Horrible customer service. Snotty unorganized staff. Poor product knowledge.They sold me a special item under the pretense that the fan was wood, when it arrived it was plastic. I wanted to return it and they said they would charge me a 20% restocking fee, even though they told me it was wood.They dont tell you products are back ordered until weeks after they take your money. Devon, a lady that works there is a joke.Save yourself time, money, and frustration, order your lights online.
