The service is quick & friendly. You are greeted with a smile & your food will be ready in minutes (typically 5-10, more if the restaurant is crowded). The prices have increased. The wait lines can get long on the weekends so be prepared. The parking lot is often crowded as well. The bagel sandwiches are hot, fresh, & delicious. My egg & American cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel was sweet & savory!

Just found this place after a year and a half living in area. Had one down in Boca when I lived there. Love it! Only negative is that its easily overcrowded, i.e., not much room and table layout unattractive for dine in. Liked Boca better.

This store is HORRIBLE. I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and asked for my bacon well done. I specified I want ALL of the bacon well done. What I got instead, was the bacon having pieces of fat through it and barely cooked. News flash, that is NOT well done bacon. When I called and spoke to the GM all he did was yell at me. He is extremely unprofessional and whoever cooks for this location does not understand the concept of well done bacon!!

Best Bagels in Florida. Cream cheese is out of this world. You have to also try the chicken salad! The Iced coffee the Cubsta is also something very unique about this place.

So far the best bagels I’ve had since I’m new in town. Closest to home NY. However, they can still do better with the flavors, I want to taste the cinnamon in the cinnamon raisin. Get it? I highly recommend this place for the iced coffee alone.Careful with the ice machine, I’ve had a few times it seems like old coffee cubes pop out. Can be a huge turn off. Idk what’s up with management having all those employees when it takes 9+ minutes for a cream cheese bagel not toasted to complete. That’s just not acceptable the time frame for the food. Figure it out and please clean that ice machine.

I always go for one of their best sellers...the Williamsburg - a bagel with tomato, onion, nova salmon and i substitute lettuce for the offered cream cheese. the service is quick , friendly, attentive. order out with no delays. clean atmosphere. I enjoy the retro Brooklyn black and white photo collages on walls. the food is incredible FRESH and TASTY. the photo i added displays the awesome Williamsburg!!

A little disappointed with the omelet and hash Browns. They look like these use frozen hash browns and doesn’t appear like they even use real cheese. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good.

Food is delicious however their toaster is very weak. Even double toasted bagel is barely toasted. Also the everything bagel would be better if it didnt have so much salt on it. Coffee and creamer selection is amazing especially with the coffee ice cubes! Veggie cream cheese is also very good.

BWB has been awesome! The special Chorizo sandwich was solid, but the Brooklyn was AMAZING!! All those meats! Really well made in the restaurant and I ordered through a delivery service and it was just as well made! I love the coffee ice cubes in the Cúbsta iced coffees, with all the great flavor and syrup options.

This place is amazing, bagels are on point! The bagel sandwiches are to die for. There’s a bunch of variety. Coffee bar is good too, plenty of options for cold or iced and different flavors. There’s no reason for you to go to Dunkins.

First time eating here and it was delicious! The staff is very nice, and service is QUICK! I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel and it was so beautiful & delicious! The bagel was so soft! Great quality food! The food was fresh! The only thing I was not happy with were the hash browns. They were burnt ☹ otherwise I definitely recommend this place!

Sooo yummy. I had a sausage omelet with a plain bagel and a side of tomatoes. My beverage of choice was the Brooklyn coffee. I enjoyed every bite and sip!!

This place has gone downhill. It’s always an issue. Either my order is wrong, the staff is rude or they are under staffed. Today’s car show brought in a lot of people, probably should have staffed up. The newer manager is super rude to the people simply asking about their order. There is no reason for a single bagel to take 20min. This is the managers fault and he should be able to lead the team on a Sunday. Sadly, I’m done and will find another spot.

Food is always good but this location is poorly managed. I just wait over 20 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese. This isn’t the first time either. It’s been a consistent problem here. There were people waiting way longer than me. I don’t know what the problem is but y’all need to fix it quick. It reflects poorly on a good brand. You can do better. Seriously, not everyone has the patience I do. This happened feb 20 at 11:40am. Got my stuff at 12:05. Ridiculous

Everything is prepared and packaged haphazardly. I ordered two black and white cookies, one for each of my children. They stacked’em up and chucked them into a paper bag. When my son opened the bag, the aesthetic of the cookie was repulsive to him. Straight into the garbage.

