We helped keep the fabric cutting gal busy but she was calm and helpful even under pressure.

The employees on the floor were helpful but the girls at the checkout made me feel like I was a burden . I was also trying to get the joannes app and it just wasnt cooperating . The employee in the fabric dept tried helping me but the app just kept sending me the same link over and over again and not getting me what I needed . They need to fix this , its very frustrating. ( I never did get the app .) Remember the customer is what keeps your business open and you having a job so it wouldnt hurt to smile a little . Thank you to the young lady that was trying to help me ( I think her name was Jamie?? )

Besides a great fabric selection, tons of fun holiday decorations for all holidays.

They have a large selection of crafts and fabric. The staff is great they are friendly and patient. The only thing is, it seems like they run out of stock and it takes a while to replenish.

Employees are very willing to help. Good supply of products. Great place to spend an afternoon on a hot summer day!😊

I asked if I could use a grocery cart to put my daughter in while I did my grocery shopping and was denied that and was forced to go rent a grocery cart for $5 down the way in Gallatin Valley Mall they dont ever have the supplies you need and I would honestly suggest going to Hobby Lobby down the street cuz they have a lot more than what Joanne has to offer

Its really not a bad place I just havent been there for a while.

Staff was ok. Not overly eager to help. They didnt have wool fabrics which is what i went for. And they have a very small leather craft supply. Oh. And i bought some carving knives for wood here. They were dull right out of the packaging.

I really like this craft store for their home decor! Its an easy store to navigate and you can always find great deals! They have enough styles to choose from but not so many that you feel overwhelmed. Im always inspired for my next project when I walk in!

Joanns always have what I need when I go there...

Phoned them to see if they had a sewing machine cleaning brush and they did, so I drove there to pick it up. Geneva was particularly helpful. It was the last one they had.

Was able to get the thread I needed for our project that the Billings store has been out of for the past month.

Sara was the most helpful, energetic employee EVER! She brought me to one area, let me shop all of it. Returned and brought me to the next! This repeated 3 times....Joann F & C keeps 3 separate clearance areas....Thank you for your guidance!

Good place for fabrics/fabric supplies

Joann Fabrics is 1 of my favorite places to shop. They have a wide variety of item and I can find good deals. They need to train their cashiers better though. I bought silk flowers to make an arrangement and was appalled to see the cashier take the bunches of my flowers and squeeze them in her fist and then shove them in a bag heads down. She then proceeded to cram everything else I purchased in the bag on top of the flowers. I tried to say something and she was totally oblivious.

The pandemic has caused me to become a seamstress and JoAnn has been really helpful along the way. Im speaking largely for the sewing side of things, but the crafts section has good stuff too.

Love the place, not quite the assortment of crafts and craft ideals to inspire if not already inspired with a craft. Clean and big with a huge selection of fabrics ! Really great employees ! Have been very nice when approached or checking out. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that some days when Im not sure what to get for the project Im doing I can be there for hours, but nobody will ask if I need help. Instead I have seen them watching me and trying to hide it but when youve got eyes on you for a minute you usually feel it . Shame on them for not asking if I need assistance !

Morgan and Jessica went above and beyond today to help me and a friend get exactly the fabric we needed. We sent them on a wild goose chase through the store and beyond. We ended up ordering the fabric from the warehouse in the quantity and color we wanted. They were great. Thank you!

A massively expanded fabric selection and reorder if the store has really made this place so much better recently than its ever been, over the years. Between the sales and the digital coupon options, you can always find a great deal!

We selected Joanns for all the supplies needed to frame a large Dylan poster. These folks had all the components we needed plus were willing to give us advice about how to pull it off. We will go back for crafting supplies when we start our next project.

I would like to spend more time in here exploring the possibilities of making so many different things. To bad there is not more time to relax making things. They have a wide variety of different crafts and with their email and mail coupons are a great price. Only ran into one employee whom really had no clue of what was in the store. Overall this is a great place to spend hours of time figuring what to make next.

Found an item I was in need of and was only having luck finding it via online ordering. I prefer to walk in, inspect my desired items and instantly purchase and leave with the item, not ordering it, paying extra for shipping, waiting for it to arrive, then discovering the item is not acceptable for my need.

Great service with most all associates I’ve encountered. Today we bought some things and had issues using 2 coupons so we asked them to redo the transactions separately. Grace and Morgan did it with no eyerolls or complaints, very polite and efficient!

I am new to the world of sewing and quilting but everyone there was super helpful in helping me select the right materials. The cashier who checked us out was the greatest and I cant wait to go back in for my next project!

I like coming into this store. It is usually pretty well stocked and in good order. The fabric department usually has what I need. The scrapbooking areas are smaller than they used to be, but that is more or less the same everywhere. I have a bit of difficulty navigating the aisles with a shopping cart due to the displays which spill over, or the aisle-center displays which make things quite narrow. I would not want to come in here with a stroller or a wheelchair. #letsguide #oneaccessibility

Wish they would let you use more coupons

I find that they are a little more expensive then other places.

This store never has what I need. Its a small store, and their stock reflects it. That said, their staff is friendly, and their sales on stuff I DONT need (looking at you, kitschy holiday decor) are always poppin.

They are always helpful and carry a wide range of craft and sewing supplies.

Manager Heather was amazing today. She went above and beyond taking care of me and my requests. She’s cheerful and genuine and a great asset to the company.
