Spoke to JT on the phone and told him I needed my ABS brakes bled on my 2020 Road Glide. Told me to bring it in the morning. He took me right in and worked hard on those brakes to get me going again. All while dealing with a pet emergency. Great guy, great price and I highly recommend them. Will definitely be back!

Brought my 2019 CVO Streetglide in for some modifications. They installed front and rear air ride with a dual gauges and special switches. I also had a center stand installed. Super honest and fair! Had what I thought was an oil leak. Cleaned and tightened up everything, oil changed, new tires installed and I was quite surprised by the price ( in a good way!!). David was so helpful and a great gentleman. Even came in early for me because of my schedule and I had never been there before. Steel Knuckles is the best motorcycle shop I have been to and had work done at. JT and David are 2nd to none with their customer service. The guys at the shop are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and detailed. I told them what I wanted to do with my bike and JT/David were able to tell me exactly what I needed to get done. They are the real deal. Dropped off 2010 trike to have fluids checked n do a safety check. Only needed primary n trans changed and went over bike completely. Done in no time n no bs. I will be going back there from now on.

I contacted the shop via FB messenger and requested pricing to install passenger pegs. I was told to stop by anytime and the guys would help me out. The price was way lower than what Honda quoted me. Went this morning and was greeted by David who hugged me hello. Everyone was so kind and friendly and I felt very comfortable. He spent longer than expected and didnt even charge more! Big plus is there are 2 awesome shop dogs hanging around. Ill definitely be back.

My Story is quite unique. Our family owns Four(4) Motorcycles (Three Newer Harleys and A very expensive Triumph Thruxton). On multiple occasions weve gone to Harley Davidson and of course weve tried a plethora of different Motorcycle shops referred by different friends. Each time the result(s) are the same. They were overpriced and the work is just okay. Well, everything just changed. STEEL KNUCKLE CUSTOMS is our new Harley motorcycle repair shop. Their head Mechanic Sugar is Amazing! The prices/Estimates and excellent workmanship are second to none. Sugar is extremely kind and his staff has the ability to perform complex repairs at very reasonable prices. Recently my daughter put on an extensive light package and the compliments from other Harley enthusiasts are endless. If youre tired of the same old expensive repairs, give Sugar and steel knuckle customs a chance. Well never go anyplace else. BTW, Sugar is the sweetest , nicest Mechanic we have ever gone to. He is very patient when it comes to making sure our needs are met. Theyre always busy, but Sugar takes the time to fix everything and always keeps us informed of changes or Modifications that keep our Harleys in perfect running condition.

Came down for vacation from Virginia. I installed some led lights. When done bike would not start. Took to steel Knuckle Customs. I know wiring problems are a nightmare. I lost my foot shifter from my clutch on 95 and managed to pull off the exit. After a quick search, I Ubered here where they happened to have a few old used ones laying around. They were super nice and sold me a used part pretty cheap and got me on my way.While I was there, I looked at a few of their bikes and hot rods. The place is sick. It is worth a visit even if you have no bike to repair.

This is one of the best shops around. Great customer service. Free pickup and delivery. If you want big wheels and music JT is the guy to see. If you just need a oil change it gets done rite. Electrical is his specialty.

They came highly recommended from some friends, I can say I wasnt disappointed. They were able to work around my schedule and went out of the way to source a part that I originally ordered that was incorrect. It might be a 40 mile ride for me to drop off the bike for work, but its well worth it.

They actually really deserve 5 stars. I was skepticle at first because my husband had a miscommunication between them and the insurance company for accident repairs. Suffice to say it took roughly 5 months before I stepped in to correct it.Most of what happened was due to the insurance company. These guys were more than patient and understanding and honestly could have rightfully charged us based on my husbands doofusness. Instead they helped us out more than they needed to and for that Im extremely grateful.To make a long story short, these guys are legit. While I was there to pick up the bike I got to meet a couple of the guys, including the owner and tour their facility. Everyone seemed to be more friends than coworkers and loved doing what they do.My only complaint was just not looking at their emails often or calling me back but then again they are more interested in getting the work done and only checking stuff when theyre done (which is a good thing I suppose).Note: my husband was extremely happy over getting his bike back. He has noted that it runs 100x better than anytime hes had to take it to Harley.100% recommend these guys.

Jay Tee and Sugar run the shop. They work long and hard hours. Ive found they do better work than Harley Davidson plus its lower price. Its right around the corner from where I live however if it were longer. I would choose still Knuckles hands down. Every time I come in Im greeted with a smile a handshake and an honest quote. Ive never known them to lack anything less than precision work. Their standards of integrity are the highest Ive ever seen in the motorcycle repair industry. They also help you buy motorcycles if youre interested. Ill tell you that Ive been coming here for a few years and Ill keep coming back. Thank you Knuckles!

After buying my first Harley I had to replace the head gaskets, fix the electrical problem, since my lights were not working correctly and replace shocks ! This bike only has 16000 miles. Jay Tee was very professional and honest about what he could do for me. Im 19 years old and I own a 2011 Harley Davidson Sportster 883. I had this motorcycle for a year now and Ive learned a lot with these guys! Jay T, Sugar, and Chewie are great! They get the job done and are always very patient with me. They have changed by bearings, brake pads, and tires. Because Im a college student, I was always worried about how much it would cost me to maintain my motorcycle, but Steel Knuckle Customs is reasonable and their prices are fair. Thank you! Got my Harley a few weeks back and immediately did the pipes, handlebars and seat with Steel Knuckle Customs. Jay Tee is the man. I met him one night in Delray and he sold me on getting a Harley and offered input on the entire purchasing process. The general manager, GC, was a huge help in assisting me with order the necessary parts and was also very patient with me as I am new to this and know relatively nothing about motorcycles. The best part is they offer input to save you headaches down the road. A couple of things I wanted to do they advised against and explained exactly why I shouldnt do it. They could have easily just taken my money and done it without offering any input at all.The work this shop does is top notch. They really go above and beyond and it shows with the finished product. I went in for what I thought was going to be a major job. It wasnt and they saved me a ton. When I went back, JayTee noticed that I couldnt get my heels on the ground. Im vertically challenged. He asked me if I often felt fatigue in my shoulders and possibly cramps in my hands. Hey..Im 72 years old. Whats new? He lowered my Ultra Glide and raised the bars. Perfect!! Steel Knucklle is always fair and do better work for way less than a dealer. Ride fast and in total comfort.