I ordered the seeded black russian with scallion cream cheese, hash browns and a Cubsta. The bagel uses pumpernickel bread and they clearly mix fresh scallions into plain cream cheese to make the spread. Both were amazing but I expected more cream cheese from Brooklyn. The first piece of hash brown didnt have burns but it still tasted like burnt food. The second piece had a large burn so I didnt even try it. I ordered through Uber Eats so I couldnt return it. The Cubsta was great to the very end, as usual.

Great food once you get it, last Sunday I went for a simple order. 1 poppy seed, toasted, butter, egg and sausage, said this on my receipt! They cant get it right, no cheese on top of it taking 20 minutes for one sandwich, just one!! Need to fix your process

I love the idea of this place. I love the company. I have for years. However it can use a lot of improvements. The food has potential. The menu is great. The execution is poor and it’s only been getting worse over the years. They struggle to properly make sandwiches. Always lacking quantity of what is suppose to be inside the sandwich. We love their coffee and bagels. So now when we go we typically eat before we go and grab an iced coffee and get a bagel for a snack. Today they couldn’t even make a bagel right. I asked for veggie cream cheese and this is what I got. My husband asked for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese not toasted and they had to remake it twice. The first time it was made with nova cream cheese the second time the toasted it. Half their iced coffee tanks today contained a ton of coffee grinds so when drinking you had to make sure your straw didn’t hit the bottom of the cup. Every one there is friendly and like I said the store has potential they just struggle on producing quality products. I’m posting this more so in hopes that someone from the company sees this and recognizes a change needs to happen. I know my husband and I are not the only ones that feel this way as I have many friends and neighbors that say the same thing. Hopefully they can fix themselves on the new year!

Einstein bagels are far superior. I found my Brooklyn bagel to be gummy and thick. I didn’t even want to finish it all. I ordered an Asiago bagel toasted, but if I ever returned (which I won’t), I would ask for double-toasting. It barely seem toasted (no crunch) and was lukewarm. The coffee setup is not user-friendly for coffee drinkers. It’s disjointed. From left to right, it’s hot coffee, cold coffee, cream, ketchup, sugar, lids. The lids and sugar (at the Boynton Beach location) are too far away from the coffee itself. During this pandemic time, there were no napkins available at the coffee station. This meant I had to directly touch the creamer handle and lid-release handle. The coffee itself was fine. I’ll stick to Einstein Brothers in the future.

Soda dispenser very dirty otherwise great customer service and my food came out very fast! 3 stars because my food was served with plastic materials. Its time to move away from plastic. #thereisnoplanetb #stopsingleuseplastic

Went today (3/28/21) to get a bakers dozen. Took my 13 bagels home and inside the first Asiago bagel I cut open, are 2 strands of different colored hair. A blonde one and a long black one baked inside the bagel. I have called the store repeatedly to inform them but the phone just rings and rings.

Loved this place. My breakfast could not have been better. My grandson had the Brooklyn it was amazing. Of course we all had our sandwiches on the everything bagel which to my surprise really did have everything on it. Their Everything bagel was so good that as I write this I am wanting to have one. Can’t believe this has so many positive reviews unless the employees are forced to write them . I’ve been here since November 90% of the time the order is wrong and it’s never Consistent .The employees are very nice and courteous but I wish if not winning the lottery , then maybe have a fifty percent chance of correct orders .

Cashiers had no energy. Monotone, no eye contact, sounded annoyed that I was asking questions. As soon as they cashed me out they were all smiles talking to their co-workers. If they put in that much energy talking to the customers they would make lot more $$$

Top notch food; highly recommended! Be sure to try their plain bagel w/ scallion cream cheese and Brooklyn bagel sandwich with iced cubsta coffee (needs sugar and vanilla creamer though)! So delicious!! Hands down best bagels and iced coffee weve ever had.

Cool concept but I bet the bagels would have been better if it wasn’t overloaded with cream cheese. I couldn’t even eat it how it came. Took me a while to clean off the excessive cream cheese and by that time it was cold and it was still messy and greasy. It’s a no from me. This Jersey girl is not impressed.

