Great guys! This is my go to gun store now I couldn’t be happier.... I’m from Lexington and this store kills any store in KY imo...

I did not deal with guns but I wont be back. I waited almost 40 minutes b4 I was helped while 2 guys were behind the counter. I took my bow in to get a cam they did not have one. No big deal so they ordered one for me. I went and picked it up they seemed nice enough. I took it to a different place to get put on and it was the wrong one. I am left handed and it was for a right hand bow. I bow was looked at by the employee so I know he knew it was a left hand bow. Now I have to order somewhere else and take even longer before I can hunt.

This is a very well stocked shop for its size. Even with the current state of things they had 9mm ammo and .223 on the shelf. For those interested in suppressors or anything else NFA related, they now have a Silencer Shop Kiosk. This makes the entire purchasing process super easy. I just picked up my OSS RAD22 yesterday after only a 5 and a half month wait. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. Also, they didnt require me to submit nudes for the ATF 4473 form like the last store I went to.

Purchased a handgun from there off consignment that the seller didn’t have the box and mags for at the time and came back to pick them up without issue my first experience. About a month later came back to trade/sell my FN 509t. Was offered good value and ended up trading for a Glock 45. Was told by the employee the customer hadn’t brought the box and mags in yet but they’ll call me when they do. (This was on December 26th.) week goes by no call, whatever I get it. It’s the holidays and is probably spending time with family, friends etc. wait another week and pop on in to ask if they brought it. Was told the seller was out of town for a bit. Re took my name and number down and said I’d be given a call. Sure no problem (again I totally get it especially around this time of year at this point) another week goes by and nothing.. and another.. and nothing.. come back in again and am told they still haven’t brought it in and employee messages the dude on Facebook asking him to bring it in and takes my contact info again. It’s now feb. 3rd and still nothing. Every time I’ve gone in to check up (not the biggest fan of just calling especially in this age when ammo is hard to find I’d rather pop in see what’s new and maybe get a box or two if I’m lucky.) be patient and polite every time I go in at least wanting an update. At this point though it’s bad business both by the customer not bringing them in and for the business for from my perspective sitting on there hands doing nothing about it. Having to re take my contact info and not reaching out with an update or a way to resolve it. When I traded in it was a 1 for 1 exchange with the expectation set of 2-3 more mags and case for the new gun included in that price. Even when I go in I say I don’t care about the case I just want the extra mags I was given the expectation was set that I would receive in my trade. Overall staff is friendly and knowledgeable however I advise future customers to take this as an example to not do business until all components promised are in shop. With the experience I had and expectations set from the shop I still feel obligated to those mags and extra accessories (back straps etc.) and whether that comes from Ben (last name not listed as it is the customer and for their privacy) or the shops inventory i feel this was bad business practice.Edit and update: have been reached out to by shop (unsure of in regards to initial review left or not) and did set the overall situation right in regards to going forward. Again I want to reiterate every experience with the employees has overall been positive and by no means do I mean to come off as demanding in the initial response. Overall the situation falls down to all parties involved being at fault to some degree. And did not intend for it to be perceived in a way that it is a bad business. Just a bad situation that could have and probably has happened somewhere else.

My wife and I had never been in there before, but we were looking for a handgun for her. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We ended up purchasing a handgun for each of us.I will definitely shop there again and recommend them.Ron C

I didnt even know this shop existed but they made a new customer out of me in about 5 minutes. I had picked out a weapon at another shop and made arrangements to come back the next weekend to rent one like it prior to actually making my purchase. When the weekend rolled around, all units of the one I wanted were sold. Instead of offering to order me one, the guy tries to sell me something that I didnt want nor could I even handle. We found Mammoth Outdoors and within 5 minutes he had 1 reserved for me that would be in sometime this same week. Imagine my surprise when it was in within the first business day. Ill be going back for more purchases in the future. Excellent customer service!

This place is the absolute best in bowling green. There are plenty of staff on hand and everyone is very knowledgeable. They have very good prices and do not try to pressure you into buying what they recommend. I will be a lifelong customer with my experience here.

Bought a new Mathews Vertix last Saturday , pulled it back this morning with my release and my release blew up. Snapped my string and rolled the edges of one of the cams.Took it back out to Mammoth ,Greg and Lee took a new bow off the shelf replaced my broken parts and had me out the door ASAP.Great people to deal with , highly recommended !!
