Came here to buy some bait and it was locked with a sign that says be back in 10. Waited and kept going back to check and no one was there. A few cars came to try and a few of us ended up leaving. It’s Saturday and sunny so I don’t understand why they would lock the door and lose 3 sales. Who knows how many people they lost but definitely won’t be coming back.

Always great to shop here. All of the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. The owner or one of the owners is very kind and treats you as a valued customer. Kevin is always helpful with anything I need or have a question about. I do not spend my money in any other bait stores.

Its sad that a family business dont treat their customers like family. Jack who works there is a great employee. The other guy with the red beard not so much. Always doesnt have much advice and makes you intimidated to ask a question. Saw him at the boat ramp and approached him after I said hello and just pulled off. Bad customer service and they lost my business for good. Ill now bring my business to tuppens marine where they have some sense of being nice to their customers.

Don’t usually right bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary but this store is the worst! They don’t treat customers right at all and even go as far as threatening your if you don’t agree with them! Horribly run business that needs to be put on blast. I HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else but here if you don’t want to be treated like garbage!

Really good customer service.

Florida Native provided me with some of the best service I have ever come across. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable arent even close to enough when describe the level of professional service the staff offered. They went above and beyond without hesitation for first timers in their store. If youre ever in Boynton Beach and need to go to a bait shop this is the place to go. Ask for Josh and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I would recommend this place to anyone and could not have been happier with my shopping experience!

Very nice people and the guy was honest when I asked him if he knew what kind of fish are out there. He made simple response by saying he wasnt sure and didnt want to lie to me. He also suggested to check around the shores along the inter coastal waterway where he thinks it is more lively with fish than it is at the inlet. The bait he supplied were good sized shrimp. I will definitely give them my business again. Prices were reasonable for the bait purchased.

Every time we come here early morning it says open and no one is here. Every time you ask Kevin any questions he will say he doesnt have what you need but he will in a month. I tried couple of times to come here but same disgusting attitude. I gave up on this place.

Been going here for years and they always have the best selection and the parking lot is big and easy pull in and outta there with a boat and trailer. They are also the closest to the boat ramps . Kevin or jack will get you set up

If you are going to boyton inlet ,from South this is the best place to stop by for anything you need to your fishing trip. Baits are all fresh and store is very organized. Stuff are very friendly and helpful... Enjoy your fishing. :)

Great local bait and tackle shop located right next to the boat ramp. The people working the shop are fishermen themselves and are always up to talk fishing and give suggestions. A+

Florida native bait and tackle Incorporated has been around for a while and they will stay around for much longer do to their professional courtesy and good with repairing rods and reels and having all of your fishing needs along with Boynton ice that is premium grade.

Small quaint tackle & shop on the way to the Lake Worth pier! Very knowledgeable staff! Bait prices are fair for what you get. Tackle is in adequate supply for all species of fish. Will be a repeat customer

Went to buy live bait as a last minute thing before dropping the boat in. Bought a dozen shrimp and a dozen pinfish and they we so small my 3/0 hook was bigger both pinfish and shrimp. Half the pinfish had their tails bitten off and couldn’t swim. Be sure to check the size of your bait and liveliness before you leave. Nice collection of fishing gear.

I went in to buy fishing line and the guy working there acted like he was doing me a favor by even waiting on me, maybe because Im a female? The shelves were half empty, so this in addition to the employees rude attitude caused me to happily go elsewhere.

This afternoon, my cousin and I were out finding a bait and tackle shops. we came across Florida Native on the internet, we werent sure if we should go to it but i found a hot girl on the web page soo......yeap it was a bait shop!!! soon to close one of the most down to earth person was nice enough to set up our gear and make small talk as he worked. not only did he work on our stuff but also greeted everyone that came in as if he knew them for years. Josh, great service!! repeat business from me!!

We went to look at bait and just to check it out. The kid working the counter gave some of the worst customer service Ive had (which is saying something since Florida seems to be the capital of crappy customer service. He just sat there scowling the entire time. My husband asked him a question and he acted seriously annoyed, like it wasnt part of his job to answer question. I know where I wont be spending my money anytime soon.
