Very sweet and quaint space. Sat at the bar with a friend. Watched amazing craft cocktails being made by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful whiskey choices. Wound up doing a flight and was provided some background on the whiskey and also how to properly sip and look for specific flavors. I did not eat dinner (although my meat eater friends rave about their menu). But I did order the olives and truffle fries. Amazing! Don’t forget to try the bread pudding dessert with a bourbon (see pic). It’s the perfect paring to end your evening.

Where do I start? We are newish in Boynton and have been looking for our “to-go” spot on date nights and let me tell you this place was AMAZING! Superseded our expectations. Let me start with the food! Wonderful plates to share they change the menu daily we had the chicken meatballs, potato wedges, meat pies, biscuits and the bread pudding. One thing was better than the other! 👌 now to the drinks! My favorite part of the night!! The bartender “Swig” made us WONDERFUL off the menu drinks! I love when ppl are so passionate on what they do! Hannah our server was extremely nice and gave us great suggestions for food! This place deserves over 5 starts! Everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere and ambiance was great! We even had entertainment for free 😆 this guy complaining he was charge 0.20 for extra sauce.. I guess you can’t please everyone.. keep it up the butcher and the bar you gain new regular customers! Thanks again for the amazing experience!!

I enjoyed dining here and love that they offer clean, local, eats. They have a very concise menu but everything is locally sourced or made by them. This makes for a delicious meal at very reasonable prices. The staff was super enthusiastic about what they do there and gave my party lots of information about the butcher portion of this spot. I think it would be great to have brunch here and then buy meat from the butcher to cook at home for dinner. They also offer beer from Florida breweries so I was able to enjoy one of my favorites with my meal. I cant wait to go back!

I ordered med. rare, got well done. I hate Burger King, but you will get a better burger there. Hurricane Ally was packed so we tried this. Never again

A nice new addition to Boynton Beach! I just went with my wife and a friend last night for the Butcher Bites (tapas style small plates). We tried a ton of the items, but a few stood out: the meatloaf sliders, the meat sheet (charcuterie board), and the baked chicken meatballs were our favorites! The drinks were unique and well crafted, especially the Barrel-Aged Coffee Manhattan, which was especially smooth. The service was phenomenal - very courteous and helpful. Just consider that its tapas and the hand crafted drinks can add up quickly, so you can rack up a bill. Its a great place for a date night or experience dinner! Absolutely recommend!

Lets be clear here. This is probably the best place in Boynton Beach. They are a butcher shop tied to a bar restaurant. Do not let this preclude you from visitng. The menu is limited but everything is delicious and it changes almost daily. I would equate this to a NY bar/restaurant with a nice look, great food and great service. Get here while you can! It will not be the best kept secret in Boynton for long.

This place was such a nice surprise. Service was really good. Our server Hannah was enthusiastic, smiled and gave good suggestions. Let me tell you, Drinks are GREAT. Came on a Sunday, they had a pretty limited brunch but the Benedict is awesome. Food is just really amazing, you can taste all the flavors so well. I highly recommend it.

Wow, went for dinner last night 8/7. Chatted it up with Natasha the manager and got tour of the butcher shop. Food delicious. Waiter attentive. Have the bread pudding for dessert! Cant wait to go back. Wish I could give 100 🌟

Finally made it here for some meat to smoke and was pleasantly surprised! The quality is clearly high and they gave me tons of advice on how to prep the meat (got a whole slab or pork belly!). My dog loved their puppy treat as well! Not to mention I got a sandwich since I couldnt pass it up and the curry chicken sausage is to die for. Ill be coming back and heavily considering the Thanksgiving pre order! Cant wait to try all the other goodies I picked up, thanks Anthony for guiding me through the experience!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!The food, drinks, staff, location, vibes, music, all of it. IDine in, take out, or just perusing the shop - I love all the things! The pimento cheese and pickles is always a win for us!They change the menu every couple weeks - and EVERYTHING we have had has been delightful!The staff recognizes us everytime, even though we probably only go a few times a month.They have a gin menu - yes, a full list of gins most of which cant be found at total - and a bartender (Swig) who can make anything you want!Its so far above a little neighborhood joint, but it is my FAVORITE neighborhood joint! :)

Love this place for so many reasons. They have a full service meat market and a great craft drink bar. The chef makes a fresh menu every day that would make Emiril Lagassee sweat. If you are craving high end drinks and 5 star meals dont miss this hidden gem.

