I always come in and theres great service. Not much parking but it is accessible to Shell gas station literally right next door and BPs up the street

My car battery stopped on Annapolis Road in Bowie. I went in to get the address for my tow service. The cashiers were very helpful. Social distance, everyone were very helpful. Busy , is good, but very helpful.

Its a very convenient spot to come for any liquor or adult related activities. I personally come down here to grab a few bags of ice for family functions which personality adds to the convenience for me. Another key thing is the relaxed atmosphere thats perfect for a quick stop. Not only is the atmosphere relaxing, the workers are also in a good mood but also business professional for a retail liquor store.

Language skills consistently terrible. Understaffed with huge push in lottery leads to arguments with lottery customers because of lack of English while beer and wine customers wait. Very poor communication skills across the board. There may be one out of six staff that is moderately understandable and I have not seen him in weeks. Ok prices, horrendous communication. They would better serve the public by finding a way to turn the business into a vending machine.

Typical establishment take money from blacks but dont feel the need to give a pleasant and good customer service. Of all the few times I went in here the service was always blah. No welcome or helpfulness but maybe its just me. I feel they are overpriced in comparison in the liquor stores around the neighborhood. I dont like when people of a different culture who are perceived negatively treat other people of a different culture terrible. It needs to stop and end. I will not support a business that treats people unfairly or rudely.
