I will never buy from the again shady

Purchased a range, dehumidifier, and microwave from Alpha Appliances on June 26.The microwave was advertised as brand new (scratch and dent) but came packaged with the wrong sized plate which wobbled. When I returned on July 3rd, the workers were not able to find the correct sized plate for the microwave and did not offer any other remedy.The dehumidifier never worked, and when I attempted to return it, I was told there is a no refund policy, only exchanges. However, every dehumidifier they had in stock was defective in some way (broken plastic, major cosmetic defects, or broken compressor). Knowing this, the owner and employees still refused a refund.The reviews on this page, are from the employees and owner himself. The owners name is German Hernandez, and my cashier was Rosa Munoz.I would treat this business as no more reliable than a seller on Craigslist of Facebook marketplace. Be cautious and pay with a credit card so you can dispute the transaction if needed.

Theres a lot of variety and budget ranges to pick from. Prices are firm but you can haggle a bit. Theyre friendly and professional. If youre looking for a fridge, range, washer or dryer, check them out.

Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALPHA APPLIANCES. I bought 2 refrigerators from this store. He shipped the wrong size and color to me as he knew I was not around to double check.PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. HE IS A VERY DISHONEST GUY.

I went to Alpha Appliances a year ago and bought a package of washer and dryer, range and refrigerator everything is still working Perfectly. Would definitely recommend and definitely would go back.
