If you visit any HoneyBaked Ham Store nationwide the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas you will experience a wait time as these are the busiest weeks of the year. They typically dont serve lunch and I would highly recommend arriving 3-4 days prior to the holiday you will get in out quickly with no lines. You can also call ahead and pre-order this will ensure you will get the product you want.Also, no restaurants in the State of KY were open for dine in due to COVID regulations.

They had bad service, long wait, cafe closed. small hams start at $50. Whhhat? the menu was unreadable from where I had to stand. no sliced ham nor sandwiches were available. it was my first time in HBH in this town. I will have to research and find coupons before I even consider going there again.

I can 2 days before Christmas and slim pickens

I did not receive the $10 discount I had been told I would receive for early Easter order pickup when I placed my order. I picked it up today, Monday, and noticed when I got home I didnt receive the discount. I called the store and the person who took my order seem surprised I didnt get the discount and then said did I tell you that you had to use the offer on your phone to get it? I told him he didnt tell me this.He said nothing could be done about my not receiving the discount.

Terrible customer service. Went in April 23 with a bogo sandwich coupon that expired april 30 and they wouldnt accept the code because i didnt have the receipt anymore. Will not patronize this restaurant again. Just pathetic. What’s the point of doing the survey then. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that values its customers

Dont listen to the horrible reviews people are trying to say, this food is delicious! Their condiments are a game changer when added to their sandwiches or any sandwich. I personally like their honey hickory mustard and savory sauce. They only sell sandwiches but if youre trying to eat healthy, this is the most delicious food to eat in town. Better than subway or Jimmy johns. That being said, please keep in mind that it is a catering bakery first, sandwich maker second. I dont know what some of those other reviewers expected.

We called to change our order. My husband had been driving when he placed his order and he could not remember the order number they had given him. The staff member who answered the phone was rude in every way. We asked if they had sent an email and she said “we don’t take any information from you at all, we just give you a code.” Even that statement wouldn’t have been horrible if not for her tone. Her voice kept getting louder and louder. She offered no help and no solution, only rudeness and exasperation. We found the number after we hung up, but her total unprofessionalism, absolutely rude demeanor, and tone of “I don’t really want your business” kept us from calling back. We will not be ordering or purchasing here again. Even if you THINK your customer didn’t do what they should have, don’t treat them like an idiot and demean them...

Awesome lunch value! Sandwich, side and drink for $6.99. I had ham signature swiss, ciabatta bread, chips (could have had potato salad). They use a honey mustard & a savory mayo. YUM! Staff was friendly and efficient (only 2 of them, 1 on register, 1 making sandwiches) and we were a large group. But they never lost their cool and dealt with it like pros.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to pick up 12 boxed lunches for my friends and family to eat on the day of my wedding while we were getting ready. We went into the store 2 weeks ahead of time and talked to an associate in person, who assured us that this would be no problem and to bring in our food order by the Thursday before the wedding. I walked into the store on Thursday ready with my orders and willing to pay upfront, and the owner of the store was EXTREMELY rude. She said she had no idea what I was talking about and was insistent that it was impossible for them to fulfill our order that we had previously been promised by one of her employees. I find it embarrassing that a restaurant does not believe themselves to be capable of putting together 12 ham and turkey sandwiches paired with a bag of chips and a pre-wrapped cookie. I understand if there was a miscommunication between the employee and the owner, but what made it worse was that the owner never once apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. When I pointed out my frustrations, she just stared back at me. If you are unable to handle a simple mix-up with respect and common manners, then you should not be in a service industry. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone for catering or boxed lunches.

Worse service! I called 30 min advance to place order for 2 sandwiches and salad. When I arrived, 1 customer waiting and 2 girls behind register were braiding their hair!!! When I got home sandwiches were completely wrong! I called manager to complain, she didnt care. Guess no need to go back, theyre more worried about hair instead of food!! Gross

I COULD NOT BELIEVE how good this ham was. We went in the day before Thanksgiving and we still got a great ham that changed my life. Seriously.

The last couple times I’ve been in I have been disappointed. Their sandwiches were so good but now it’s like they are just slapped together and they don’t have the same taste they previously did.

Delicious! Instead of fast food, choose this, you wont be disappointed.
