While the showroom is lovely, appointments are often not kept.. . Staff visiting homes are both unvaccinated and unmasked. Fortunately, there are alternatives who are friendlier to locals.

Rhonda and her crew are great. They will pickup furniture where reasonable and have an amazing facility to showcase some wonderful merchandise. There is a plethora of great furniture and accessories to choose from.

Ive been in the Refinery a few times and have made a couple purchases. Most of the items they have are overpriced, but there are some hidden gems if you look hard enough. Its not a bad place, but the reason why I give so few stars is due to the way I was recently treated there. The employee that assisted me was blunt with her sexism and straight up asked me if my wife knew I was shopping without her. When I told her I do most of the house work, she responded with I guess there are some men like that now days. She could have just been a bad apple, and I do enjoy the new piece of furniture I bought from her.

I go in there about once a week. I always find something Im looking for. Great prices and new inventory almost daily. I lucked out and got two accent chairs that had just come in that morning. Lots of rustic style pieces, decor, etc.

Very interesting used furniture store. Clean, like new products in a designer looking setting. Not cheep, but great prices for the level of the merchandise. Great to furnish your vacation home or higher end vacation rental. Or maybe if you have designer taste and a Kmart budget.

Rhonda’s knowledge of her field and clientele were obvious. Her trustworthiness showed in every exchange. What was amazing was the realiziation that Rhonda was doing her very best for ME, not just for herself and her business! She made the delivery of my items (by friends, no less) ridiculously simple and the check I received was more than fair - and more than I expected.My move from Big Sky, sadly, is permanent. While I was getting some work done on my truck (right next door) I walked through and couldnt believe the amazing pieces furniture, A great mix of high end stuff most of which never saw much use. not your average second hand or antique store furniture..Worth checking out Bozeman.

I have never seen the turn over in furniture as, this place if you dont find it today keep looking everything is in excellent shape and priced well

I just bought a bedroom dresser and chest of drawers there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner Rhonda bent over backwards to try to be helpful. My furniture is like new and high quality but priced less than less nice used furniture elsewhere. My only regret is that another piece I saw was sold before I got around to deciding to buy it. Noting the pace of sales there, if you want something, get it before someone else does. I grew up in Bozeman and am in my 60s, and this is a good a shopping experience as Ive had anywhere. This place is sorta hidden at the end of N. 7th, but worth taking the trouble to find it.

The place is great, dont believe the direction Google maps gives you. The refinery is not out of Bozeman it is about two blocks from Murdochs.
