I have had the most infuriating experience with my order at the Boynton Beach location. I ordered on line on the 20th for delivery on the 20th. Today is the 26th and my order has not been delivered. My surprise is ruined. I tried to call to inquire and there were two messages assuring me that my order would be delivered. I could not leave a message. I wrote to them on line and was told that some one would contact me in 48 hours and no one has. The mailbox is full so I cant leave a voice-mail. I am now questioning if they are still in business.I have always been impressed with Edible Arrangements but will going elsewhere in the future.I am leaving one star because there is no option for no stars.

Absolutely atrocious service. Ordered something for my mothers birthday and it never arrived. I ordered a full day in advance. I tried to contact them on open hours but their phone calls are in an endless loop, I wasted an hour waiting for them to answer. They dont respond to their emails. This is the most disappointing and infuriating experience Ive had with a company like this. Completely ruined my surprise for my mothers birthday. I live far away and wanted to do something special. Next time I will be going somewhere else.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I placed an order yesterday to be delivered today and it was never delivered. When I called to check on status I was told that driver got into a terrible car accident and all deliveries was returned but guaranteed that it would be delivered. Arrangements were never delivered and my surprise was ruined. Been using Edible Arrangements for years and never had a bad experience until today. I really wish I would have read the review first before choosing this location. Will never ever again use this location and I want a full refund!!!

These guys are great. Their arrangement looks better than the picture that advertises it. Asked for it to be ready by 4pm and it was. Thank you for making a mother happy on her Mother’s Day from her boys.

I wish I could give them negative five stars. I ordered a big strawberry platter and balloon for the 84 year old father in law. This store send him a small box of strawberries, no ballon, no birthday message and with the wrong name. When I called to complain, the lady was extremely rude. She didn’t address my issue, and hung up on me. DO NOT ever order from this store. They ruined my father’s birthday. The lady I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, and lacks all skills to handle customer services. The person at edible arrangements head quarters was very professional. Corporate needs to shut this store down. This store is running their reputation.

I made an order for my wife the delivery lady was very argumentative she declined to make the delivery for my wife. She said my wife would have to come downstairs and come get the arrangement. Which is not reasonable at all. I paid for a delivery service to expect the utmost best service possible and it was not provided. Now the delivery is not being made that was purchased

It’s no wonder they have a 2.4 rating! A surprise for a special friend, as a thank you/appreciation was completely ruined. I gave exact address and apartment number. I received a notification stating it was delivered. I call my friend to ask if she heard a knock on her door, as she was home when I received delivery notification. She opened her door and stated there was nothing. I spoke to Melissa and she apologized and said she would make sure it arrives next day. But did not have the answers as to why it was marked delivered but my friend hadn’t received it. She immediately offered a refund or the opportunity to deliver “again” next day. So I chose next day! I called next day at 10am to confirm delivery. She said she’d call me to confirm when they were on the way or at the apartment. It’s 4pm and I am currently waiting for someone to pick up the phone and no answer. They close at 5pm. This is beyond the worst customer service..So update: Melissa is having issues with drivers and sincerely apologized. I am super disappointed but I appreciate her taking accountability and making efforts to fix things.

I live seven states away from my best friend and the 26th of September was her birthday, I placed an order on the 25th to have a nice arrangement sent to her house and at checkout it gave me the option to pay more to guarantee that it would be there on the 26th… I paid the extra money to guarantee that it would be delivered on the 26th. I obviously gave them some time and didn’t end up calling until around 2:45 PM to see where the arrangement was and I was told that the person that usually does the arrangements went into labor so there was a delay which is totally understandable but also like “you only have one person doing it for such a big company?” … And I was told that it was on the truck out for delivery… I called again at 4:30pm no answer, I tried calling again around 515pm only to be met with a voicemail… My order was never delivered. What’s the point of paying extra to guarantee same day delivery if they can’t do it? And on top of that the tracking number that I was given in my email doesn’t even work to allow me to see updates on my order, I’m not surprised by all the negative reviews.

I received a delivery today and I must tell you that the arrangement was beautiful and the fruit fresh as anything. Stephanie the delivery driver waited for us to come home and was super friendly and nice. I would definitely use this store now for all my gifts. Thanks!!!