We absolutely LOVE the Butcher and the Bar! Weve been going more or less since they opened, and it has really become our go to spot (almost every weekend!). The food is amazing and unique, using Florida only products from cow and pork (butchered on site by their amazing butcher Jason) to locally sourced veggies. The menu changes daily for the most part, is beautifully crafted by Chef Dan and the wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable-especially Tasha and Robert. They also put on some great special events such as bourbon tastings and dinners. Highly recommend checking them out.

Great experience and totally unexpected- everything is local and fresh... not just “fresh” i mean its really fresh. Our waiter and everyone else we met while we were there we not only polite and attentive, but they made us feel like they were excited we were there! My girlfriend and I will absolutely be back. The tapas style servings are perfect for a date night, the rustic ambiance is comforting and relaxed... and to the owner of the establishment... well done.

What a fantastic place!!! Great drinks, wonderful food. My wife had my 70th surprise birthday party here and this place outdid itself on greatness. We are now back here and everything is still quality. Well be back again.

Great craft kitchen! Went for lunch and the small menu had a little bit of everything. The dinner menu changes daily so call ahead if youre hoping for something specific. They have a house-made veggie pattie that can be used as a meat substitute for your vegetarian friends but its only made 2-3 times a week, so call ahead and make sure they still have some. Overall, great experience.

Love everything they make here and the service is THE BEST. The desserts are exceptional- get the cookie and bread pudding. You’ll be glad you did!

This place is a facade. The alcohol selection is amazing however all the drinks that were ordered had an extremely light pour. In terms of the food, I don’t understand how you can consider yourselves a butchers shop when 90% of the menu is pork base, which most is ground pork and over cured. Where is the steak, the pork chops, pork tenderloin, and Lamb chop??This place is the definition of budget. Would never go back.

They have some great sandwiches here and plenty of outdoor seating. The connected butcher shop also has a good selection of meats. The staff are also super friendly and fast. I’m looking forward to going back so I can try some of their other dishes.

I cant say enough good things about this place. All the meat weve bought here to cook at home is impeccable, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It looks and feels like a high-end restaurant (which it is), but you dont get overwhelmed with the downsides of dining at a restaurant like that. The fact alone that they have a butcher attached is a rarity, definitely worth eating here and visiting at least once. Any food, any time of the day, is my recommendation.

This place is awesome. The changing menu, the chill atmosphere and more importantly the overall vibe of this is amazing and not typical to the area. If youre looking for a nice date spot with quality food and service.

I only had the potato wedges appetizer because I wasnt super hungry. The were delicious and well-seasoned. Homemade ketchup and mayo were perfect condiments. Menu is somewhat limited if you are not a huge meat eater. Vodka and cranberry cocktail was short pour to the eye. Would try again though. Waitstaff needs a little more training.

CORRECTION: Needed 10 Tomahawk Steaks, They only had 5. They were all cut different and not the same width throughout each steak.For a butcher shop I would expect the quality to show.

Quality, locally sourced food but I found it pretty expensive. 13 or 14 dollars for a 5oz cheeseburger is a bit much as is 12 dollars for a glass of Sangria but I always give a new restaurant a try.

Great food even if the menu was a bit small. May have just been the lunch menu. Cool atmosphere that seemed to attract a hip crowd. Went there on an abnormally chilly day and they provided a heater on the outdoor table which was nice.

This place is great. Limited menu, but everything is super fresh and made perfectly. The butcher shop is great as well. I would recommend the breakfast biscuit for a breakfast sandwich. You will not be disappointed!

So amazing I had to try their breakfast Biscuit this morning!!OMG...it was amazing too!!I had the sausage biscuit today. Thinking I will try the smoked ham for tomorrow mornings breakfast!! Love to see what the different sandwiches are everyday and the bone broth is out of this world. I also love that you can grab some pork chops or other cuts of meat for dinner while you are picking up lunch.

