I brought Burgman 400 in for new tires. Opted for Blitz because lack of customer service at other Suzuki Dealerships in the area. Very happy with their service. Ryan answered any/all my questions and my bike works great. They also advised me of an issue related to the fork with they took care off. Very much appreciate the attention to detail.

We have bought a few bikes from them and they have always treated us fairly. They have by far the best customers service around. They can get what ever you may need handled and they will always make it right if something is wrong. Owners are down to earth and very knowledgeable. I will be a customer for life and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for anything off road.

I ride a KTM and go into Blitz for any piece of gear or advice I need that isnt too bike specific. These guys are friendly, open and knowledgeable. Every time I go in there someone is happy and willing to help. Cant recommend the staff here highly enough, and their gear selection is good as well.

These guys are the best in the business! My friend came here looking for a part for his Suzuki that was about the size of a quarter and as he was walking up one of the guys behind the counter from at least 10 feet away says is that off an RM?. The guy knew the exact part number for this suzuki part even though theyre a Yamaha dealer. Obviously didnt have the part, but helped send my friend in the right direction. These guys are awesome!!

Bought my Beta Xtrainer 300 this past year from Blitz and I absolutely love It! Always great customer service! Everyone from sales, parts and services, to the mechanics are amazing and have always gone above and beyond to answer questions and fix my bike when needed. Definitely a family atmosphere where customers are valued and known by name.

Wish they were open Monday.. With that being said absolutely the best shop in the valley with the most knowledgeable staff.Really wish they were the Honda and KTM dealer!

I had a really good experience with these guys after buying a 2013 Beta. Their customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure that my buying experience was favorable. They stand by their products and certainly put me first. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Worst dirt bike shop ever. Make sure you know what you need and be willing to wait at least a month for any parts. The owner will literally call you and tell you its your fault after they say to leave and never come back. Be prepared to make sure they dont give you the wrong oil or filter also

Excellent customer service.With a lot of help from the parts guy I had ordered a tire for my Big Wheel dirt bikes that I was going to be taking on a Glamis trip with just enough time to get it shipped and installed before I had to leave. Unfortunately the order did not get processed properly and my bike wasnt going to be ready to go. The great folks at Blitz had the tire shipped overnight at no additional charge so I was ready to go. Not something that most businesses would do in this day and age. Much appreciated.

I would recommend Blitz Motorsports. They are fair when doing repairs and are completely transparent with what theyre going to do. Theyve worked on my motorcycle several times and every time they have done quality work. The price of their oil and antifreeze is as good as what I could find on the internet so its nice to buy local.

These guys always make you feel welcome and are ready to help. Its a great bike shop I enjoy going here!

I own a Suzuki and I buy most of my parts from Blitz. I havent raced in years but with the addition of a small toy hauler i expect to be out there at the tracks a lot more...not sure about getting up at 7 tho. Haha. The people there, MAGS, Luke, Trav, Bryson, and that other white guy (just kidding), are always happy to see you like an old friend. Highly recommended

Regarding Snowmobiles: There are four main brands of sleds and Yamhaha being one of those, has not done well in the area of mountain riding. All other brands have done much better at building a sled that outperforms Yamaha, until that is, the Viper was released. Since the Viper we have an even more capable sled; the MTX Sidewinder. So, Yamaha is throughly back in the game, but every sled will break down, regardless of brand (Yamaha being far less, engine-wise). So then it comes down to customer service and who takes care of their Brand the best. Having interacted with all four dealers in the Bozeman area, in my opinion Blitz is Number One! Not because they have given me price cuts or made awesome deals trying to keep me around, but because when I walk in the door, they say “hi, what can we do for you today!?” Their friendliness and eagerness to help me get what I need is why I go back. Thanks Blitz! Thanks Yamaha for building such good sleds and rest assured, your team here in Bozeman Montana is giving you a Great Name!

Was in town for the weekend from washington and stopped by to look around. Long story short bought a new yz450fx from Travis. These guys are awesome! Will recommend to anyone I know going that way. He even stored it overnight and met me on sunday morning so it wouldnt get stolen out of the bed of my truck at the motel we were staying at!Thanks again guys! My next bike will be worth the 6 hr drive just for your awesome service!

Im not going to sit here and bash this place because i never got service to judge. Came in and stood at the counter about 5 days after they opened and wasnt acknowledged so out I went. My suggestion to them would be, customers come first, text message conversations come second

I cannot say enough about the team at Blitz. I purchased a used yz450 with a brand new Timbersled kit from them in the spring of 2015. The sale went smoothly and I had plenty of after-purchase technical support. While out for a rip this winter, my oil drain bolt had loosened and backed all the way out and I lost all my oil and grenaded the motor. I had never rebuilt a motor before and these guys were INCREDIBLE in helping me get a parts list together and offering technical support along the way. I had a lot of ups and downs during the build, and they were always there to provide help and knowledge. I truly cannot say enough about Travis, Luke, Derek, and Bryson. Incredible team over there!!
