Im embarrassed to say Ive had actually quite a few experiences with autobody/repair shops, and this has *by far* been the most pleasant. Everything went exactly the way youd hope it would. Wonderful staff, timely work, good communication, no silly hoops to jump through. They even cleaned my car when they finished the work!I was also impressed with the estimate tool/app they use (optional), which didnt require me to download anything or create an accountOverall great experience

Hit a guardrail at high speed going through the pass in Jackson, WY and did a full moving 180. The front bumper and right side of the car took the brunt of the damage, and the passenger side front wheel and tire were completely toast. The suspension needed some fixing as well.Repairs at A&D took considerably longer than initially projected, BUT the results and quality of work speak for themselves. The car looks exactly like it did brand new, the paint and body work are impeccable and you would have no clue the car was ever in an accident.(These pics were taken a few hundred miles and several hours after picking it up from A&D. Good looking car, aint it!)

Highly Recommend!I have a 2015 F150 pickup truck that had a noisy sunroof. I live on a gravel road and it would constantly knock, rattle, and drive me nuts. I took the truck to the dealership and they told me I needed to replace the entire sunroof frame at a cost of $3,000.00!I took it to Raisin Auto Body and they had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. We hit a heard of deer in the canyon and destroyed our Ram. I called around to see who could get us in the fastest. Raisin made an appointment for me and from there they basically handled everything from there. Working with our insurance company adjustor and keeping us informed as possible. From the front office girls to the shop manager and the estimator that was in contact with our insurance company, the staff has been excellent to work with. With our entire valley being understaffed they still got our truck to us fast as possible. The work performed was outstanding. The follow up with us has been terrific as well. I came into this shop on my way through town needing my air conditioning and tires looked at. Although I found out they only do auto body repairs, the gal in the front office was so helpful. I think her name was Nikki. She took the time to make a few phone calls and get me the information I needed to get my car fixed. She was so professional and kind. I walked into the shop very frustrated but left with a plan and happy. She brightened my day so much and even asked if she could give me a hug when I started to cry from being so overwhelmed. What an amazing blessing you have working for you. Hopefully I won’t be back, but if I’m in the area again and need help, I know where to go. Thank you again Nikki.

Im OCD about my car. I generally dont like people touching it because there are so many who are careless about other peoples property. Naturally I had some anxiety about dropping off my car after getting rear-ended. These guys were amazing!!! Customer service awesome. They kept me up to date every step of the way. The work was finished earlier than expected and they buffed the entire car so it was beautiful upon picking it up! I would hands down without hesitation take my car to them again. Needed repairs on my car after a fender bender. Went through my insurance and they are partnered with A&D. Got an estimate and then took my car in on the 12th of January. They disassembled my car and added a few more repairs and then got parts ordered. A few days later I was called and told that now my car was being considered totaled so they wont be fixing my car and they canceled the order on the parts. Next day my insurance called me and said actually my car isnt totaled so they will be fixing it and now they have to reorder the canceled parts. The confusion from this added a week onto the initial 15 day time frame they said it would take to fix my car. February 3rd comes and they tell me they messed up the paint twice and had to redo it again so it will be another day. The next day they tell me the paint is good and my car will go in the wash and be ready. Got called back a little later and Im told the radiator fan isnt working (I somehow drove to and from Billings 3 times with a supposedly busted fan). Next day they get a new plug for it and tell me only one side of the fan is working so they will need to order a new part and take the grill off to fix it. I get a call 20 minutes later saying both sides of the fan are working now and I can come get it. I pick my car up and it reeks of cigarette smoke inside (no one has ever smoked inside my car previously). My car was there for a total of 24 days and to say Im disappointed with the entire process would be a gross understatement. As far as I can tell, what needed to be repaired was fixed but had I known it would take 24 days, I would have taken it in at a less busy/stressful time or in-hindsight, to a different location.

Lisa and Doug were excellent. Lisa was helpful, responsive, and allowed me to not worry about having to follow up on the status of the car. Lisa also took care of communications with Roberta at the Honda dealership. Roberta had been very difficult to communicate with me. Lisa was amazing. Doug was great and thorough and A&D did a great job with the job they were assigned but also going above and beyond and repairing something that was not part of the job. The back license plate piece on the back door had been cracked and A&D found a piece of matching plastic to fill in the cracked part. They really didnt have to do that but I appreciate it very much! It was also great that Doug called and asked if I wanted to buy the new part and that they would install it for me since the car had been taken apart. Although I declined to buy the new piece, I appreciate the offer. Also, the text message service was excellent and I appreciated the regular updates, as someone who always feels like I need to follow up. A&D alleviated all of this stress for me. Not your typical auto body shop, but an extremely well organized, efficient and extremely COST EFFECTIVE body repair center recommended by my mechanic (of 19 years) at Toms Alignment Service. The office is clean and professional. The process straight forward and geared to give like new results at extremely cost-effective pricing on a short time table. When returned, my 2002 Toyota 4RUNNER repair looked great again and my wallet was still intact. The office provided timely and accurate information during the process with no surprises at pickup. Highly recommended!