Food was very well prepared. My husband had the burger. He thought that it was well prepared. I had the hotdog special. I loved it but the hotdog would not be a food for my husband. The hotdog was delic for me but too spicy for my husband. The condiments, all prepared in the butcher and the bar were great. Ketchup, aolie and peper relish over the top. I finished the peper relish with my fork not to leave any over. My only thing that I should have done is to ask for the potato fries without spice. Our waitress was just dynamic friendly, attentive and made sure our lunch was pleasant. The Butcher and the Bar gets my vite

Great spot amazing food with fantastic beer and outdoor seating which keeps you out of the rain. Get the porchetta - I wish it had a bit less on the sandwich (to not overpower the amazing quality meat).

Finest meal and best service Ive had in Palm Beach County in past year , and I dine out regularly. Everything we tried was magnificent and the pride taken in the scratch preparation of even the condiments was impressive and justified. Dont hesitate. Excellent dinning.

Ive ordered lunch from the Butcher and the Bar a few times and have always had a great meal. The sandwiches are delicious, prepared meatballs, cured meats, sides and olives are so flavorful and you can really taste the quality. Recently stopped in for a late-night cocktail and had a great experience at the bar with Gallie (spelling?). Excellent drinks and service. Jacob and a few other staff members stopped by to chat, the owner Eric was delightful. Everyone was cleaning often and very covid-conscious. Every little detail in the decor is so well-thought and relevant to the theme, I just loved it. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

Food was out of this world! We had the patty melt and the porchetta and they were the best we have ever had. If you are wondering if you should stop, you should. Also, they are very personable and they take customer service to a whole new level. Nice job!!

Definitely a great addition to East Boynton! As a vegetarian, I have tons of options to choose from on the menu & I highly recommend the pickled vegetables and pimento cheese 🤤

The breakfast biscuit from the butcher and the bar was absolutely incredible and I suggest everyone get over there immediately to try one. Or two. Very well done gang very well done!!!! 10 Stars!

What I love the most about B&B is they take real food and make it spectacular. The $5 hot dog Mondays could be $10- it is so much food for $5 so why go anywhere else?!?!?!? Everything the Chefs do are next level. We also went in for a drink last weekend and it was such a great environment. Will be back again and again.

Nice lil joint. We didnt get to taste the entire menu, and as it changes daily, it wouldnt tell you much, but every bite was just right. And the charcuterie... lets just say it was so good that after our meal we cleaned out the deli case. Once they make more capicola, go get some, and the pastrami... oh boy is that good, not too mention the pickled green tomatoes, crisp, tangy, sweet just right. Great beer menu, Great service. Had to try this new restaurant in Boynton Beach after eating some of their food at a pop up we attended at Mathews Brewing in Lake Worth. Their sandwiches are amazing, hit the spot for lunch. My wife is vegetarian, but they made a veggie friendly patty CUSTOM for her; they said just always ask and they will try and accommodate.

Very nice customer service, food was good. Overall good experience and would go back. We liked that it was walking distance from the down town area in boynton as well.

This is what boynton beach needed, amazing food all made by the staff, vegetables and meats are locally sourced and cure + smoked in house. I ordered the breakfast biscuit with chorizo and the flavor was out this world, the chorizo was perfectly seasoned and smoked + the biscuit had that homemade texture we all look for.The are open for dining in and the staff was using gloves, masks and cleaning everything.

This restaurant as been on my list to come to since I have met Chef Dan and his team years ago. They have been doing pop ups at many local breweries as well as having a showcase at the Delray Farmers Market. It has been a work in progress where they wanted their own location they call home; finally in a great upcoming development area of Boynton Beach theyve done it.Tucked in the NW corner of the 500 Ocean Bldg, you walk into that nice old school butcher style feeling. Aromas thatll salivate the mouth as your stomach feels get ready for fresh, local ingredients. They pride on making all their own seasonings, picking all regionally sourced foods, organic products. Its easily felt when you bite into their sandwiches, pickels and more.My first visit, my sister in law from Chicago was visiting looking for a new place. She fell in love at first scent. She enjoyed Chef Dans amazing biscuit(homemade duh) breakfast sandwich. I got the porchetta sandwich with pasta salad side. Got some homemade jerky to send off for my brother to enjoy and a treat for the dog.I have spoken of them in my other reviews of breweries, its clear I am a big fan. My vote is go and its delicious.
