Used Hot ice for my son‘s hockey theme bar mitzvah. We wanted something special for the candlelighting ceremony. They nailed it. It was the talk of the party!!!

I would never consider buying anything from this company. The person who answered the phone was rude. I asked do you sale dry ice? He said no we sell ice sculptures and hung up. I called back and he answered with we don’t sale dry ice so don’t call here again. Don’t worry, it only takes one angry customer to spread the word. I know who not to call for ice sculptures.

Hot Ice has been absolutely amazing to us over the years with beautiful and fun ice sculptures and ice luges. Bob is extremely creative and I am extremely indecisive so he has come up with some great designs for me and carved them beautifully. My favorite he has done was a Hello Kitty ice luge for my birthday and an ugly sweater ice luge this past year for our Christmas party. Bobs ice luges have now become a staple at all of our parties and his work cannot be beat.

We loved our ice sculpture. Our son had a pirates theme birthday party and Bob made a pirate ship ice sculpture that looked owsome. We will use Hot Ice company in the future.
