Dont even try same day delivery. Completely not realistic. Unfortunately I needed this for my business and actually hoped it could be.

Michaels is always our go to place when looks for art supplies or school project supplies. My kids can spend hours walking around there. If you are into professional markers they have large collection of COPIC markers, always look for a sale as they can run you some serious cash.

Selection is pretty wide range for many different types of arts and crafts. Usually able to find what we are looking for or something comparable. Cashiering can be a bit slow and wait in line can be a bit lengthy at times.

Needed some framing done, and this is the place to go. Everything is done professionally and on time. They have many options, and I have had to rely on their advice more than once. Even with a sale, expect to pay a pretty price. I think its worth it.Michaels is always good for a walk-through. Its a candyland for hobbyists and decorators.

Very nice the plus is when you spend your money you do get some kind of credit back thats always great in my book its not a lot but its something, and we all know something is better than nothing at all.

This particular location in Boynton is awful! Misleading prices by merchandise so when you get to the checkout and point out that the price you were just charged doesnt reflect what is indicated by the display the pat answer is always to blame other shoppers for putting the incorrect sign there! My most recent visit was on August 9th and was the worst of all! The cashier didnt even offer to call someone to check the display! So unfriendly, unhelpful and LAZY! She didnt even day thank you. 😡 Unlike other stores they wont honor the price either.

I had the best experience today with my curbside pick up an employee named Jackie helped me out and took great care of us!!! Not only was she kind she was sweet and her hospitality was on point. If she’s not a manager she should be! I’ve been in the hospitality business for over 27yrs and she’s got what it takes!I will be back strictly because of her.

I love Michaels! I shop there often. My recent visit was exceptional. I had to ask 2 separate employees for help and both were so kind and helpful, walking me directly to where I needed to be. Anthony was especially accommodating. He looked like he might be a manager by the way he was walking around and helping others. If he’s not, he should be.

I was looking for crafts to do with my boys. But many items missing from shelves. Empty shelves.

Looking for fountain pen 🖋✒ ink... they h!have! a great deal of liquid inks for calligraphy dip pens but literally only one bottle of fountain pen ink... always good sales tho especially if you have their app!!

Employees were walking around in their phones and the cashier was rude. Stock was minimal in most sections.

Very clean and orderly. Great selection weather you are looking for seasonal or crafts. Polite staff that make the experience pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend weather looking for something specific or just browsing. Always find something fun for adults and the kids.

No one around and no one offering any assistance. The checkout line was not clearly marked, store not well organized, so another customer was lined up the wrong way as we were. As we followed her and stood behind her. Could do a better job with greeting customers and clearer with where to line up for checkout.

If you are into crafts, this is your place. They always have coupons, great sales and huge selection. Staff is friendly and they even have craft events and classes.

All the reasons i love michaels. Im a very creative diy person so whenever i need anything for a project my go to place to go is michael. During my baby shower last month michaels help me save some money one some diy peices and they were a hit at my party. Created the decor on those wine bottlesto go with the theme of my party thanks to the help of michaels

Due to the fact that I love arts and craft for me this is the best place to go they have pretty much everything yes they dont have fabric but at least they have everything else and the staff usually very helpful.

Everything placed in clearance allows comes out differently when you reach register. Its happnend to me 3x. Very frustrating especially at these times when people are finally strapped. Never get my rewards. Always a catch becreful.

Michaels is my absolute FAVORITE store. I love to stroll each aisle and take my time looking at everything that my eyes can focus on. Dont expect most staff to be able to answer your questions, especially in the art supplies section. Bring your cell phone so you can Google to get the answers. The sales associates are not all that well trained. Dont expect to find staff around to help you find what youre looking for. You having to yell out for someone to come to help you. Nevertheless, there are great things to look at and to buy for your artwork or crafting. Just have fun looking around.

I love Michaels. The employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable but I feel sorry for them. There are just not enough people on the floor and they seem stressed trying to help the customers. This is happening in many stores these days and just pushes people to buy online. I happen to enjoy the human experience but its sad to see employees being pushed to the limit.

My $200 online order was cancelled by the store without any notification. Not sure why I needed to fill out contact information if they werent going to contact me. Poor customer service. Its been almost three weeks since this has happened and I have gotten NO REFUND YET!!! The customer service chat is useless for this problem, with no option to speak with an actual human being. And on top of all this, waiting on hold for twenty minutes on the phone doesnt help ease the situation either.

Great professional custom framing services. I just had two large prints framed and I am very pleased! The staff offered great tips in choosing a frame (there are so many!) and the finished product is just beautiful!

Great place for knick knacks, holiday & home decor as well as crafting items and tools. Today I purchased crystals to bedazzle eyeglass frames for a project I am working on. The coolest part was when I checked out, they gave me a mini Santa statue!

I was there today about 3:30. You can get Halloween items for sale.With aisles of Christmas crafts & decorations...the store was messy (maybe due to the time of day) and not displayed in a reasonable merchandise appropriate way.I love this store...but I will go back after the holidays.

Staff are always helpful and the store always has great finds and the crafty odds and ends I am looking for. I just wish the checkout experience could be improved. I have almost never walked into this store and felt like they had enough cashiers. You almost always wait awhile because they are so busy. The cashiers do their best to ring people up quickly, they just have so many people waiting to checkout.

Good with what I needed

The staff at the Boynton Beach store is very pleasant and helpful. Communications regarding classes is less so. There is a sign in the yarn section, Free yarn classes Monday nights. Ask an associate for details. The associate got me the calendar of classes, but there were no yarn classes. She said to also look on line. No scheduled classes! Last year I signed up for a jewelry making class. I got an email confirmation. When I got to the store, no class. A staff member called the instructor who said there was not a class that evening. So, to spell it out: Michaels is not reliable in regards to their classes; at least not at the Boynton location. Also, beware that their coupons do not include books.

Love coming here... its pretty much impossible to leave this store only with your list items... you always find something else you may need in the future or you just want at that moment...Purchase some fantastic scent FIR sticks for my house and the whole house smells like xmas tree... fantastic!

Very helpful staff, especially Nicole ( she should get promoted ) I was looking for a tri- fold board for my daughters science fair project, but they only had the background color red and green. We went with the green one to the checkout, then my daughter asked if they had for white, Nicole went all the way to the back just to check if they had white ones, which they did. Thanks to Nicole for taking her time in helping us. Great customer service. We are looking forward to buying more arts & craft items from here.

Anthony, the Store Manager, was very patient and excellent in customer service. I was very demanding but Anthony took his time explaining how coupons work. A great place to shop with friendly staff and fair pricing.

Varied arts and crafts store. Had difficulty finding help. Once I did find someone they direct me where I needed to go. Couldnt find the item I was looking for. I only went and found some more help. And they were able to direct me but we still werent able to find what I could use. Its okay but I like Hobby Lobby better.

The store is usually neat but there is ALWAYS CONFUSION with pricing when ringing up merchandise. Many items have no prices on the item or on the shelf tag. I dont like the practice of overpricing and then calling a sale when it really is just the real price. I was there with a friend looking for decor items for a baby shower but we were told they have nothing for Baby. Really?
