Denied service due to no mask even though I am a long time loyal customer. Woman working was also rude about it and told me to go to the pharmacy to buy a mask and then come back. Why dont you provide your customer the mask then? Its not our responsibility to wear one anymore.Governor DeSantis lifted Florida mask mandate months ago. What parallel universe are you living in?Look at your reviews, your store is going downhill.Hmm πŸ€”Wonder why!Another good customer lost. I have gone into this place. The first time I was getting information on what I needed to get a mail box. When I walked in there were two older women there. The first thing out of there mouth was you need a mask. Ok no problem but how they both screamed it out me caught me by surprise because I am a customer wanting to spend money. Ok second I was getting the information I needed. Theway they handled me as a customer was rude and unprofessional but I let it go I figured they had a bad day. I had to come back because I needed to bring the ids they requested. I walked in they were both there helping customers. All of a sudden one of them yells at me that there is a line and I needed to get on it. All I did was walk in wow what a rude b---h. I said something to her about her rudness and she asked me to leave. I guess Ill call the bbb the US post office or whatever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Not surprised to see this Mail Stop has an average 2.5 star review rating when I logged on to put in my own review. Zero stars is more fitting but youre forced to put at least one.This Mail Stop location is staffed by a couple of miserable, unprofessional, unappreciative rude older gals who displayed the same nasty demeanor toward me as Ive read in other posts here. Theres one who basically sits in a chair in an obscure corner and does nothing, even when there are numerous customers to tend to. They are argumentive, they are confused and unsure of certain UPS protocol often contradicting each other. I simply took my parcel and walked right out of there. If you value your important parcels (especially with the Holidays approaching) do Not leave it in their hands at this store. Search around the area here, there are way better places to ship from.

Stopped here today to mail a small package. In the parking lot an older lady asked us for help carrying in a package. Once we got inside the lady with short blonde hair working behind the counter was extremely rude and when asked where we could sit the ladys packages shes started yelling to not talk to her when shes with another customer. Then she hangs out of the window and starts yelling at the other customers that only 3 people can be in the store at a time. So we sat down the ladys packages and turned to leave as this lady behind the counter clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed. This was my first and definitely be the last time I ever step foot into this place.

The ladies who run this shop are very friendly and professional. I didn’t know it was possible to have such a warm and personable experience at a simple mailing shop. They treat customers so well and have a nice selection of little holiday gifts and trinkets.

Very nice people from what I have experienced so far and a fast service. Though you might bring out a conversation if you enter in the mail stop a little chatty as in one sentence that could lead to delays but suspected as it seems the employees there are a little aged so cut to the chase, get what you came for and leave. I will continue to test the service.

Cant understand the negative reviews here but assume that either the management or the staff must have changed over recently since I have had NOTHING but the most efficient and dedicated service here. I regularly send packages to family and make returns. The folks here always help finding the least expensive way to ship, filling out the labels, and making sure that I know where the tracking number is on my receipt. They also give points for being a customer. Yesterday, the clerk told me that I had $5 worth and would I like to use them? Wow! So ignore those bad reviews - which must have been for either an other owner or other manager - and give this place a try.

I went in the ship perfume ground via usps. One lady was extremely helpful and nice. The other-Not so nice. She wasn’t even helping me she was off doing something else but kept jumping into the conversation. Mind you- I read usps rules for shipping perfume or other hazardous materials BEFORE going in. The rude lady refused to ship it usps. She was pushing fedex and ups at almost $20 shipping! Kept pointing to an outdated sign about liquids and perfumes.I left and took it to the post office -$5.75 ground shipping -with haz material coverage! Yes the line was long but saved me lots of money!Do your homework before shipping items through them specifically. A mail place should know all rules and regulations when shipping item. They’ve lost my business.

I have been using a mailbox here for my company. Love that they allow me access to the mailbox when they are closed with an access card. Very helpful employees too.

I had a UPS package that simply needed to be dropped off. I walked in and no one else was waiting. Both women at the desk completely ignored me while they were doing something on the computer. First simple rule in customer service, you always make eye contact and acknowledge the customer.

TERRIBLE! I am only giving a star because Im force to choose at least one. Customer service TERRIBLE especially which could be the owner a tall older lady. ALWAYS has an attitude, you ask a simple question she doesnt know and then trys to make you feel like your stupid. They sent me a notice that I had mail around Christmas I came 2 weeks later. There was nothing in my mail box I asked the lady were is the mail and she said I dont have anything. I showed her the proof of the notice, she said Im wrong, and its my fault the because its been two weeks!! So apparently its acceptable to throw away mail after 2 weeks!! She just continued to be argumentative even after I proved her wrong and had common sense! This is my 1st year and I cant wait to get out of my contract!Read the response from the owner. My point exactly argumentative not apologetic doesnt care! Didnt offer to at least refund me for the money remaining on the contract. In fact didnt even care to rectify the problem. This is exactly why they have a 2 rating and is currently going down. You read all this and you tell me if this is how you would like to be treated as a customer.

Never in my life will i come back. I dont recommend this store. Here was my experience there:I had an appointment to get fingerprinted for a background check and when I went, the kids were with me. The woman helping me brought a chair for the kids to sit but since Caleb my son (16months) is teething, sometimes he just wants to be held. As I picked him up her demeanor changed, as if she was frustrated with their presence. She said there was too much to be done and I couldn’t do the process holding him. She asked if I had anyone to watch the kids. (I try and find accommodations for them when I have important appointments but every parent out there knows, sometimes its not an easy task.)The more she spoke the more irritated she seemed. Her face showed her judgement.I managed to get the fingerprints done and left the minute i was done.As a child of God, I try to be as kind as I can be to those around me.Everyone at one point or another struggles in life and you just don’t know when you’ll be face to face with someone going through that moment.This woman today hit me where it hurts the most... so to you Mail Stop lady: I don’t have to give you an explanation but I will anyways. No I don’t have someone to help at any given moment because the only two human beings that would be there for me at a snap of a finger are gone. I miss them everyday and i struggle with that. My husband works hard so he can’t come to every appointment. My normal sitters have work and school to worry about and my pastor who’s helped me more than I could have asked for already has too much on her plate.To you Mail Stop lady, I pray that God softens your heart to the situations of those that walk in to your store.

Dishonest owner... I had 250 business cards printed there a few months ago. Β I paid for an 80lb stock and she gave me garbage. Β The quality of the cards was very cheap. Β I went back today and I showed her the card and she said she didnt print the card. Β She told me that she does not used that stock of paper. Β I was shocked. Β I went to my car and got the box of card and she told me that was her box. She never owned up to it and she told me to come back tomorrow...Really. Β Her quality work was so bad that she disowned it. Β Next time Ill go with Vista Print.

I was astounded with the service for the price I paid. My business cards were designed custom for my business and Ms. Maxine took the time to understand what would catch customers attention. I received card was done in two days. 250 for less than $40

TERRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!I was using this place due to convenient location. The lady that works there Maxine has just terrible attitude, rude and obnoxious. No customer service skills. She screamed at me just for asking a question. She showed attitude not just to me but to the people that walked in the shop right after me. She made me so stressed with her rudeness that i picked up my stuff and never finished mailing. Please avoid this place because obviously she dont want to keep her job.
