Made the drive to your shop today, Sunday November 7, 21. We were extremely disappointed to find it closed despite the hours posted and according to your phone message. No one showed up to work today. 3 teenagers ready to spend some serious $$$.

I visited the shop for the first time today after moving to the area. Beautifully kept with amazing tables and minis on display. Well stocked and Zack was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. 10/10 will be coming back soon 🤘🤘

Awesome store. Everyone there is always really nice, the locals are super nice to my daughter every time I bring her in. I never have to worry about her being a bother. Zack is awesome, super knowledgeable about all things Warhammer from models to lore and anything in-between.

Wonderful place would come again, the staff was helpful full of information. Small stablisshment yet full of energy.

Zach is hand down the best! I don’t even play Warhammer, I go in with my partner and always learn something new. The shop is clean and organized. They also following safe social distancing practices.

I just visited with my son. Zach is a treasure!!! Just a wealth of information. He gave my son a ton of places to look for resources to help him with painting. He helped us decide on what we wanted to buy. Gave us tips and even info on upcoming store events. I really wish we had found this place earlier!!

2018 or so: While I preferred the size and location of the previous store, Kevin has always been polite & professional, with a sense of humor and generous advice on painting & army construction. I rather enjoy going there to hang out and listen to folks play, build & talk.2021 update: Zack has done a marvelous job in building up the player base, promoting the game and keeping things alive throughout the pandemic. Kudos to him!

Very Friendly. I am just getting in to miniature painting and the young man who helped me was very nice and helpful. I called first and he called me back as he could not take my call as he was delivering a package for pickup. Very glad to have found this place.

The manager was very helpful for me and he even helped me save some money too. Overall a great time since I have just started this hobby. I loved this place. 10/10

I got my start into Warhammer at this store. Great environment (when things were open); very welcoming and Zach is awesome. Hopefully when things get back to ‘normal’ you’ll find yourself wanting to browse and hang out here for hours like I did.

I bought some miniatures from here for a project I wanted to do. I dont play warhammer, but Zach was very helpful and even sat down with me to teach me the basics of painting. As far as prices, its more cost effective to get the paints and supplies from the store because of online shipping fees.

Great store and lots of folks laughing and having a good time while I was there. Zach was friendly and engaging and also gave plenty of space to explore with no pressure. A pleasure to stop by while I was in the area. Thanks!

Got in 40k over the quarentine and was glad to find this store near me. Zach was helpful and a blast to talk to. I so plan to start playing 40k here when the quarentine ends.

Zack was friendly and more than helpful. No hesitation to explain things and offer to teach anything you want to know (including painting). The store itself is well maintained and organized and other customers are friendly as well.

Zach is the best manager ever! This store is one of the best places in the world in my opinion.

Very nice Warhammer store. Ive been to several across the country, and this one is above par. Pretty organized with space to move around. Zack is very enthusiastic, personable, and gives you your space to shop and browse. The best part was seeing several people engaged, and playing!

Friendly and helpful staff for someone new to the game/not sure if Ill get into it. Great selection, same prices as online, but with a personal touch, and suggestions for painting, etc. Even ordered an Ork set for me when they had none in stock. Occasionally the other customers/players arent the warmest, but I cant fault the store/staff for their behavior.

Im new to the hobby and had a great first visit to the Fairwood Green store. Zack was extremely helpful and genuinely seemed more interested in getting to know me a little bit instead of just making a sale, up-selling me, or not giving me a chance to browse. I generally dont have an interest in much conversation at a store, but Zack was personable, as opposed to just trying to make a sale. He also gave me plenty of time to browse in peace. When I had a question he was ready to help, and he also gave me a good run down of upcoming sales and events without interrupting my browsing time. Its not a huge store so having some time to look on my own was nice. He even saved me a few bucks when I picked up a pot of airbrush paint and double checked if thats what I wanted instead of the regular base paint. I definitely dont have an airbrush yet. Highly recommended and looking forward to visiting the shop again.

Helpful and beautiful

My boyfriend and I went there when he visited me here from California. The manager was helpful enough to find him a war hammer near his place. I was glad that my SO got to nerd out! He was so helpful. Recommend it so much!

Warhammer- Fairwood Green is a great place to learn and play the game of 40k and Age of Sigmar. With the great learning environment and accessibility to play your games , the store is well organized and the store manager is sensational and compassionate about the hobby. Would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Zach is a great and honest manager, I always feel welcome in the store. Its like a family away from home.
