Hot Topic has great t-shirts, some rare reprints of Godzilla, who my Godson collects. They also have some great collectible toys. I shop locally when I can and they are right in the Mall. Also, their coupons rock.

The only trouble we encountered here was lack of open registers. There were many staff members on hand- all in fantastic moods, willing to help, and happy to share an interest or laugh- and the location and its stock was well tended to. The one register that was open was giving our cashier trouble, but she was kind enough to thank us for our time spent patiently waiting. She also helped me renew my account which provided us a discount almost equal to what we paid for our items!!

This particular location, Bozeman MT, wasnt my best hot topic experience. But hot topic overall never disappoints! Love the buy 2 get 2!

After multiple tries of getting one pair of pants to go through and lots of frustration, the associate still stuck through it and helped us get it all figured out. It was a long but good experience. They were very helpful in getting things done in the long run. The associates name was Aubrey and she was awesome. Its my favorite store and now is even better. Thanks.

No labre ring selection of any kind. But its a hot topic. Really not the same as when I was younger. I went through my goth faze not the same as the kids today.

Cute outlet in the Gallatin Valley Mall, the employees are open and friendly. Walk towards the Harry Potter merch and youll learn the houses of at least two of them.

Great staff. We returned shoes purchased on line for our granddaughter. The clerk immediately called to get the correct shoes ordered. It was confusing because the product had been mislabeled and did not match our invoice - they send mens shoes. The clerk handled this very professionally and thoroughly. Im sure this would have taken us several calls and days to sort through the discrepancies. Wonderful girl who left us feeling this matter was thoroughly resolved. Thanks for having a retail location we could go to for personal asssitance. Thanks to the great staff working at the Gallatin Mall in Bozeman 12/31/2016.
