Jessie made some great suggestions, generously gave of his time and attention and also let me test each candidate for as long as I wanted. He brought me multiple different pillows to test also!The purchase was super easy and the delivery was the next day and very professional also by Carson and Kelby. We will come back if our mattress ever wears out!

Terrible customer service. The woman at the Bozeman store was sweeter than candy until she had my money. Then when I was experiencing discomfort with the mattress all she wanted to do was argue with me over the phone.Never even bothered to give me a follow-up phone call regarding the problem Ive been having. I expected more after spending over $1,500.

We had a great experience purchasing a mattress. We used the mattress detecter thing and only tested those it recommended, which happily narrowed the decision-making to 5 mattresses. It’s such a tentative experience — laying on a mattress for a few minutes, wondering how it would be overnight. Our salesman was kind and patient, knowing it’s a big and costly decision. Delivery was easy and our new mattress took no adjustment at all which surprised me.

Recently my Fiance and I went in to purchase a new mattress. Val was very patient with us, as we both are young and have never bought a mattress before. She gave us the opportunity to try their Bed Match diagnostic system, which showed us the mattress that would provide the best support, and ultimately the best nights sleep for us. When the mattress was delivered, Andy and Cody were very professional. The delivery guys called ahead to inform me they were on their way. When they got to my house they greeted me at the door, laid out a door mat, and put on shoe covers to keep my house clean. Before they brought in the new mattress set, they used their own vacuum to clean the area the mattress was going in. They even put on white gloves to ensure my new mattress would stay clean. This was the most professional delivery and buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Mattress King to anyone.

Jesse was more than helpful while helping a college student on a budget find a reasonable mattress. Since they are non-commission he was never pushy and I felt totally comfortable the whole time. Jesse was a great help! When we told him we werent that interested in the adjustable mattresses, he didnt push the feature(like Ive experienced with other services) but focused on the mattress, instead. He was very knowledgable about each matress. He was very patient, and gave us a space and time to try the mattress and discuss- rather than stand there and talk to us the whole time. Nothing about the experience we had was uncomfortable!
