Had to try the “famous” Jupiter donuts. There’s a few highs, but a lot of lows unfortunately.The highs:Amazing apple fritter and cinnamon roll. Both massive and well made. The normal donuts are better than Dunkin and are worth the priceThe lows:The “filled” donuts are not very filled at all. They have a small drop of creme or fruit filling and the rest is just dough. Very disappointing for the way they represent them in photos.Additionally, I’m not sure who’s voting or doing the taste testing on their coffee but I wouldn’t take a cup even if it was free. Quite upsetting on that end.

Meh... I first encountered a musty smell upon entering. Kind of a turn off. I got an egg sandwich on an everything bagel. I was disappointed I couldnt substitute the American cheese. The sandwich was just average. I did get a donut which was good. Overall, I will not be going back for their egg sandwich.

Today I went to Jupiter Donuts to treat my family for Halloween. I was shocked by the horrible customer service and wont go back. Just to let you know, I dont make a lot, so spending $2.00 on a donut is a lot! But I wanted to do something special for my ninos, so I bought a dozen donuts and tried to prepay for the order. The female staff member took my order, but said I could not pay by phone because she was too busy. So I went to pick up my order. The same lady - an older woman with blond hair - told me that I could not pick up my order from the prepay line because I had not paid. Ok, no problemo. I waited 25 minutes in the regular line. Still, I was excited to bring my ninos some fresh donuts. But then the same lady was very upset at me because I did not leave a tip. She stared at the screen while I did my payment. She shouted very loudly and many times for others to hear, Really? Are you serious? I dont understand rude people. Well, I dont understand her either. Was she rude for not letting me prepay? Was she rude for making me wait in line an extra 20 minutes even though I preorder? Was she rude for staring over my shoulder while I paid? Was she rude to try to make me look cheap when I am spending $2.00 per donut. Maybe this lady likes to bullying people to get her way. And maybe Jupiter doesnt care. But it made me sad that I bought donuts from a store that allows their staff to bully average people because they dont make a lot of money. If you give good service, I will tip you. But please dont try to bully me. No donut is worth that price.

Picked up a dozen for the first time this morning and they are delicious! I called 20 mins before arriving to the store and they were boxed and ready to go. Lady at the register was lovely. The owner even hand-selected the dozen for us. Thanks so much!

The breakfast sandwich is bomb! So so so good! I also ordered some donuts that were delicious. I really liked this place. The only reason why I don’t give a 5 stars review is because the staff wasn’t as welcoming as other places. Otherwise, definitely recommend to come and try this place

High quality donuts - way above average.

Consistently rude, ignorant staff. I have ordered food from this location for years and the quality of customer service has plummeted over the past few months and is now best described as the “bottom of the barrel”. Staff either needs to receive customer service training or be fired. Trained not to yell at customers for holding a door open for another customer leaving for letting the A/C out. Trained to not lie to customers on the phone about what donuts are left. Trained to not refuse to service. We have never been anything but polite and we will not be returning to this location. This location is DESTROYING the brand reputation of Jupiter Donuts.

I drove one hour to get some donuts from this place just to find a hair inside one of the cake donuts and the other donuts weren’t that good some of them were burn. Never coming back

Donuts were fine but they messed up our order. Not sure how. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches on donuts. I got back home to find one sandwich on plain bread with ham egg and cheese and the other on everything/poppy seed bagel.i dont know how this happened when I watched the lady up front take the donuts to the back for the sandwiches. Then the lady called out my name....anyway throwing these outs.

Always fresh donuts daily with a wide variety of specialties. I love the chocolate iced with Holland cream, my favorite. Surprisingly, I go there often for breakfast sandwiches. With your choice of roll, bagel, bread or even on a donut and a generous helping of eggs and choice of meats. Great place for a bite or sweet dessert in the AM.

Really love the donuts here! The taste is just right. Not too sweet. We always get fast and friendly service. Everything that weve tried is good. We try to come here often, but sometimes we cant due to our diet. I recommend that you try them out as you will not be disappointed. Yummy

Love Jupiter Donuts! MOST IMPORTANT, MUST KNOW.... Get there early!!! If you plan on going later in the day or if you go on the weekends, get there early. They frequently sell out. Our family enjoys Jupiter donuts as a novelty and treats after Sunday breakfast with family and friends.

Placed an order for a large donut for a birthday, well over a week before it was needed. Spoke to manager at the Boynton Beach location and went through all the particulars about flavor and decoration.My credit card was charged immediately.Went to pick up the order but they never made it. You had ONE job to do. Very disappointed and your employees were very rude.I can prove I had the correct location from my cc receipt, so no, I did not get the locations confused.Epic fail Jupiter Donuts.

