I very seldom leave bad reviews. I never want to do it. I have been leaving reviews for years & have over 400,000 people who has viewed my reviews. Time & time again I am disappointed until I couldnt take it anymore. I will not excuse or blame the bad experiences Ive had on the pandemic anymore. Today is my child bday, I placed my cake order 2 weeks ago. I called for days, no answer. I showed up 2 days early to confirm my order. Go to pick up the cake today.... NO CAKE! $4.94 off a cake thats been in display for days to make up for it! 😠 Mad, sad & furiously angry is a understatement. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Shelves are stocked pretty good and flu shot available without wait. Always friendly at the pharmacy, for sure.

Quick and easy, went during a time of low traffic but no problems whatsoever.

The one on Walton avenue has been under construction for too long. Change sucks. I liked it better when I knew where everything was. Was trying to buy a Firestick, but it was locked up and there was no Electronics person at all. Guess he dipped out a little early.

Shelves were bare in many sections. The cashier was sweet tho.

They seem to always have what Im looking for at a great price or theyll match it if you find it lower somewhere else...

They were out of most items. I went to the other Walmart near me. Had everything I needed. The other Walmart is doing the floors so its understandable.

Lines could be faster and have actual cashiers. stores going automated and taking away jobs from American people.

Was able to check out with ease...especially when you have anxiety, & special talents

This place was stocked. With a lot of new people coming in even Walmart has stock flying out of there. I was happy to find everything I needed and wanted. Turkish Cotton towels were here and I got them to match my bathroom.

Everyone is always very helpful if I need help and we always have a smiling person to greet you as you walk in. Love walmart

They stay pretty well stocked but in the event that you cant find something it can be difficult to find someone who knows enough about anything to actually help you! Also today was so hot in the store it wasnt cool at all! My opinion is they will lose $$$ in the long run for not keeping it cooler in their stores!

Open till 10:30 pm. And they let you know it at 10 pm. Closest place so thats where I shop. Wish another store closer

Such a huge mart. Every kind of things are found there. Just name it. They have a cool way of payment also.

Shelves were bare, even things, such as dog beds. I wasnt able to get even a 1/3 of the things on my list.Not just groceries, but almost,every part & every section,I went to had little to nothing,that was needed.A week ago, it was just few things, however, seems nothing has been stocked in some sections for well over the last 2 weeks.Usually a pretty good place,to shop, but, has not been,the last 2 to 3 weeks.

The Walmart pickup is a great an helpful idea.

Went on 7/31/21 and kids toy section was cleaned out, especially anything related to Godzilla, King Kong, SpongeBob, and Minecraft. The store was, however, clean and organized.

Walmart Low prices, always somthing on clarance! Right now they are purging out the toy section and hey Christmas is coming up! And TVs on sale too!

Wal mart is going down hill fast!

The store on Walton has gone way downhill. Delivery orders have been wrong or never delivered, they rarely have what youre looking for.

Usually my favorite Walmart. I come here to get my meds because I love the pharmacy despite the fact I live close to the other Walmart. I have nothing bad to say except if you wanted to try on a swim suite this year. Go to the other Walmart. I’ve now been rejected at this one twice. One being today after most of the major restrictions have ended. We called the other Walmart and they allow the changing rooms to be used as well as Franklin’s Walmart letting you. I don’t know what the big deal is but that’s just a helpful tip for anyone struggling with this awful weather this year and wanting to swim.

I was searching for a product in the store and asked someone in that area who was stalking the toys and she did not help me in any manner. I asked her to come with me and she didnt want to do that she wanted to continue what she was doing. She doesnt realize if I wasnt there purchasing a toy she may not even have a job if everyone was treated the way I was. I continued my search and found while I was looking for went to her and showed that I had found my item. She said thats good.

For the walmart on Morgantown road, on MOTHERS DAY, didnt have my sons cake anywhere even though it was ordered 2 days prior, then 1 aisle let me manually enter my card number due to my child taking said card, and waited an hour for the bakery to make a horrible cake, was told I would have a discount, never got that, went to pay for it in the aisle right next to the one I was just in, and got told walmart doesnt let you put in a card number manually. I told her I was just allowed to do it and have done it at several other places and I got nothing but a horrible attitude and treated poorly, even got walked to the door, yeah Karens I seen you guys follow me!

Hate the self checkout. I got a work out bagging my groceries. But better than waiting in long line for the one register that a employee was operating.

Really bad experience at wal-,mart today as usual. It is something seems that occurs every trip to this place. Employees are rude, very poorly trained and seem indifferent to customers around them. I spent 30 years in the retail business,and if I had treated customers the way wal- mart does mow, i wouldnt have had a job very long. And to be fair it is not just walmart anymore. Customer service is dead most everywhere. Customer service is no longer a necessity anymore. Verh little competition, if there was , walmart would have been bankrupt a long time ago before they even realized it. Sad thing to see.

They have the Pokémon cards behind the counter an can only get 2 per house....I thought that was crazy

It’s OK overall. Right now around holiday season however, there are way too many people in the store. I ended up getting about half my grocery list, and opting to do grocery pickup later. The alcohol section of Walmart was perfect though, and it was no problem to get in and out. Plus their selections were great, and the guy working was super friendly and helpful.

Walmart is Walmart for the most part. But I do have to say that the ones in the southern states are a lot easier to get along with as far as parking overnight. The ones in Topeka Kansas will try to run you out before you get your groceries put away.

It’s Walmart. They’re pretty much all the same. I can’t say the stores seem to be well stocked however the restroom was absolutely disgusting.The worst kind of nasty takes days weeks or months to build and that’s the kind of nasty this restrooms was.

I felt like I was going to get scabies walking around that store. Wouldnt recommend if you are traveling.

We went to get new tires put on. The first employee that helped us by checking us in was nice and did his job well. However it took over 2 hours for them to start on our tires and 3 bays were open when we checked in. We went to inquire how much longer it would be and the employee would not answer us. This time is was a lady named Rowana. She unfortunately also checked us out when we were finally done. Something did not have a tag but she did not offer to assist at all I had to go across the store to get another item that has a tag. She absolutely ignored our questions despite us asking loudly and directly. This was the most unprofessional employee Ive dealt with and we will not return for quite some time due to ger attitude.

Not very fond of this walmart they just dnt have much of a variety to choose from...especially being the newer of the 2 Walmarts in Bowlinggreen...I definitely choose Walton Avenue over this one any day hands down
