

Caliber Collision is a great asset to have here in Bradenton. I took my truck (which I’ve took such care of) to Caliber Collision to be repaired. They took such great care in fixing the damage. I was informed all the way of what work was being done. I was concerned about matching my paint, however when I saw the excellent job they did, my concerns were tossed away. My truck looks great and I highly recommend them to anyone now! They helped me out big time and I really appreciate everyone there at that facility. Will always do business with them. Caliber did an excellent job on my Nissan Rogue after a collision. Steve persevered in tracking down a difficult-to-find part so that my car did not have to be totaled by the insurance company. The car looks good as new and came back to me cleaner, inside and out, than when it was towed there after the accident. Steve was good about touching base with me throughout the process so that I knew the status of each stage of the repair. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I attempted to use this shop for two different repairs each time it was a complete disaster. Better off dealing with a professional that can handle customer service correctly and fail at ever point. I have no idea how their work looks because their customer service is absolutely horrible. Maybe if they took one minute to work on their scheduling as well as estimating the business may have a chance of being successful business. If you cant get people in the front door because youre front door people are incapable of actually providing any type of customer service I dont understand how your company still manages to stay in business. You call people and put them on hold after youve called them for over 40 minutes. To have a person argue with you about and say that you have called them when is the other way around in your company called me. Waste of time money and business take it somewhere else where it is appreciated!

Old Gal looks great with a new hood, bumper, 1/4 panel. Like new! Cody was spot on at every intersection. Knowledgable, detailed, and very helpful. I would recommend and return, but hope not too.

My car was in need of specialist to really get under the hood and make sure everything was properly repair/replaced, while making sure all safety braces and brackets were still still able to keep me safe, Caliber did a great job! Although I was only in a minor fender-bender, the car came back to me in better shape than even before my accident, they did an outstanding job!

Wow! From start to finish, I experienced excellent customer service from Rylee and the staff at Caliber! My car is an older model and they let me know up front that the decals and coloring might not match but they would do their best. (I always appreciate honesty. So many companies these days would take the business without saying a word, do the work, then deliver you a mediocre job with a Sorry! We did our best attitude!!!) I was concerned that my car would never be the same but hoped for the best! OMG!! The workmanship exceeded my expectations!!! Accident? What accident!!! I had a damaged door on my Toyota Camry. The window in the door wouldnt close. I called this company and spoke with Rylee. After explaining the issue to him, he told me to bring it right in. To make a long story short ,Rylee was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. These people know their trade well. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in. First thing I noticed is that I didnt even have to wait... the receptionist was quick and on point. Set up my rental and a ride to the rental place and got my vehicle checked in within 15-20 min of getting there.My car got finished 4 days earlier than they quoted and it looks like the damage never happened. They cleaned all the glass and freshened up my car too.Great service from a hard working group.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. When I was signing the paperwork, I was explained everything that I was signing for instead of just blindly signing. Everything was explained to me in detail, but kept short and sweet. The staff was ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and had everything all set to go. I was in and out of there within less than five minutes! Due to COVID, I was expected to wear a mask inside so I preferred to sit outside while I waited for Enterprise to pick me up. The man was even kind enough to carry the chair outside for me!! Highly recommend this location!

Fender benders are usually not a good thing but this time it was minor and involved my girlfriend so whos to complain? Caliber is a great name for these folks because they are a high caliber organization. The work on my vehicle took less than 2 business days which probably isnt typical but still greatly exceeded expectations. The communication and follow up was extraordinary and like few other customer service experiences Ive ever had. If you have to get car work done, they are the very first company that I would ever refer people to. And my girlfriend and I are doing just fine...

Jim Derosa, General Manager , personally took an interest in a problem with a leak in the drivers side of our SUV. CALIBER COLLISION had done an excellent job on a previous repair, but the leak was not obvious and had stumped another shop that thought it was from another source. Jim and his crew took their time, drying out the wet carpet and underlayment, and fixed the leak!The vehicle was returned spotlessly clean, including the windows.Kudos and 5 stars to Jim!

Additionally, a lifetime guarantee proves they stand behind their work. Caliber Collision has an agreement with a rental car company to allow pick up and drop at their shop. Great Customer Service!

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They did everything in a timely manner, if there were any questions they didn’t hesitate to call and ask. The front desk manager Ashley was always in communication with us as to where things were in plans and execution, always asking if we needed any help to let her know. She actually went out of her way and gave us a ride to Hertz in her own vehicle when Hertz was screwing us over. Great place! Customer service A+, the repairs A+, and the diligency A+. Will be telling people I know to go to this place!

Very nice people but I had the understanding that they were wroking with usaa (the insurance of the guy who hit me) to get me a rental car and I was told at least twice that Id have a rental car. This was not the case and because of this it took me 5 hours to get a rental car. I know they do not rent the cars but they should not be telling people they will have a rental car if they in fact will not or even if they do not know. I couldve set up other ways to get a car but didnt think I had to because again I WAS TOLD ID HAVE A RENTAL CAR. Havent even gotten my car back but Im sure it will be good. Just dont take their word if they say you will have a rental car.
