The staff at this location are amazing and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I had a key broken off in a lock and came to replace the lock, but a technician named Ryan offered to help extract the broken key! He accomplished that and my lock was saved. Thanks again Ace Hardware, I will be shopping here again for my hardware needs!

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Louisville Rd Ace hardware, the staff is always very courteous and eager to help and they have most things in the store to keep your household running without driving across town to the big box stores.Yesterday I was in need of a new chainsaw as my old one finally had seen it’s last tree limb. Stopped at Ace to look at their selection of saws and decided on a Craftsman 16”. Long story short, the Craftsman saw developed a flaw after about 30 minutes of run time. Returned to the store to exchange but didn’t have another one in stock, nor did the other store on the Bypass. So I’m thinking I’m about to get a refund.....nope, they searched around the store until they found one that I liked and did an even trade. The new saw was $40 more than the one I bought but they wrote it off. These people weren’t going to let me leave without being satisfied. My kind of store!

This place recently opened, staff was friendly, store is nice inside. Checked it out for future stops since it is in a convenient location for me. Has propane tank filling which I didnt need today but might be useful.

I previously gave a one star for the past management. I am now updating the current management to 5 stars as they are very professional and efficient and it changed my attitude about this is hardware store. BIG IMPROVEMENT!

They did not do the 6 ft. distance at checkout and it took 20 minutes to get help in the paint department and I saw two employees just standing there talking most of the time even though the cashier said they needed someone in paint I will never go back to that store

I am a big fan of Ace Hardware stores in general and this location did not disappoint. They have most everything that one could need, whether its a large project around the house or just some common supplies for everyday use, Ace has you covered.
