Great. Clean store. Well stocked.Sales rep was nice, friendly and made sure all the cleaning products were closed and separate from everything else. Appreciate it.

I know its a discount store but there is very little I would actually use from this store.

The new Spring items are out!! Such cute stuff for your home without breaking the bank. I see they rearranged the cashier stations, great idea. Just remember to move your cart over, so others can get pass. My cashier Jayla was such a delight. I hope she is there when I go back. She was professional, efficient and friendly. Thats hard to come by nowadays.

Great selection of household items. We found a nice headboard on clearance and stools. Anthony was extremely helpful! Wish we could order out of stock items in the store, but you have to wait till next shipment.

I can always find great items in Big Lots!! The Store Manager was friendly. She was cleaning up the register before leaving the store. Really friendly cashier (Omar). There was a Team Leader of some kind on the floor, she was COMPLAINING like crazy to a young co-worker. I said, Hi!, she told me, Im busy! Ok!

We went in today to check out the furniture. We were pretty happy w the selection & prices. We picked up a few toys for ou son who’s birthday is tomorrow.As we got to the register: both cashiers where on their cellphones. Since there was not any signs as to where the line started I asked both cashiers and both gave me a smart response. I ignored them. I just wants to pay for our items & get out the store.We visited w both our kids who where pretty restless. As soon as the cashier scanned several items I placed them inside my reusable bag and told my husband I would wait outsid by the bench w the kids. There were still more items on the belt which the cashier was still ringing up.As I’m sitting outside I get a call to go back inside. We go back & he tells me the cashier said we were stealing. At no time would we ever steal!!! The accusation was uncalled for and management should address this w their “professional” staff!The last toy items we chose were not scanning. Yet, I saw the items I placed inside my bag on the screen that’s why I walked away + he stood behind at the register waiting for the rest of the items to be rung up. I did not want my kids inside the store any longer so I wanted to wait outside instead of being inside the store w them.The manager was called. He came up. Fixed the problem. I told him at no time were we ever steal - all the sudden the apologies from the cashiers came out. We are 2 professionals how dare they falsely accuse us of stealing when he NEVER left the store & was waiting to pay!!! The cashiers saw us together. We were so close that there was no way they could say they thought I was by myself!All this occurred at around 1pm today. Thanks Big Lot’s bowie for the great customer service experience! Train/Educate your staff!

I will not visit this store again. They barely know anything & arent good at helping customers. No one knows about the free deals. They barely speak. Ill travel to the other location in the future.

The time I went, there was only one young man working the register (the manager). He said another worker no-call/no-showed on their busiest day but his attitude and customer service was extremely patient and positive.

Manager Tony is always super friendly and helpful. Patrons were getting riled because there was not one line from which the next open cashier would take the next customer. Overall though, a pleasant shopping experience as usual. Kudos!

Just had the worst experience... I tried to purchase some journals, got to the register and there were no stickers to be scanned to ring up the books. I told the cashier that it came out of a box that had a price on the outside of $4. She went back to see and was being rude about it saying thats not the price... she made me feel like I was trying to pull a fast one... it is not my fault that they forgot to tag there merchandise. There was also a full box of the same journal right behind the box I got mine from which said $4 as well. She refused to be logical stating that thats not the price but yet she didnt know what the price was. I was being treated like scam artist over a journal! This Big Lots employees need to be retrained and to get their priorities right. Customer service first. I will never be returning to that location.

You can pay a lot at Walgreens.You can save at Walmart.Theres Ashley and Value City Furniture stores.You can always wonder why you spent so much as Target.Or you can go to Big Lots. Their rewards program is great and their prices are still tough to beat.I knew I was onto something this morning when the store was packed....so people know whats up.Will be back, kudos to the wonderful team members.

I love the store and the staff I come here often. As usual Big Lots marks down the price of items that other stores would charge an arm and a leg.This is by far the best place to do Christmas shopping for kids. They usually beat Amazon prices and you obviously dont have to wait for their items to come in the mail.

I gave one star because they had what were looking for. Where they failed was when my mother who is a senior citizen asked if they had a discount, the manager stated the she never heard of Big Lots having a Senior citizen discount. I was with my mother and I told her that I would check with corporate. Well the online chat person stated that they dont have one and sorry for the inconvenience. I asked why? Then Tina the online chat person then asked was there anything else she could assist me with. Really??Very disappointed that in this time when so brick and mortar shutdowns. The more mature consumers really are the majority still using the brick and mortar. You would think that a small thing as a discount to make them feel better about shopping at your store wouldnt be a inconvenience for Big Lots.Just awful service all around.

Seeing my hobbling with my cane as I came in Lucy asked if I wanted a cart. Thinking I was only looking at things near store front, I refused the offer. However, she directed a staffer to bring a cart as I browsed. I accepted gratefully and, of course, nought more than Id planned to.

Came to this store from another location to pick the rest of my order on 12/17/18 around 9:45pm and was told I had to pay extra. The manager at the furniture department was rude and offer little assistance. When I ask for their customer service department he told me there was none. This guy is unprofessional and need to be trained on how to accommodate customers. Will never buy anything from biglots period.

That was my first being at Big Lots .I do not get out much .I had fun. This Big Lots is different from theOthers Big Lots stores.

Purchased a box of La Croix water on 1/1/19. Today so reached in the box and pulled a sealed empty can. When I further investigated, there were several more smashed cans with mold growing in the box. Unacceptable and the manager is giving me the run around refusing to answer calls. The cashiers state there is nothing they can do. I will be reaching out to their corporate office.

They dont always have the same items as they buy in big lots and replenish as they continue on supplying us with the same and some times different items that are really good and WAY AFFORDABLE. The employees are always polite and helpful.

Called about a replacement matress for a twin sized bed. A young lady answered the phone then continued to have a conversation with a gentleman. Not sure if customer or other employee. After a couple minutes a i said hello hello trying to get her attention .She then hung up on me. Called again she greated then put me on hold then was disconnected. I called 3 more times was not greeted but transfered on hold. The fourth time i called a gentleman answered and informed me that they dont have matress. A diservice to your customer service deptartment from her at 7 15. 9 .3. 2019.

Good store. Clean and good prices. Could not find wasbi round crackers - my favorite. Have been in several times but can no longer find - mmmmm.

They used to have a lot of natural sodas, which we would stock up on. It seems theyve stopped getting a supplyOtherwise, there is a decent selection of foods that have been purchased from other groceries. Professional staff, and clean bathrooms.

Ive always liked big lots i can find some name brand items at a cheaper price compared to other bigger stores that will mark it up .
