Just shipped a package via FedEx as I do often, but today I was running a little late to make the last truck. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service provided by the associate Jasmine who worked extremely swift and diligently to make sure as many customers as possible could make the truck. Store # 1072. Patrick and Tanasha were instrumental in assisting me. I told Patrick that I havent sent a package in 20 years. He took my item, secured it, and made it effortless for me. The only thing I did, paid. The customer service from these 2 employees is exceptional. Thank you both.

I called and had a few questions about expediting a passport and the guy was extremely rude. Also could not tell me how much or time frame I would get it I. And would not find out for me. Also acted like I was bothering him. I cant believe that guy has a job.

I can certainly see why most recent reviews are a 1 star. I went in the store at 7:56. A man with a FedEx uniform on outside smoking a cigarette ran in behind me smelling of said cigarette. He did say hello but after telling him why I was there, immediately pointed out that they were closed. I look at my time and say its only 7:57 and proceed to go to the printer. K was having trouble finding the label I needed to print. At this point its about 8:01. Another man came up saying were closed, do you need some help? I told him no, Ill take my business elsewhere.As a store serving the public, please understand that some of us are working during the day also and are just able to make it to your location right before closing. While I understand this is can be a bit annoying, this is what customer service is. Id urge fed ex to teach their employees to not rush customers out of the store OR if you do not want customers utilizing your store past a certain time, lock the door.

Do not use this fedex or FedEx in general, unless you are planning on waiting for half an hour in line and then getting your package stolen.I tried to ship an iPhone to California for a court case in January 2021, their employee took the phone from the shipping box and fedex shipped the empty box to my friend’s secured lockbox. After complains and multiple calls, they sent a 100 dollar check, which is about 1/4 of the cost of an used iPhone.Can you imagine charging 4 times more than USPS and offering worse services? Yup that is what will you get for choosing FedEx.

A manager who is a bald man. He is rude and disgusting. He yelled at the old man right in front of me. After for no reason, he was rude to me also. I would consider firing that nasty man.

These guys are terrible. Manager there is rude and extremely arrogant. Unfortunately closest location and use often, but if I could never return I would not. They have removed all packing and tape options to be able to pack yourself. I needed a $2 box and when I brought it to counter to ship, they tried to charge me $4.60 to pack the box. I had no choice because they have no tape for customers to use. Can you believe they wanted 70% of the value for “PACKING SERVICE”? When I complained to this horrible example of a manager, he was nasty. He made smart remarks and said I clearly did not understand what packing service was. Point is...I could have packed myself given the tape. He finally removed the fee but he was really nasty about. If I were FedEx corporate I would reconsider having people like him represent a store this busy.

Weve been there a few times recently and found service to be very quick and professional. Tanasha is very knowledgeable.

I would NOT recommend coming here to have artwork or photos printed, and for their other services i can’t say because i will not be returning to find out. Unfortunately most of my experiences here have not gone well. I came here a few times to get my artwork printed, and i felt very unwelcomed coming in in the first place and as though i was a burden to the worker for needing him to do his job, it always took atleast a few minutes for someone to greet me, even if i was the only person in the store. This location is truly in need of more training, because every time i have come in there is some mistake that i end up having to come back in to fix, like my image being cropped incorrectly or faded . when coming back in to fix their mistake, i felt even more unwelcomed . It was always such a complicated process getting prints made here and i am glad to say i have finally found a new shop that is much nicer, and easier to deal with, and is also experienced with printing!

I went to this location on April 30th 2021 to send my trade in phone back to Samsung. The FedEx truck was right outside the door taking the packages out off the shelf. The girl at the counter ask me whats in the package I said a cell phone. She then accepted the package and placed it on the shelf it was now the only package on the shelf. I thought to myself if the driver was going to take mine as well since he had just cleared the shelf. However I left. 4 day later I got an email from Samsung that they received my package but the box was empty no phone and that they would charge my account for the phone. I looked up the review for this FedEx location and saw that there seems to be a problem with stolen electronic being shipped. I went there and spoke to the manager Joey. He said thanks for bringing it to his attention but that he have numerous cameras in the building and hes not sure what happened. I also called the 800 number and lodge a complaint and they said they will investigate. This is crazy reading the reviews I will not go back to this location.

