I went and got an exam contacts and glasses and the doc was great the staff was friendly, took my son he had the same good experience so took my daughter and it went perfect. Idk how they use to be but as of right now they are awesome the glasses part and the doctor part since they are separate but together lol.

They are amazing here. Apparently new management and opticians up front. Everyone is so nice and helpful, they spend the time with you going over all the details and you wont feel rushed. The doctors are very nice and thorough with you as well. 10/10 would recommend the vision center at Walmart.....OH another thing , shopped around too, found that other places had the same frames but they were marked up way higher than here. So thats another plus

I have both bought new glasses and used my own frames. Each time I am pleased with the end result. Highly reccommend coming here to get your glasses made. Its great quality and even better prices.

I learned that the Vision Center at Walmart fired all Bozeman employees in July 2019 and started over.The new employees are all committed to making customers happy with their glasses and contacts. They told me that if for some reason anything is not right, they will do everything in their power to make it right for me!I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I received from beginning to end. They are truly a great bunch!!

I had a great experience getting an eye exam and contact lenses here at the Bozeman Wal Mart vision center. They really listened to me and provided and awesome and affordable option ! Thank you, will be back again !

Went in with my mom. Appointment was at 9 am. Desk ladies sat and were chatting. Didnt even bother to open the door until after 9:05. Double booked, so she didnt even get her appointment until 9:30.

Ordered replacement lenses for my husbands glasses on may 9th, still do not have them. A mistake was made when they entered the order on his frames so they had to be reordered on may 22nd. I was told that they tried to contact us and left a message, this is a lie because we did not get any such call. I was assured that his new order would be in by the end of the month. Today is may 31st, and theyre not in. Yet another lie.

Angela Helle the manager was extremely helpful and honestly the greatest at fitting us my husband and I with the right glasses and sunglasses. She was super friendly and called as soon as our glasses came in.

I have been a customer of the vision center for over 12 years. My husband is active duty military and we are a military family. I needed a loaner pair of contacts to get through the weekend, until I could prove that I have a current prescription. I was denied. When I explained that I have a current prescription, and can prove it when the place that gave me the last prescription just 3 months ago (which I’ve had the same prescription for years and years) opens on Monday I was hung up on. Both the Manager and the receptionist were rude and the receptionist hung up on me mid sentence. It is disgusting to me that a Doctors office would treat a patient like that. Unfortunately I actually like the Doctors here, but because of the way both the manager and the receptionist treated me, I will never go back. Trust me go somewhere that values customer service and in taking care of people.

Doctor Owsley is the best! He is always very efficient throughout the appointment. The front office has always been very friendly. The speed of service for basic appointments is superb. No need to visit any other optometrist in Bozeman!

Should have had my glasses in on the 19th of july (today) I come in after not hearing anything from them all day and get told they will be in on Monday. This is a business where people who cannot see depend on getting their vision enhanced. If you cant call and let people know that their glasses wont be in on time, then why bother telling us you will call if there is any changes to when our glasses will he returned to us. Never coming here again.Edit: it is currently Monday July 22nd and glasses are still not in... there has been a delay apparently. If they arent in tomorrow as promised I will be making a formal complaint to corporate and demanding my frames back so I can go somewhere with competent employees.

I just left the place....my elderly Mom had an appointment at 11 am, we were 20 minutes early as suggested to fill out paper work. The lady working the desk said we were scheduled at 10 am and we missed our spot...as soon as I got off the phone with these people I wrote down 11 on July 11th!....I am not deaf or an idiot....mistakes happen I get that, but instead of putting the effort forth to try and accommodate us, we get the sorry your screwed treatment and were ran out the door, no effort or thought was given to our situation at all, just cold, unprofessional, robotic responses....unbelievably frustrating... it is extremely difficult to move Mom from the nursing home to anywhere, I tried to explain that and all I got back was, well, nothing....a sixth grader could have handled this more professionally and compassionately....save yourselves the frustration....were headed to Costco....

Absolutely terrible! I ordered my glasses last year about this time of year, when I ordered my glasses I made sure that I was getting anti-glare and anti- scratch on my lenses! I called today because my glasses were getting scratched lately very easily and talk to a gal that was SO rude, she argued with me and told me that there was no way I got that stuff on my lenses, even tho I paid the extra that my insurance wouldnt cover for it! I even got an extended warranty on them, and of coarse they had no records! And I wouldnt waste my money without the anti-glare and scratch because one I have a hard time seeing at night when cars are coming at me with lights on and two I have 2 kids and so I have to have the anti scratch!!! I am so angry about this! They treated me terrible when I ordered my glasses and now they are treating me like I am stupid! I have been coming to this place for 10+ years and I think they have completely lost my business now!

Well I went in to get a pair of glasses and a few friends cane with me... I had called a couple hours before and Angela had answered the phone and let me know she was going to be there when I showed up...i got there and Angela directed and showed me the best service possible I really enjoyed talk ing with her I have my new glasses and they are great thanks Angela you rock

Although the insurance company said they are a provider. The optometrist clinic will not take the insurance and they fail to tell you till your done with the appointment. The office says they are not affiliated with the optical department in the front of the store. What a waist of time. Not recommended.

I was trying to call to schedule for contacts and they never even picked up! They literally allowed the phone to ring instead of picking it up! What a waste of time!

I went to the vision center to order myself a pair of glasses. I spent well over 200.00 for a new pair. They told me to wait 7 to 10 days for my glasses. Well I got the call when they came in. It was in the time frame. When they were heating the glasses to fit them to my face they broke them and said they were sorry and had to order me a new pair. So I had to wait another ten days. Well the next pair came in the ten day time frame. They called and said they have them. I told them I would be in after I got off work. Well about an hour after they called they called me back to inform me that they broke this pair also. While I was on the phone trying to figure out with the manager what to do now about a refund or trying to fix the frames again at a discounted refund for all the problems, the manager just called the district manager and she called me back to tell me they refunded the whole amount in a check that will be mailed to me with in 30 days. I mean really what the hell? I have never had such bad service. The last thing the manager said to me was I have three other people to help I cant take care of this right this moment I can call you back and I swear I will call you back.

The worst experience in Bozeman do not recommend you’ll have a terrible time and treated with disrespect and your prescription will be wrong they should just close their doors