I don’t really get why they make a such a big deal about the water. It seems like a dumb gimmick. The bagels are not very special but the coffee is decent. Maybe a good stop for a quick bite but honestly this is not high on my list for local breakfast places.

The man by the registers in a black polo (Manager?) was really rude. He had a huge attitude when I asked for my order. I’ll never come back. No one should be treated the way he treated me. If you don’t like people, you shouldn’t be working here.

We used to go to the Brooklyn water bagel in Wellington and recently moved. I will say honestly that I can’t eat anything here so my review isn’t based on that, it’s based solely on the coffee. The other location has pumps of flavors and good coffee. Some of the pumps had dairy but not all so I had options. This location only has almond milk, all the flavorings are dairy based. For that reason alone I would rather go just about anywhere else but today was especially bad. The coffee was watery and disappointing. I would have been better off staying home. Would not recommend for a caffeine fix

VERY disappointed in the customer service this morning. Waited 26 minutes for my breakfast sandwich only to discover they lost my order. Frustrated from the time already spent I opted not to wait longer for them to make my sandwich. I received a half hearted sorry and was given my money back. Since I left with no breakfast I feel an offering of a bagel would have been a nice gesture. I live within walking distance and go there often I realize there was a line out the door but I do enjoy going to Brooklyn Bagel. Again very disappointed and hungry!

God this was good!

Its all about the water! If youve been missing the taste of a properly made bagel, or maybe youve never had the pleasure of actually trying one in the first place, you really should give this place a chance. To really top it off, they have an iced coffee bar complete with ice cubes made from actual pre-brewed coffee so it wont get watered down!

Loved the experience of seeing the bagels being made in front of my eyes. However the staff wasnt on friendly, maybe it was to early in the morning for when I went. I liked the ideal of coffee ice cubes; I think Starbucks and Dunkin need to take pointers from Brooklyn Water Bagel.

Employee swiped my card half a dozen times, banged on the credit card machine, inserted the chip side, swiped again, inserted chip... I was charged twice. Manager said it was the machine fault not the only employees. I suggested training for the employee. Manager again excused the employee.Then wanted to give me credit on the card which would take 10 days. I got cash.Wont be back.

Been here a few times as I live right behind them. The older man that took my order was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. I ordered an omelette to go. What I got was eggs with cheese on the side.

This was my 1st time at original Brooklyn water bagel is and it was outstanding. To begin with the staff is incredible very funny very professional very attentive. They treat you very well its a pleasure to deal with them. Lets get to the food simply awesome sandwiches I had one or the signature sandwiches called the Brooklyn and it was great I had mine on an everything bagel double toasted minus the cheese in my case but Im sure if youre a cheese lover the cheese will be 1st class I highly recommend this location and all their locations exam sure they have the same corporate mission of delivering great food at great prices with a great staff 10 stars!!!

When I asked them to toast the bagel lightly they did not they toasted it Way too much which made the bagel as hard as a rock

I always enjoy coming here for breakfast their coffee is beyond compare especially when you add the coffee ice cubes! I love there everything bagel scooped and filled with egg and cheese. I never knew what it meant until a friend turned me onto it but scooped is when they take out some of the breading so everything fits a little bit more compact and everythings not flying out the sides are trying to eat it.

I had to change my review this place has fallen off on the past 6 months. Every time I order on the app and pick it up it’s incorrect. Everything seems rushed now and quality is gone.

Took my family to have bagels this morning & everyone enjoyed the food even the three year old. Staff was friendly & very helpful, restaurant was very clean. Bagels are always good. The manager was walking through the restaurant making sure that everyone was happy. Loved it!!!

Every now and then the Boynton Beach Brooklyn Bagel runs a special for a bakers dozen of bagels at half price. I called in an order ahead of time since, by the time I would arrive during the afternoon, theyre usually all sold out. When I arrived before closing, I found that my order was ignored and was none too happy. The manager quickly intervened and decided to give a dozen bagels of my choosing to make things right, and I was walked away with a sweet deal. How about that for customer service? No doubt Ill keep going to Brooklyn Bagel Company after a great experience like this.