This place has a policy or an employee that discriminates against people who have either a medical or religious exception with regards to mask mandates. I have been able to enter this store previously with no problems and no mask, but that wasnt the case this time. After placing a quick call to the Jupiter Donuts store located on Jog and Lantana, we were told that we would be accommodated and made the trip over to that store and enjoyed our donuts there.

ALWAYS OUT OF PLAIN DONUTS BY 8:45 am. Does it make sense to have the donuts people buy.? Girls are very friendly and always quick. Donuts are the best but coffee is a weak spot. Duncan has the coffee. Get the baker to understand the plain donuts need to be baked to sell......!!!!!

Masks are optional, so during a pandemic in record high cases in PBC, I personally feel it is irresponsible of the owner to not ensure the safety of guests and staff and hang a sign in window prominently displaying masks optional.Owner then called me names on social media, and family/ friends trolled me on my social media posting insults. She then deleted the comments. Unprofessional. Guests are allowed to share their experiences, so other guests can be informed. There is no need for name calling.

This place is amazing! Fresh homemade donuts made everyday and they have different flavors daily! The French toast donut was AMAZING! The chai tea is also one of the best I have had! Ill definitely be back!

Great, fun place to go to get not your typical doughnuts or the classics! The raspberry jelly filled, churro, and French toast flavors were a few of my favorites. Will most definitely return.

I went to try the donuts. They are huge .ore cake like. I wanted to get a lemon donut and I really enjoyed it. I would go back and try others since they have a large variety.

This place is amazing! If you like something more than a typical donut, you need to come to this place! Service is great, food comes out fast, and it’s not as expensive as other places. I would recommend going before 1pm. Place only runs until they run out of donuts... and trust me they go fast! The sausage gravy is pretty good and their hungry man is delicious! Cronuts are off the chain! If you go YOU GOT TO BUY ONE!

Just went to Jupiter Donuts for the first time. I had their breakfast sandwhich with a half dozen of assorted donuts and a smores coffee. I must say that the quality of everything was superb. Not only was everything delicious, but also very fairly priced. If you were to purchase a dozen of their donuts, it comes out to $1.20 per donut. Again, the quality of them is outstanding and not to mention their coffee was very good also.10/10 Will certainly come back.

OMG these guys have the best damn apple fritters on the planet. Never had their donuts but man those fritters are to die for.

Shouldnt have gotten the glazed donuts as they were very depressing and dry, like plain bread because the other donuts seem to be much better. Dont recommend glazed donut from here.

Food is always delicious but the service is always a gamble. The one girl at the front is very curt and whenever my order is wrong, which it usually is, she quickly absolves herself of any responsibility instead of apologizing for the mix up and getting on with it. 4 stars for the food, not the service.

Loved the unique donuts. Great taste not greasy! This location also offers Biscuits and Gravy and they were the best I have had in South Florida! Bagels were good too! I dont mind showing up early to get the freshest donuts! Good is not always convenient! I love that they make fresh and when out - out! I know I am always guaranteed freshness.

The donuts were delicious! We came to South Florida for a hockey game (Go Pens) and swung by Jupiter Donuts on our ride back to Jacksonville. The donuts were fresh and the selection was great! Well be back next time.

OMG!!! Im definitely a donut person, I get them from Dunkin Donuts all the time for my daughter, fiancee And myself. I had Jupiter Donuts for the very first time today and when I opened the box, not only are ALL of the donuts beautifully decorated, they tasted like a little bit of heaven in each bite, WOW! I swear on everything I love, its like every single donut was made with love 100% I definitely will be bringing people there from now on... Next I need to try the coffee, hopefully its just as amazing as the donuts 🍩💗🧁🎀😍

If you want to have some of the biggest donuts you have ever seen, go to Jupiter. Great tasteing donuts served with a smile and a good cup of coffee. My advice is to get there early because seating is limited and the donuts go fast.

Walked in with my dog. Who is a certified Emotional Support animal. I walk up to the register and the employee behind the counter said, “I can not have my dog in here”.I show the employee his Emotional Support ID, which is attached to his collar. The employee, rolled their eyes, turned around and walked off. Saying that they needed to go talk to someone who was in the back. By this time, I could tell this was going to be a hassle trying. I was just trying to ordering coffee and donuts for my friends and I. Seeing that this was going to take a lot longer than expected and take more time from my day I turned around and left.All I was trying to do was try a new place, help and support a local business, and hopefully have a good morning. However, I could tell our presence was more a burden than a blessing. I’ve been to numerous local places, and have never had a problem with him. Even had the ID card and was still treated poorly.

Get here early! Their doughnuts are the best in town and stock flies off the shelves pretty quickly. Reminds me of a local bakery i grew up with in northern Ohio, only these guys and gals do it better!