A&D has been great - for the second time in the last couple of years. They were very thorough in the intake/estimating. They had my truck back in 3 days instead of the 5 I was expecting.The body repair looks like the truck was never damaged.At pick up time, they took extra time to make sure every detail was right. They had detailed the truck inside and out to immaculate appearance. Their quality control rep, Martin is the best in the auto repair business bar none.Great experience! If you have a choice I encourage you to use them.

I went to A&D to get some repairs done after a hit and run incident. They were wonderful — my repairs were finished a few days earlier than anticipated, and my car looks great inside and out. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. They called with important updates, and had text alerts that let me know what the status of my repair was, so i was never left wondering. I will happily go back for future car repairs.

Outstanding repairs done on my 2006 Dodge, to make it look like new! My truck only has 127,000 miles, and I try to keep it looking great. The repair quotes were fair and the people who work at A & D are pleasant and knowledgeable. And...they beautifully cleaned the inside of my truck, which was a nice surprise upon picking it up!! I’ll return to A&D if I need any body work for my vehicles!

Start to finish, it was very easy to deal with A&D. I drove in, got an estimate & scheduled an appointment. I dropped off my truck and got it back one week early. They also drove me home after dropping off my truck. I could not even tell where the damage was. A 10 out of 10 is how I would rate them!

I was very pleased with the work A & D did on my vehicle. They stayed in touch with me to keep me advised of the repair status. They were also kind enough to both give me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle as well as picking me up when the repairs were finished. I would always choose them first for any bodywork. A&D Auto Body was really helpful after a deer ran into my car. They took the time to give me an estimate when it was convenient for me and provided me with an estimate promptly. They communicated if anything additional needed done or if my pick up date was going to change. I recommend A&D Auto Body to anyone looking for superior work with a great staff to work with.

They had initially told me the work would most likely be done in 3 days. It took them 8 due to issues with paint. They told me the quality isnt up to our standards. They updated me daily and ended up having to repaint my bumper 3 times before the color would match perfectly. I appreciated all the effort they put in to making sure things were done right.They also replaced my other bumper a year ago and I recently noticed there was some type of bulge protruding from behind the bumper. It is hardly visible but it is damage that had to be caused from behind the bumper, probably something on the housing bracket. When I showed it to the employee, he simply said we guarantee our work for life, we will order you a new bumper right away. Their customer service is very impressive and I will continue to use/recommend them in the future.

The people at A&D are the best. Face it, you arent going to them unless you were involved in an accident. In my case it was running into a herd of elk with my F250. Everybody there took time to help us through the insurance process, expedite the paperwork, and most of all, genuinely cared. Luckily, I havent had the need to us them before, but some of my friends have and they highlight recommended them. My friends were right.

I would actually prefer to give it 4 1/2 stars. The only reason is when I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told there would be a service charge added to my credit card. Since I do not carry checks, I had to use the card. Other than that, the work was excellent, the completion was on time, and the communication during the process was absolutely outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with A&D was very positive. Their communication throughout the repair process was great and the collision repairs and paint matching have my car looking like new. They provided clear, thoughtful explanations of everything before and after the work was done, and because they are a preferred repair facility for the insurance company, took care of all the details on the back end.

Best auto body place Ive ever been to!! Incredibly nice people. I hit a deer and the estimates I got from other places were at least twice as much as A and D said they could do it for. They got me in within the week and completely fixed and cleaned my car in one day. They also offered to give me a ride anywhere I needed to go while my car was being fixed. My boyfriend dropped his truck off here and it came back with chipped paint and a squeaky belt, the radio was messed with and it was completely unprofessional for the amount he paid for it.

Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent job matching a pecial paint. Job was completedon time and under estimate. Casee and Andrew communicated with me throughout the process. Give plenty of time for an appointment as they are really busy and deservedly so.

Took my car there after a deer hit. when i got it back there was a little dirt in the paint but i figured that was par. then 3 mo later my radiator started leaking took it to the repair shop and found out they had put screws from the ac condenser into the radiator. the radiator was aftermarket but was the exact same size for clearance. but they used it as an excuse to not pay up. they also convinced the insurance agent it was not there fault. now Im out 400 bucks.A&D AUTO Body, (NEVER AGAIN)