They STEAL items from packages. Be careful. Cant believe Fed Ex has these kind of people working. Use UPS or USPS, theyre more reliable and wont steal your items shipped to your loved ones

Came in to return 2 large shelves from Wayfair (they were packaged and delivered in two separate boxes- I was only given one return label) and the assistant manager Nikki was not only not helpful, she genuinely did not seem to care to want to help me at all. She basically told me I either needed to buy a $20 box to put them both in or figure out how to “adequately package” them myself & come back. FedEx advertising is all about customer service and how they make shipping easy and convenient. Maybe someone should tell the Boynton location that. Oh and I had another return- a pair of shoes- and the cheapest option was $17. Not her fault but that’s astronomical. I have to use fedex because that’s what I have on my return label. I will never come back to this location & will not use Fedex again if I can avoid it.

Tanasha was extremely helpful during a tough day. There was a line out the door, and Tanasha greeted and helped 4 customers one after the other. She was efficient, friendly, and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Tanasha! You deserve a raise.

The manager wasnt being fair. I wont name them.My Internet at home is down, so came here. I was approached by a staff and was told the stations are 30 mins, I said ok cool, thats fair but the place is empty no one needing the station.Fine no arguments from me, I pack up and before I leave I ask how long do I have to be gone to come back? They replied whole day.One thing is the place being packed and because I Covid I cant stay, the other is an empty place.Thats my 2 cents on the matter.

They were very busy and they were very fast

THIEVES. I had FIVE of my customers from all across the country tell me when they opened boxes, items were missing, Christmas ruined for them. Items were watches from Diesel to Armani Exchange. Never had this problem, EVER. And five customers on same day tells me it was not their delivery driver. I cant have 5 random drivers stole contents on SAME day at random cities when I have never had this problem. This tells me it IS this branch or the FIRST driver who picked up items from this branch. They had opened from the side and retaped the box. All the pictures sent by my customer had same tape on the side. My post on Next Door app garnered hundreds of responses and many neighbors have claimed this location had similar problems from IPhones missing, to other expensive items. Fed Ex refuses to do anything about it. I have called the corporate and I get same file a claim response. No internal investigation, nothing. I will be filing a police complaint soon followed by talking to my lawyer. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Cause this one person almost ruined my business I have worked hard for and maintaining 100% Positive feedback. You have been warned.

The employees of this location are stealing the packages in special the electronics, they ask you what are you shipping to make sure they are getting something nice, I made a claim with FedEx office and I never got an answer. They know FedEx sistem has a death end and they will not got caught.

Great experience today at FedEx. Walked in and Nikki was the only person working in the store. There were probably 10 customers with various needs and everyone was being acknowledged and helped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nikki has a great attitude and it makes a world of difference! I’ll be back.

Poor customer service. One of the employees there flat out told me she wasn’t going to ship what I had to ship with a huge attitude and no reason why. I took my things and am going to the Boca Raton location because they’ve never given me any issues there.

If I could give them 99999999 stars I would. Joey the manager is wonderful as well as Bee, Tanasha, Chandler and the others. They always take care of me and I’m there 4-5 days a week. Customer service is hands down and they’re always working diligently to keep wait times low.