Placed an order for same day delivery and was notified hours later that they were behind in their processing time and the order could not be delivered until the following day. I explained the intended recipient would not be in town. No concession was made at all to accommodate the customer. Was not a good experience.

My son placed an order to be delivered to me on Mother’s Day. To his surprise I didn’t receive the edible arrangements. So I said to my son give me their phone number, and the order number and I will call them and see what happened. He had to go to work at this point. Well I called all day on and off on Mother’s Day. I either got a busy ringtone or it would pick up and hang up, or no answer. So today I called again and the same thing happened. So I found customer service number online, and gave them a call. The Rep placed me on hold, and called the store. The same thing happened to him, no one picked up. The only reason I’m giving a one star is because customer service offered to have an arrangement delivered or refund my son’s money. So I had them refund his money because I don’t want to go through the hassle again. Don’t use the Boynton Beach Store in Florida. Hopefully this will help others.

I highly recommend doing business at this location And if you need to speak with someone ask for Melissa. I live in Rhode Island, I dealt with the store in Cranston Rhode Island to fulfill the shipment with dealing with who she had to deal with in Boynton Beach Florida. Apparently they dealt with an edible arrangement in another pot of Boynton Beach Florida if I understood it correctly they did not deliver to my familys address. So my order was pending. How do you leave an order pending and not even call the customer up and let me know. I got the right phone number and I end up speaking with Melissa, whom is at the store on Boynton Beach and Hagen ranch road. She was very helpful.. and knowledgeable of everything that was going on. She took care of my order. I will always do business with her when it comes to having deliveries go to my family in Florida.Melissa thank you so very much for everything!!! This store took the order, said they would call to arrange a delivery time which they never did. 4 days later the order, a family Birthday present, still wasn’t delivered. When I called they said they were really busy and didn’t have time to deliver it. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM‼️

I placed an order for my mother on 5/1 to be delivered on Sunday Mother’s Day 5/9. The tracking was never updated, I call & call & call & no one answers it says to call back during normal customer service business hours Monday - Saturday 9-5. My mothers order was never delivered, tracking was never updated. You bet they took my money. I will never purchase from edible arrangements ever again. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I had a surprise delivery from these guys last night, but I wasnt home to get it. They called me and I asked them to put it on my bench. Super nice people! And when I got home, the fruit was really good and it was a beautiful arrangement.

Ordered a arraignment to deliver Christmas Eve for aChristmas gift. When it did not arrive I called numerous times and could not get through, they do not answer the phone. Finally got through today and spoke to the manager Ron. He told me it will not deliver until 12/28. He said there was a computer problem and no one was notified that it would be delayed. I payed $14.99 delivery charge and all he could offer was a full refund or delivery on Monday. He did not try to make it right or even offer to refund the delivery charge. I understand everyone is busy this time of year but he had terrible customer service skills and could care less about making this situation right

Never delivered! I ordered a large fruit bouquet for my Moms birthday. I called at 4pm to find out what was going on and the lady said they were waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. I tried calling the store again at 6pm, it was closed and the order was never delivered! They shouldn’t be taking people’s money when they can’t follow through.

Never ordering from this store again! Just as others have said, I ordered several days before Valentines Day, I was out of town so I really wanted my girls to get something special. Not only they didn’t answer any phone calls, they just canceled the order. If they had just told me they could not fulfill my order I would have just ordered from another store or made other options so my little kids would have had something for the special holiday.Very disappointing. Companies that have this responsibility should take better care of customer service.Do Not give them business they do not deserve!

I’ve never written a review but felt it was absolutely necessary for this.My husband ordered the “Blooming Hearts Dipped Strawberries” and a few other things, a couple days before Valentine’s Day, to be delivered on the holiday. He works crazy long hours and expected it to surprise me as I was home all day without him. I waited all day, frequently checking out of my window to see if anything had come. 11PM comes around, still nothing. 11AM the following morning comes around (February 15th).... nothing. My husband being back at work, decided to just tell me what was planned because I wanted to go handle it. I went to this location and explained to one of the women what was going on. I explained to her that I understand the business and the high volume on these holidays, as I used to be employed in a similar field, but that I wasn’t happy. She told me it wasn’t due to high volume, she claimed corporate shut down and that anyone who didn’t order a month ahead of time, wasn’t receiving the orders and that they were refunded. Meanwhile, every phone call and email my husband has made in regards to that, has not been answered. He did not receive any type of cancellation or refund notice. And the money, at this time, has still not be refunded. Overall, I couldn’t be more disappointed. Our Valentine’s Day was not what it should have been, because I was let down and my husband was extremely upset that I hadn’t received his gift.Just a fair warning to all who have never used this service.Will never recommend, or return.

