Dropped off prescription with pharmacist and he told me it would be filled in 20 minutes. Came back to pickup in exactly 20 minutes and they closed the pharmacy for a mandated break. How nice he reframed from telling me it would be a lot longer.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used it is taking over 4 hours to get a prescription filled. I will definitely be changing pharmacies even if I have to drive out of my way. If you are sick and need a prescription right away go somewhere else. If I could give this a zero star rating I would.

Been here waiting wdting over half hour to pick up insulin prsecription.that was sent over earlier in the week by doctor. It takes way too long for them to give it to you.

Slow to refill prescriptions. Not filled on time. Many times have to return for same refill. Slow to answer phone, or will not answer call. (3 attempts). Annoying

The personal at this pharmacy have no idea of customer service. Wait times are extreme with long lines and no apparent concern from employees. If my doctor calls a prescription into the pharmacy, it might be ready the next day or not. Reaching the pharmacy by phone is a joke, if someone does answer, you can’t be sure of the truth. I have been told a prescription was ready and arriving at the store being told it would be 30 minutes and after an hour being told again 30 minutes. The attitude seems to be “we are doing you a favor.” One of the counter clerks recommends going to the South Kankakee Walmart for decent pharmacy service. This is not a one time complaint and spending so much time in line waiting, I get the same story from other customers. The common refrain is that Meijers will be here next year and they will be taking their business there. Me too.
