I went in today and asked for help sending an email or a fax , I had forgotten my glasses so wasnt able to do it myself.... I was told to put my DEBIT card in the fax machine and do it myself. If you dont want to do youre job.....than stay home dont be rude to customers!!!! I am an unemployed person who would love to do youre job BETTER!!!!!

Went there and found was i needed walking over to the ckeck out counter has to wait at least 10 minutes to ckeck out in the meantime there was 3 other employees over on the other side of the store didnt brother to help me are either get the person who were working the counter were i was at to ckeck me out really poor service

Second time been there in 2 weeks. I get pictures enlarged and theyre the best.

Went to Staples to check out computer printers. Found some good ones here. I like the fact that they greet you when you enter in store. My dislike is the biggest automatic slide door. I have ever seen. The doors will confuse you on which way they open and close. Little spaces to walk through make it. To where you have to walk around. To exit. I think it may confuse you. If a fire was to occur. I almost ran into the glass door going out. I think doors should not be this big. Just a waste of glass and space. Plus little walk ways going out in front of exit make it a extreme fire hazzard. Other then this its a great place to get office supplies. Only three stars from me. Because of the doors and little spaces on exit.

They made some prints of artwork for me that s week. They were excellent quality and the batch I needed on the spot were done within minutes. Theres always a friendly greeting when you come into the store, someone ready to help, and often some good conversation.

Great store, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The ladies at the print section were awesome. I was able to use the self printer with no issues and it was my first time utilizing that service.The only issue I had was when I checked out and the cashier kept trying to scan a UPS promotional coupon included on my self printer receipt and started to get mad at me because it obviously wouldn’t work. When I pointed out it was UPS coupon she got down right nasty to me. I won’t be going back.

First, let me say that Sam, in the print shop, gets 5 stars from this review. The manager is why this review is a bad one. The Manager at this Branch of Staples prefers to lean on a pallet of paper playing door greeter instead of assisting his swamped print shop. If the print shop employee had a question he would slowly saunter over, answer the question, then saunter back to his pallet to resume playing door greeter. Very poor management and poor customer service from the manager, I think his name is Jeff. Sam at the print shop deserves a raise and a promotion.

Was a nice atmosphere and good music in the background. Steve was a really helpful person. Helped us carry stuff to our car. Very happy.

I phoned to find out about printing a document from my email. I understand that I may need to create a PDF or go through some process to ensure this happens. I need a printout of the email. I phone ahead to make sure I am prepared for when I come in.Why do I need to sit and listen to all the things you cant do? I may have been rude by interrupting the woman on the phone but I asked her cant she just tell me what she can do? And tell me what I would need to do to make this happen?Im on a schedule. I need to make this happen. Even after I explain that creating a pdf from my email would be no problem I know how to do this and can email it to your location I want to verify this is what I need to do and she is like telling me more of what they cant do and finally she is like yeah this would be the preferred process.Maybe this is a no experience necessary position answering the phones here.. But seriously if there were other options and I wasnt out of town and needing to print out my documents I would have searched far and wide for other services. Halfway through the conversation with her I actually considered just buying a new printer. I am glad I dont live here and have to depend on these services.

I didnt find pencil grips. They had a pack with pencil top erasers and big erasers but not pencil grips by them selves 😐

Nothing is readily alavailabe & a lil over prices for school supply . A little disappointed OfficeMax had way better deals but Staples isnt too bad
