Bac was super knowledgeable and nice when I was looking at getting some Apple products, helped me figure out what I really needed and didnt rush me at all and was very patient taking time with me. Check out was easy and made for just another great target run!

This target is a 5 star but the lady that was rude to me after leaving the bathroom made my visit to this Target terrible. She ruined my whole experience. The guy at the self checkout this morning was nice though.

Extremely rude staff, they told me an item was in stock and had plenty in stock, drove almost two hours to this location and were completely out of stock.Stores clean. Employees are rude.Store can’t keep inventory, mostly young teenagers working, and horse playing around.Would be a nice target if it ever had items in stock and could keep items in stock.

Im in line with Alex the cashier he greeted the customer in front of me with a hello and thankyou. When it was my turn to check my items out, no hello or thank you. Returning all items tomorrow thanks Alex. One day you will understand when customers are not buying there is not job security.

Target has long been my preferred store to shop for my household and personal needs. This location is easy to shop and most of the time has all that I need.

Target has a blend of everyday items and unique items that can’t be found elsewhere. Target Always has enough check lanes open to accommodate the people checking out, the wait is never long. Target employees are friendly, available when you need them, and helpful.

I just adore the female supervisor...wish I could remember her name to share with you. Her kindness, efficiency and professional work ethic is so admirable.

If you can avoid this one , I would. Baby clothes section is literally all girl; no boy stuff hardly at all. The shoe section is horrendous 😣 everything was everywhere. I drove 30 minutes to get there. Definitely rather spend the extra 10 and go to another one.

I love that it is so close to the door so you can get in and out. I was able to walk right up, without waiting and was greeted almost immediatly by two friendly faces. Was asked my name, they grabbed my item, i signed and left. They were very nice and was out within 1 minute.

My husband and I both are having some health issues at the exact same time right now so it was extremely helpful for us to be able to just come to the front desk and pick our order up and not have to walk the entire store. The man that went to the back and retrieved the order was so quick and very pleasant about it!

Customer service at my local store is almost always outstanding.

I registered for my baby shower at Target. Some of the guests purchased the Up&Up brand of diapers as a gift. When I went to exchange them for a larger size and did not have the receipt, I was told that they could only give me the lowest price back the diapers were sold at over the past 30 days. For 2 packs of diapers I was given back $3.48. Nowhere are diapers sold that cheap. Because the guests at my shower didnt give me a receipt with the diapers I was cheated by Target. I am going to write a review to warn others to register elsewhere so they will not have to be cheated also. I wasnt asking for anything except to be treated fairly, like Target appreciated my business. Clearly they do not.

It was very easy to order and pick up.

We had bought a vacuum from here (around $100) that lasted exactly three times before messing up. So we thought we should splurge on an expensive vacuum so it would last longer. We did research on the best vacuums and decided with the dyson animal 2. We got it at this location because they had it in stock. When we went to checkout, the employee checking us out was a tall, skinny man wan glasses (with a feminine voice). He started publicly making comments asking us why we would spend this much on a vacuum. It was $399. I told him the reason, and he looked at me and my husband as if we were stupid and said “that’s ridiculous I’ve had the same vacuum forever and it’s never quit on me. I would NEVER spend this much on a vacuum.” We smiled and didn’t say a word. The whole time he was ringing us up he kept making comments about the price. We still kept quiet. Then when he gave us our receipt, he lastly said “Okay guys I’ll wait until y’all leave before I start talking about how stupid you are for spending this much money on a vacuum.” He was not smiling or joking at all. We just walked out. There was a huge line behind us and they also looked at us as if they felt sorry for how much he was commenting on it. We left the store feeling belittled, embarrassed, and stupid. I will never be back to that store after that terrible customer service.

Quick, easy, and less exposure to everyone’s germs.

This Target is one of my favorites. When Im on the road I usually end up stopping at Target for whatever I need, and they are always nice, but the Bowling Green one just seems to always be a little cleaner and the staff a little nicer.Even while construction is going on at the moment, the store is always in perfect condition.

