They are not very professional. You try to work with someone one something they say they call you back come up with a million excuses. I have for two years tried to buy a home with them.. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. An after I seen the photos of what ur home looks like once delivered. 😯😯 Look up their reviews on fb.Edit to respond to owner... You have said that to everyone.. an I havent been in office due to lack of communication with your employees. Also yall have me on file because Ive been through the process ... So try again thanks

Once you sign papers you are completely on your own. The contractors they use are some of the worst in the buisness. Cant believe that Clayton homes would let these contractors represent there company! Signed closing papers jan 6 now its March 8 and still nothing. If your in any kind of hurry or dont have a place to stay.i wouldnt recommend. March 24th communication is terrible now its a block shortage excuse !

We bought our home in December 2015 and have had problems since day one! Our master bath had a shower leak from the day they hooked the water up and they knew this but it took them over a month to fix it, plus they had to replace the water damaged wall caused by it. The toilet in the same bathroom has a crack in the tank and they have yet to come fix that. So its useless to even have a master bath. The dishwasher doesnt fit into the counter flush, it sticks out about 2-3 inches. Two of the kitchen cabinets are bowed on the sides (one where the dishwasher is). They never put a cap on the outside of the house, although they have said they would send someone. Tony, our salesman, would call everyday when he was needing paperwork turned in, or information, but we have not heard from him at all since weve had all these problems. Its obvious he does not care for his customers after he gets paid for the sale. We lost our home in a house fire in 2014 so we were excited about starting this new chapter of our life, but little did we know Clayton Homes would be so disappointing. I guess I should feel blessed to have a roof over our heads, I just thought with it being brand new the problems would be minimal and handled by Clayton Homes in a timely efficient manner. I was wrong!!

PROBLEMS SINCE DAY ONE! Run, run, run! You do not want to purchase from this business. There has been a shower head leak in one bathroom since day one & Larry Brooks, my salesman, knew it and has yet to get it fixed......this home was purchased in October, 2015. The water has been shut off to that shower making it useless to this day. There was a faucet leak in the master bath which they replaced the faucet and it DOESNT MATCH THE OTHER FAUCET IN THE MASTER BATH! The ceiling fan light in the living room went out six months ago and Larry was called. Still waiting for that fix. Then, to top it all off, I discovered the washer was not draining into my septic tank BUT DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH ON THE GROUND!!! Since Larry is not doing his job after multiple calls from me, I called his manager, Barry Jenkins Tuesday of this week. When my fiance told him of the problems above, HE LAUGHED AT HER! He changed his tone with me and promised me a call by the end of this week. Well see. I wont quit until all these problems are resolved. Barry has a manager. Everyone answers to someone. It is a beautiful home but the service with this particular group has certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. Once they got my money, I became a stranger to them.

False hopes .. My mother signed all her papers in march and was ensured many times her home will be on the property within 2 weeks and here it is 5-3-2018 and the house is still not property she has called many times and they have promised her days and adv it is on the way an still not at the location .. They rush you to get all your papers in and get everything done but they dont finish the job after it is done ... 42 days and still been given false hope ... payments are due on a house they are not able to live in b/c Cory and Clayton Homes has gave false hopes... next call is to BBB !!!! May i also add i looked them up on BBB to file a complaint this location is not accredited my the BBB!!!

JAMES BROOKS (LARRY) was our sales rep. We purchased a home 10 months ago and its still not complete! We paid $120,000.00 for this home. Once signed and sealed, Larry has forgotten about us. Maybe we need to show up so we can see if he remembers. Complaint going in to main office tomorrow!

So this is the worst customer service management I have ever witnessed. I have filed an official compliant and I am looking for anyone else that would like to join me in reporting to the BBB and other locations. I have pictures of the current destruction and mess I am stuck with because the closed the loan before finished and now all have been paid. Please contact me on my Facebook if you would like to join me Tracie Branham ... I refused to take this treatment without standing up for myself and my family. I have a newborn and a 5 year old living in this mess now.