I ordered a fruit basket for my wife and it was terrible while they claimed that they were freshly made that same day. To make it worse they ruined the surprise by calling her job to let her know that she had a surprise Coming . I called them to inform them but the manager was giving me attitude so I’ll never use their service again.

There is an employee named Doris there that helped me with my choices and made my experience very delightful and exhilarating. She wasnt there today but was there yesterday and was so kind that I felt just like ordering today for myself because. Thanks edible arrangements.

Yesterday they were supposed to deliver a gift for Valentines Day. They did not. We called several times and they do not answer their phone. We checked the online tracker and it was never updated until we received a cancellation at 8:00 pm at night. After waiting all day for the delivery. We understand that Valentines is one of the busier days of the year for them so we were as patient as could be all day. It is clear they dont care about their customers and have no idea how to handle a busy order day. Save yourself the money and headache. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I got arrangements with fungus growing throughout the fruits! I called to get a new order and was still nice with customer service when they offered to send me a new order the very next day! I called a couple times the next day to confirm that I should be expecting a delivery and I was told YES! Its 8pm and still no delivery and now your store is closed. But do understand Im going to be the first customer at your door come tomorrow morning and I plan on being irate as hell so you better have had your coffee already! This is what happens when you give a business a chance to fix a mistake without jumping down their neck the very first time! They take advantage of your kindness but please believe I will be reintroducing myself first thing tomorrow morning at your place of employment. After leaving work today, I was informed that my best friend was in the hospital after suffering a mild heart attack. I wanted to get her an edible arrangement to take with me to the hospital. It was 5:45 p.m. and, because of the traffic, there was no way I would be able to make it to the store that is close to my house that closes at 6. I Googled other locations and found one further away that was open until 7. I drove 10 miles in 6 oclock traffic on an empty gas tank only to be greeted by this piece of paper taped to the inside of the door 🤬🤬. I arrived at 6:10 and the store is supposed to be open until 7.Well, my friend will not be receiving an edible arrangement as planned thanks to whomever decided to take the rest of the day off. But at least there is a gas station on the corner. 🤷🏼

Ordered an arrangement for my parents anniversary. Was not delivered. Called the store and was put on hold. Rude representative came back on the phone and told me they would have to get back with me and hung up.Never called back. I called again and was told the item was delivered. (It was not.) I asked who signed for it. Was told they needed to ask the driver. Never called me back. I called back again to find out who signed for it. Call was not answered. Likely recognized my number since I was calling from out of state. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. The charge was put back on my card because they said they delivered it when they did not. Am completing paperwork to dispute the charge again.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

I placed an order online then called the next day which was the day of the delivery and asked for it to be delivered after 3pm. The lady on the phone said that my delivery was already loaded on the truck for delivery but she would call the driver to update the info. My delivery arrived after 3pm just like I requested. I am very pleased with the customer service of this Boynton Beach location. Thank you!!

The service is a little slow but helpful. The only thing I didnt like is that this Subway is cheap. They try to save on everything. They put smaller portions than other subways and they only give you 1 napkin when you ask to go. Every time I go they only have one employee.