Terrible customer service. Waited20 minutes for an associate in electronics and he never came to help us buy a phone. Went to Best Buy and gave my business to them. Had great service and attention at Best Buy. This is why Target is always empty. Middle of the day on Saturday and maybe 30 customers in the whole store. Will never go back.

I live and breathe Target. I walk in here for toilet paper and end up coming out with decorative storage baskets, granola bars, a rug, clothes, and more.

I purchased two roblox cards from this target my kids got them on christmas from Santa so when not one but both cards didnt work they were so sad and on christmas too. So on the 27th went to target to have them activate them properly so they would work. The customer service was absolutely terrible!! Both the customer service representative working and what seemed to be the manager told me they would not even try to activate them again also refused to let me return or exchange them. Ive purchased roblox cards more times than I can count from Walmart gamestop best buy they all worked just fine. I will never ever shop at target again and I also i didnt appreciate their attitude or the way they treated me. What a waste of $50

Overall a decent store. My only real complaint would be the lack of groceries here. Checkout is typically quick and friendly.

I always find what I am looking for without a problem the employees are always kind and courteous and I like the fact that target is inclusive to every one no matter who they are or how they represent them selves, in their daily lives target does care about the customer first and fire most

Looking for night gowns + size for my sister in law who was having surgery. There was not any 2x gowns. My experience with Target is that they cater to young people, and that their is hardly anything for older and plus sizes. Nor being a plus size myself I can hardly ever find anything to fit me. Lacking in alot of things. Not a good experience at all....

Target has really cute things. I like the section up front where I can find canvas placements - 2 for $3. Im waiting to see what Valentine place mets come in. I saw the $2.99 heart place mats, but the workers cant find them in the Bowling Green store, even though the stock system shows there are 3. The same thing with the XL navy tank tops. It kept showing 2 in stock and I checked back over two times. I finally gave up and bought them on line. I think they need to do an inventory and correct there stock system. It seems like things get lost or stolen and then items dont get reordered because the system keeps showing small quantities.

Nice clean store that you can get all your shopping done without getting ran over by others..& get checked out pretty quick.

Prices are usually higher than walmart, and selection isnt as good on most things. However the store is nicer and they have a good home furnishings area.

This store is an old school Target - it reminded me of the one on White Bridge Rd in Nashville in the late 90s before it became a Super Target. Two stars for nostalgia and a great clothing selection.Unfortunately, those were the only good things about this store when I was there a few months ago.The store itself was dirty in the grocery area, with scuff marks and spills on the floor. Im hoping this was due to the stocking that was going on at the time, and that its usually cleaner than it was then.All but one of the team members we encountered were either rude or simply apathetic, and the kicker was, while we were checking out, there were several employees at the front of the store staring at us in silence while we were going through the line.Yes, I know you dont see an old white man and a young black woman with long dreadlocks together very often, and we were probably a novelty item in BG, but jeez-would it kill you to say have a good night or Thanks for shopping with us...when we walked by?Not cool.Come on guys, you can do better.

I love Target, but the Bowling Green Target is a sad little store compared to the larger Target Greatlands or Super Targets in slightly bigger towns. Bowling Green could well support a Super Target, but for some reason we get the smaller experimental stores.The grocery section is a sad excuse for food shopping, but Im happy we have one in town no matter what, despite the limited selection youd find in a bigger store.

Generally I like target and all the employees are nice, but today while Christmas shopping they had a 50% off sale going for baby and toddler apparel. I thought it meant 50% off everything for babies today but it was a buy one get one 50% off which is fine. I didnt know that until I went to check out and it didnt half the prices so I asked the cashier what was going on. His manager or something Garret came over and looked, then went to another manager to check on it. I guess he thought he was out of hearing distance but I heard him say shes trying to say everythings 50% off like I was TRYING to pull one over on him. Im not TRYING to get stuff for free, it was just a misunderstanding. So yeah. It was embarrassing and Im pretty sure the people behind me heard it so I wanted to crawl in a hole. I dont like making scenes so i just said sorry, paid for my stuff and left. The cashier was nice, but other guy... I hope all it was, was he was having a stressful day or something, but if youre going to use a tone like that about someone, atleast make sure they cant hear you...
