I order from this location quite often as does the company I work for. Trying to get a hold of the owner to express my issue has been impossible since hes never there and doesnt seem to have a schedule. What a way to avoid accountability. According to his workers theres no one in charge to speak to. Im left to do this instead which is complain about an order placed that was completely wrong. I was even given a sandwich made with two end pieces of bread, that felt like an insult. I planned on purchasing a ham and sides for thanksgiving but cant see doing so without my concerns being addressed. Cant say I expect any action from this since it seems purposeful to not have anyone available to receive complaints.

Purchased a 4.6lb boneless ham for Easter. The ham was good but usually it is excellent. It seemed to be lacking taste this year. Maybe I just bought a so so one but will try them again.

No nutritional info available in the store. Km not allowed sugar, which everything they sell has sugar because of the glaze. The clerk said the chicken salad does not have sugar. Cool! First taste, a mouth of sugar. 6th ingredient is high fuctios corn syrup. Well damn. 9$ wasted. On the uo side if I could have sugar tasted great.

The food is good, but they messed up our PREORDERED & PREPAID Thanksgiving dinner. When we went to pick up our dinner, only 2 of the 4 sides we had paid for were available. We didnt get the candied apples, but even worse, no sweet potato souffle on Thanksgiving. They replaced our with a cake and a side of gravy. (We didnt order any potatoes. ) Even though I was very disappointed, I tried to give them grace, because anyone can make a mistake. Everyone in the long line was upset, and some were yelling, and I didnt want to add to their misery.Later, when recounting the experience to friends, several different people shared that they had the same experience...Last year!! So Honeybaked Ham didnt learn from their mistakes last year. We wont order a holiday meal from them ever again. The turkey breast was delicious.

We ordered two weeks in advance for Thanksgiving this year as we wouldnt be needed a huge meal (only four in our immediate household). We confirmed that our sides and turkey would be available for pickup the day before Thanksgiving. Upon arrival today, Wednesday 11/25/20 they told my husband that we gave all of our sides away to walk-ins and refused to offer the remaining sides and portion of turkey as complimentary. There were no apologies made and now we SOL on Thanksgiving. Thanks HBH Co.

Well let me start by saying the employees were kind, courteous and professional,This was the first visit that my wife and I have made to this shop,We went to check about a ham,A 4lb ham came in at over $55We also ordered a couple sandwichesThe Tavern club which was a very good tasting sandwich. However.....I had a different idea to what the bread might be & if you were able to choose a bread they didnt tell me, so we got our sandwiches and went home, once home i opened the wrapper to find what appeared to be regular square loaf style wheat bread, like from a bag.Im sorry, but if im gonna pay $9.00 for a sandwich i would prefer more bread options or bread that didnt appear so generic. YES IT HAD A TERRIFIC FLAVOR!, THE STORE WAS CLEAN,AND WE WILL GET SANDWICHES AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, BUT THE HAMS ARE JUST WAY WAY TO EXPENSIVE....EDIT...we returned a second time and they do have a list of breads available on the counter & I just didnt see it. Sry

Took 15 minutes in a dead store to make 1 sandwich. Which was 8$ barely any meat on it.... Hams, turkey outrageous prices.

Big chalkboard easel advertising coffee. Asked for coffee with meal deal. Associate did not know if that was possible, so she asked young lady maki g the sandwiches , who said yes. The guy on the register butts in with we have no coffee:! We says then take the big chalkboard down. 1/2 hour later when we left still up. The kid on the register could not ring up the order before us for some reason as well. My wife asked for a cup for water, they said sure, she never got it. Too much money for 2 very mediocre sandwiches, no drinks, no sides, $15.92. Another customer was complaining about the ants.

Well I wish I was writing a good review but it seems that one of my favorite lunch and catering needs fell short again. Has anyone else have horrible service and not to great meal ??? I felt as if nobody had a clue what was going on ??? Too many young kids trying to chit chat with each other and not doing anything. I do hope things come around and they get there act together because it is a shame that another restaurant in town, not being run under good management, could lose a lot of business.

Hey wasnt there I was at Taco Bell but I did watch a guy with a lint brush getting on cat or dog hair off of him in the parking lot for 5 minutes no thanks a employee never again haha

Reading the reviews should have made me make a better choice. Unfortunately I decided to go there anyways and give it a shot. Customer service is garbage, 3 teen boys with shaggy hair couldnt have given a care in the world for the customer. Uh, were out of wrap for the turkeys so this is all we have. As he handed me a turkey dried out in a styrofoam container. Skip this place and go somewhere else.