I had a terrible experience, I ordered 130 worth of stuff and specifically wanted my loved one to get their favorite (chocolate covered strawberries) when they arrived edible arrangements forgot the strawberries. I called the Boynton store to tell them and the manager Ashanti was extremely rude and began to tell me its not a big deal and that I should come drive to pick them up (when I chose delivery for a reason) she never let me speak and began to scream over me and than hung up the phone on me. The way they treat their customers is disgusting and the fact that a manager is able to hang up on customers and still works there is absolutely appalling. I will never order from them again

Ive tried to buy something three times here. They never have anything made or in the glass cases. The most unfriendly staff. Unorganized, unfriendly. How can you not have anything in your store ever. SHANTI was the person who took my order she made the experience very pleasant she took her time with me and as a person who has ordered from edible arrangements multiple times this was probably one of my best experiences to this day..her attitude towards my indecisive ways was completely understanding it took me a long time on the phone to come up with what I wanted and she was patient understanding and completely wonderful I will definitely recommend this edible arrangements to family and friends and I personally will be ordering from them again and delivery was on time and amazing

Abysmal customer service! Website wasnt updating order status, so I tried to call the store twice to see if my order was ready. No one ever answered the phone. When I got the the store I stood in the lobby for 3 minutes waiting to be helped, during which time the phone rang non stop with no attempt to answer it. Finally I went and knocked on the back door in order to get some help and the associate rolled her eyes and came out to help me.

I had no issues at all. In fact, they could not deliver to the door because my mom lives in a gated community and wasnt home. They called me and re-delivered that day. I would definitely use them again.

A week ago I ordered an EDIBLE arrangement to be delivered during the day for my MOTHERS Birthday. Because they did not show up until 7pm, my family was out to dinner and the edible arrangement was left with new neighbors on the same street. Very unprofessional!!

I called the office to notify them that an item was missing , and i was answered by a RUDE representative, that really was NOT trying to help me. She repeated the only options twice and had no customer service skills. She asked if i wanted the item or reimbursement. Of course i said the item , and hours later nothing was delivered. Thanks alot ! WIll NOT order through this store again!

TERRIBLE ROTTEN FRUIT DELIVERED! Then when I called to ask that a refund be given to the sender, the manager never called me back as promised to confirm. Finally when I called the manager she acted like she did not care and asked twice what was wrong, though I had told her the fruit was rotten and smelled like old garbage! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY COULD CARE LESS! This app requires I give them at least one star, I would not!

I called just to make sure my order was ready and as i started to ask if it was ready, they immediately said it was ready and didnt even bother asking my name. Just said its ready and hung up. When i got to the store i wasnt greeted. The girl was sitting behind the counter on her phone i said hi Im here to pick up she didnt say a word except sign and nothing more. I had to ask for her name. I got home there was no personal message attached as I wanted and the strawberry were SOUR. First time ordering from edibles, never again from this location. Filed a complaint, lets see how serious their franchise is about taking complaints.

I will never order from Edible Arrangements ever again, after ordering overpriced fruit to be delivered on Mothers Day and waiting all day (its now 6:10) and it never arrived. I tried calling the store it was supposed to be coming from all day and they never answered the phone, then I call the Customer Service center and speak to the MOST unhelpful representative Ive yet to deal with, to call back again to get a message exclaiming to me to call back tomorrow during customer service hours. I then attempt to reach out to the store one last time (as theyre still open until 7) and LO AND BEHOLD I get voicemail that says theyre open but their customer service hours are only until 5, it then forwards me to a voicemail where THE MAILBOX IS FULL, so I cannot even leave a voicemail about my issue. Im BEYOND disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of reliability, I will never buy from this company or refer this company to anyone. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a Mothers Day surprise.

Do Not Order! My wife got sick off of bad fruit which we noticed the driver was in a regular vehicle that was loaded with other arrangements not the van with cooling unit as usual. I asked if it would be ok being it is transported that way and was told their vans were all broke down so they use a courier company. Well wife ended up very sick and we noticed mold on the fruit not to mention after a phone battle trying to locate my item that wasn’t delivered the previous day There’s other companies to order from besides edible. These people will be hearing from my lawyer on top of paying doctor bill

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a family member that lives in a gated community. This store claimed to have attempted delivery 2 times. Neither myself nor the recipient were contacted after these failed delivery attempts. Delivery drivers must provide an address to gain entrance into the community. The gate security confirmed that no deliveries for the recipients address had been attempted. Had I not called, they would have taken my money and not delivered the arrangement at all. The woman I spoke with was very rude and they were incredibly difficult to work with. The arrangement was finally delivered a week late.

I wasnt in there I dont know why I was asked to rate this.
