When you find a shop as professional and skilled as Cloud Nine Cycles you hold onto them like GOLD! Alex and Rickey are the real deal. They got my Road King repaired, AND caught issues 2 past shops had missed! This is the only place touching my bike moving forward.

I’m on a cross country trip and had a starter issue, Al and his team did a bang up job in the back and got my ring gear replaced cheap and fast. Rickey up front is the man and will keep you entertained while your bike is in the shop. I can’t recommend these guys enough

Cloud 9 hooked me up, last minute, on more than one occasion. My bike is my life, and I absolutely trust them with my bike.I dont usually post reviews, but Harley turned their backs on us riders of older models, and Alex & co. have picked up the slack.

I have a custom build that sat idle for 10 years. Tank damage and age. The bike is like new and price to repair the tank and bring the scooter back to life was very reasonable. These guys do a great job.

Didnt return a call back request. Cloud nine and bike shack will not work on machines older than 95 during summer. Probably short handed with the demand of dirt bike service. Sad to hear none the less.

I scheduled my bike to be picked up by them since It wouldnt start and they had it repaired in two days. Very honest mechanics and very experienced.