Are use the store for pretty much all my office needs or using FedEx I understand you’re busy and the COVID-19 still being per cautious however I walked up to the lady who was shouting at me from the minute I got there Sam behind the line 6 feet she proceeded to ask me for my drivers license asked me for my phone number and I had to shout it out like a second and third time because she couldn’t hear me because I have to wear a mask but they were 15 people in line that I got to hear my phone number which was very uneasy very unpleasantEven though it’s close to my house I might find somewhere else to go now everyone and fed ex has my phone number

This review is regarding the staff at this location. AMAZING SERVICE. Not only does he entire staff actually care about the work that they do but they also seem to have fun while doing it. One day a while back my printer ran out of ink and I needed something printed. I went in and this gentleman assisted me and also helped me work the machine to then scan the documents and make it a pdf file and helped me to send it to my email. Tanasha is probably one of the best workers there (although like stated above, they are all amazing). I have since replaced the ink in my home printer but find myself always sending print jobs to the store just so I can visit the store and see that smiling face. She has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with (and I work with serving people so I know). I highly recommend all of the employees to assist you in whatever job you need and especially my girl Tanasha. She will make you smile and send you off in a great mood. I hope I spelled her name right, but you will know her when you visit the store with her big personality.

Drove to this particular store for pack and ship services & I couldn’t have been more disrespected! Never using fedex for anything ever again!

Mark was really helpful. I had to ship a cello and needed the box packed because I didn’t have bubble wrap at home. He took care of it for me and when I left I was at ease knowing my package was in good hands. Thanks guys!

Andrella and the team were fantastic! I needed to get exhibits printed and delivered for a very important meeting, and they were a life saver. The exhibits were delivered on time and the team made the whole process painless, which I especially appreciated because I was trying to make it happen from Wisconsin. Ill definitely use them again.

So I had a very large file to print, like alot of files. I tried going to the machine but itll just take me longer than anticipated to print all files instead of picking one by one to print. I ask the short black lady for some help, she has a small bun in her head. She tells me she cant print them all there from service desk and if she did itll be a $7.50 fee to print the basic black and white sheets.Mind you, Ive always come to fedex and when Ive had large files like this before theyll do it no questions asked. Theyll combine all files to print under one code and print them all together, she wasnt helpful and very rude about it. I told her Ive had this help before, she said its a fee. May someone train her, she needs coaching of sorts on how to deal with people and printing procedures. Im very disappointed in the service she provided.

I go a lot to this place to use the Full Service Print Department and always received a great attention until today when Nikki had to “help me” with the worstttttt attention ever received.

Although they are low on staff, each staff member gives 110% to each customer they attend to. Customer service is just that, service. Just so happens that there are busier times just like with any good restaurant or store. They make up for it by being very knowledgeable and efficient.

I normally go to the FedEx office in West Palm Beach but this one was closer for me today. It was easily the best FedEx experience I have had to date. Tanasha was extremely friendly, fast and professional and the whole store was well staffed to handle the customers coming in. Thank you for taking what I thought would be a 45 minute patience-test and turning it into a 5 minute walk in the park.

Tanasha went above and beyond to make sure my package was secure before shipping. I appreciate her attention to detail. She noticed the contents of my box were loose and offered to repack it to avoid damage to the contents. Great job.

Chandler was awesome! He was professional, kind and got a complicated (45 mins) order done for us and never once complained or made us feel like an inconvenience. FedEx should consider promoting him to the store manager . Kudos for such great customer service!

Poor customer service. Employee working here told us to wait to the side then she helped the customer immediately behind us. When another employee asked who was next, the employee who guided us to the side told him we were. We will be using other shipping services or offices in the future.

There is a guy there who is a jerk, he has refused my packages 3 times, just because he doesnt like my packaging. I work with conveyor belts for a shipping company for 20 years, Ive been packaging and shipping for 20 years. I can teach this guy a thing or two about shipping.

I went there twice in separate weeks and the service sucks it is Sunday July 15 2018 I walked in there and the girl in the front was useless jus like the week before when I was in there I tried to print photos from my phone with this new machine that they have all my photos wasn’t popping up and everytime I ask for help it seems like nobody had an answer or even tried to come over to help I spent 30mims trying to figure it out on my own still didn’t get anywhere NO ONE HELPED ME! I got so irritated and left this location sucks!!!

Please avoid coming here, the service is horrible and awfully slow. Mark E at the all services area needs additional training because he is extremely slow at everything; talking, typing, packaging. How can Fedex charge for such horrible service at this location. I handed Mark E my ID in his hand, and he placed it on the counter to return it to me.
