You have an employee with long black hair, young and short. I am unsure of her name but its very rude of her to lock the door in customers faces before your actual 10pm closing time.

Friendly and helpful. They answer my questions or go for help to the manager or person in charge. The turnover in employees is minimal. I get to see the same faces, we talk and share information from time to time. I dont get questioned if I havent been there for awhile. It is close by, within walking distance of several blocks, making it easier to do price checks on a certain item. I do check out their sale flier most of the time.

Friendliest phamarcy staff in town! They are a blessing to my daughters, husband and I. Always put a smile on ALL our faces. Fast service, and knowledgeable! If I need a refill they always reach out to my doctors for me and get it handled. The one lady even saw I was looking for fans when our AC broke and a former landlord was helping resolve it promptly enough, and BOUGHT ME one. Seriously. Talk about a heart of gold for the customers you serve. So blessed! Store has great buy on get one for healthy options and a wide array of snacks and beverages. Vitamins and certain medical supplies are a bit pricey, as is expected with a chain like Rite Aid.

The store was NOT open till midnight on 12/23/17. Because they posted the wrong hours, I was unable to pick up medicine which I could have picked up at the Rite Aid in Maumee which was open to midnight. Please make sure you post the correct hours as people’s health could be impacted negatively when you post the wrong hours of operation.
