The store was fine. But when it came time to check out, we had to hunt for an open register. We stop to ask if we can check out at the jewelry check out, cuz we just want to get out and that was where we finally found someone. We instead get a rude lady telling us no of course we cant check out there and that we would have to go to one of the other two stations, one of which being by the entrance to the rest of the mall from JCPenney. She wouldnt tell us what the OTHER station was and just kept telling us to go to that station. I understand being understaffed but no need to be so short with customers and talk over then when they ask questions 🙄

No wonder they always have big sales. Everything in there is outrageous ly priced. Like its a highend store. Very disappointed

Awesome people. One lady took me around the whole store shopping helping me pick clothes out she was a big help! The lady at the register help me out a great deal I saved $100 off my bill by applying for a card. It was very fast approved within one minute I had a great experience there this evening! By the way they are great at catching shoplifters😂😂😂 it was very entertaining LOL

JCP is a great place to shop.

Normally the clearance racks and even new stuff is messy but not at this store. Every rack was neat clean and even sized! Staff was very friendly. Really good shopping experience!!

Love the store, but they dont have enough employee. You have to find someone to help you mostly every time. The design of the store makes no sense, because it takes too long to find your department you looking for. But Ill still shop there.

THIS PLATINUM MEMBER WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. I couldn’t buy my items at the store Bc they were closing in 10mins. I could not process a refund be “ALL REGISTERS WERE CLOSED.”I asked for a manger they person said there wasn’t one available. She was extremely rude!This is a sad excuse for a JC location !I was placed on hold .. and it went in for 15 mins ... and then someone picked up the phone Bc I could hear people talking about “this B on the phone is really thinking....” and that’s all I heard Bc the phone hung upI will be contacting corporate !! I am very disappointed!! I have never been so talked down to in my life. All I was trying to do was buy a few things and ask about an order!

The entire store was on sale. Large selection of girls and womens clothing but very little for boys. The people were friendly and helpful and glad to see shoppers. The whole mall was fairly empty, but everything was clean and everyone wore masks.

The lady that waited on me, put down the wrong phone number, the wrong size for my order, I told her at least 4 times my number and size, Ive been shopping at JCPenneys since my mother took us there when we were just small children, They treated me like, I should have not even said anything about this, like I was the problem... No apologies or nothing from the people that work their... What would you do in a case like this?

My husband bought his outfit here. With the sales going on, that we didnt even know about, he spent about $80!

This place is great!

Theres always a good sale to be had here. The staff has always been helpful and every time I need something like a shirt or a tie for a uniform or an event, I always find what I need cheaper here than anywhere else. The only thing to be considered is that the building could use some renovations in some areas... or just a deep cleaning.

Sales going on, but not even typical Penneys sales. Looked like sales on overpriced merchandise. Ive seen others on social media say the same. Buy online. Prices are better.

I ordered some bedding online and went to the store to pick it up. The bedding was damaged. So, we returned it and tried to reorder it. The new price was more and they expected me just to pay it and go on. This, after we drove 20 miles to pick it up and now were expected to come back again, too. There were no apologies, no concern for our inconvenience. There was just terrible service. I complained to their online customer service and was replied a canned message telling me about their commitment to making their service better. All this BS and they wonder why their business is failing. We will NEVER be back!!!!

Great service

Customer service is the best. I came in wanting to look at some dress shirts. I came out with 4. The guys on the sales floor, Eric and Cameron, went above and beyond customer service. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and for the amount I wanted to spend. At checkout, a young lady named Ku helped me find another way to save even more. Best shopping experience I have had in a very long time.

I love JCP, because it is one of the few places to buy adult womens clothing at reasonable prices. I have visited many of their stores, and I dont usually leave reviews, but this store needs to be complimented. They have a great selection. Also, as a clearance shopper, I was delighted to find their huge clearance area was neat and actually divided by size (which is really rare for JCP or Kohls). Finally, the dressing rooms were empty, including the put-back rack. I couldnt believe it! Its sad that this is the exception, rather than the rule these days, but its true. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

JCPenney in Bowling Green is a great store. It seems a little small for the amount of clothes and accessories they have. However, my husband found the perfect pair of pants for his needs. We are planning to return to purchase another pair of a different color.

Scored some awesome deals for summer in the mens department. Friendly people and super easy checkout. Love this place.

We broke up years ago, but it only seems like yesterday. A frustrating lack of common sizes in stock, rising prices, lack of sales, and reduced product quality all sent me screaming into the retail night. They do have some pretty clean restrooms tucked away at the end of the mall.

I have been looking for Nike boxers in a 2xl and this location was the closet place that carried them in the size I needed. They were even on sale so thats a bonus. Went to Sephora in JcPenney because its the closest store to me, and there was a gentleman working and he was so friendly and helpful.

This store missed removing dye-pak anti-theft device at check out from a clothing with cautions and warning about potential dangers. Called store to ask what we should do and was shuffled from one so-called manager to another until finally in disgust I hung up and put the garment in the trash vowed to never shop at JC Pennys again
