Went to mail my brother a couple games and Steve decided he wanted my number. Very rude from the start like he was cool. Will not return while he is working. Rest of the staff have been friendly and helpful.

They never pick up the phone.I’ve called in the middle of the week around noon 6 times now.Absolutely no service.

I called for two days and even left messages with no reply. On the second day drove all the way there just to be told they would have a public after 12 noon. I could of saved all of my gas by them answering a simple phone call.

Ashley and her team are legit the best! So quick, kind, and they remember you! Always eager to help in any way they can, I am always so impressed with this store!

Whether it was collectibles being shipped to an auction company or a bicycle shipped to the west coast , I have used them to package and ship my items! They guarantee their work if they package for you, well worth the price! Very nice and friendly staff also, highly recommend their shipping expertise!

I have had a mailbox with this store for years now, They are the friendliest people. Usually they see me pull in and have my mail ready. I go out of town and they always keep my mail safe. Ive bought pizza and cupcakes for them they are such great employees. Thanks My UPS Store at Buckhead Square.

Worst customer service of my life. Condescending, rude, and arrogant. STAY AWAY!!! The other ups store on Scottsville had amazing customer service. Marty in particular was extremely helpful and accommodating.

This UPS store went above and beyond to help us. We provided a large color program that needed to be turned around in 24 hours. They got the job the done for us and the programs looked fantastic.

To put it plainly, absolute incompetence in every aspect. They never even attempted delivery, some teenage valley girl answered the phone and was about as useful as a hog roast at a barmitsva. Ive never seen such a sad and pathetic excuse of customer service before in my life.

I have been a customer at this location for over 4 years, pay for a mailbox and do all my printing here. Today I was charged $1.35 to print a one page email where it has been 0.10 a page the entire time. No warning just sorry nothing we can do its a service fee for us to print an email. Great customer service, I feel like such a valued customer.

On Monday, the 22nd of February 2016, I went to this location to ship a framed 8x10 photo. My background is I am online auction seller and have visited many UPS stores to do my professional packaging for the past 15 years. However, I was greatly disappointed in their employee at this location. Not only did she quote me a price that was more than double, she was rude and flat out lied to me. I informed her (do not remember her name but she was a young black female) that she was way over cost for packaging this piece and even explained that I have visited UPS Stores all over Kentucky, who packaged up the same exact sized piece. She quoted me $25 and change. I told her I have never paid more than $13.00. She told me they are not a franchise and I should take my business else where if I am not happy with her quote; which I did and visited the UPS Store on Scottsville Road in Bowling Green who packaged up my item for $11 and change. I highly recommend to everyone that they avoid the Campbell Lane location and instead go to the Scottsville Road one. Basically, the Campbell Lane location in Bowling Green, KY, is horrible and should be avoided at all costs!

Fortunately, I had a great experience with Heaven today. Keep up the good work
