We found this center extremely helpful and expert. They were able to improve theperformance of my older hearings aids which will enable me to delay making a large expenditure for new instruments. Brought my 96 year old mother to the Florida Hearing Care office a few months ago. Unbelievable operation. They examined her and made her feel so comfortable and at ease. Sherrie was our audiologist and was I ever impressed. She cared for my mother as if she were her own. The caring, patience and explanation of every step of the way was so unlike the norm nowadays. She touched my heart and brought a tear to my eye. After the initial visit and exam we ordered the hearing aides and were so pleased with Sherries recommendation. There was a learning process and we needed advice and re-instructions numerous times because of my mothers age. Sherrie has the patience of a saint and were never rushed or limited to visits. We both love her and the entire office staff.

I am a small business owner who trusted this company and manufactured hearing aids for them which they then sold to their customers. Fromen Hearing Aids company and the owner are dishonest and crooks who refuse to pay us for the work we did for them, even though they collected money from the customers we serviced. They take advantage of elderly customers and then use the excuse of their personal illness not to pay their vendors. We have repeatedly and nicely reached out to them to pay their outstanding invoices with us and they refuse to do so. Watch CBS news in the near future and you will see the expose and investigation of this derelict company and its owner. Do yourself a favor and deal with honest people, not these crooks.

What a professional, but also caring and thorough practice. They offered a free hearing screening. Sherrie Domb was my lovely and very competent Audiologist. She explained everything in great detail and at the end of the test, I found out that my hearing was PERFECT! What a relief! My twin brother has hearing loss so that is what prompted my inquiry. Always smart as we age to get a baseline. Kevin who works in the lab also terrific as were the support staff. I highly recommend you go see them.

2 years ago I paid $ 7083.00 for The finest Hearing Aids in the World - ( per Norman Domb.) It has been about 2-weeks since you sent it out for repair, I am 91 years old, How much longer can I wait?????????? Howard Stein. Not even the courtesy of a call.Maybe you should keep the 2 hearing aids, charge me $554.15, and return my $6528.85.???? I doubt very much that you would agree to that! Its easier and cheaper for you to keep jerking me around with repairs. Right?

Before I get into the meat of this review it is imperative to understand that I’m a very difficult client with unreasonable expectations at times. Perhaps this is due to being a hearing aid recipient since I am 8 years old. I am currently 53 years old and wear Starkey hearing aids. Last night while changing the filter to my hearing aid I pushed it into the mold. I shutter to think what it was going to entail to either fix it or replace it.This morning without an appointment as a walk-in I went to the Boynton Beach office where Sherry and Norman Domb Practice. Mr. domb is comparable To a talented magician as he was able to remove the filter from the inside of the hearing aid mold. I have to say that I was in awe At such a level of skill. I would also like to say that the compassion and friendliness of that office is unmatchable. I want to put out a very special thank you Norman, Sherry, and Andrea.

I received in the mail an introductory letter for a FREE Video Otoscope. The next morning when I woke up I went online to setup an appt. but it seems that within12hrs. after I got the letter there where no appts available for anything FREE. Nice free-bee !
