We had TWO flat tires on our horse trailer. We called Northwest and they had exactly what we needed. They quickly and expertly replaced both tires and we were back on the road. Prices are excellent and service is second to none. Highly recommend!

Been working with Shane for a couple weeks on getting polished wheels and new tires for my new to us motorhome before buying it.Hes been very helpful on this service not knowing I was going to go as far as 80 miles to do business with him.We set up a day after he special ordered tires he didnt sell and got them in a very timely manner plus he had 4 of the 6 tires I wanted in stock so it was quick for me to have this done. My wife and I got there in Bowling Green Ohio 45 min earlier then I said and waited maybe 15 min at most and was greeted with courtesy and respect and was told to pull up at a specified location and they started working on taking all wheels off to remount new tires and four highly polished wheels which is done in house at his location at a very reasonable cost. I had brought with me some flexible valve extensions which I was told that in their opinion they tend to leak and with no extra charge they put new ones on that Shane recommended.I was telling the wife inside the coach that we were going to have to buy the chrome accessories that would finish the new shinny wheels off. So with Shane telling me about the new valve stems they replaced he recommended he also had the accessory kit out and showed me how well it all goes together for a very reasonable price, which surprised me he even had them and in stock at such a great price to boot. So needless to say I found a new go to place for my tire needs in our new to us motor coach. I will be traveling the 160 miles to do business with Shane and I highly recommend him and this business.

Friendly, prompt and professional. These guys saved me, replacing 2 tires on my SUV, as I was en route home to Atlanta. They were immediately friendly on the phone as I called at 4pm, panicking that Id get a sorry, lady, not today response. They told me to come on over. In less than 25 mins, I was back on the road with two new tires. They were fair, explaining a few different grades available. I appreciated that! Great work, NW Tire Service!

Always great service and people at very reasonable prices. I have been coming here for 10 years not another tire shop Id even consider. I called at 8:30 yesterday to get tires put on and the got my truck in at 2 and had it finished at 3 cant ask for better than that.

A rebate for the tires and great service made this trip a good experience..the fellows at northwest tire worked on my timeline which was at the spur of the minute., put the tires on the way I requested and had my truck looking good and driving smoothly. Had a fantastic experience today at Northwest Tire Service. Traveling through Bowling Green. Had a tire go flat on our travel trailer. Drove to Northwest Tire with no appointment. The staff was fantastic fit us in right away, found we had a cracked rim, they found us a new rim, switched out the spare and had us back on the road in under two hours. Cant say enough good.
