Very helpful and kind made my shirt in 10 minutes!

30 minutes late to opening their own store. Someone else let us in and we were just sitting there for until he walked in and didn’t even apologize for being late. Random stuff laying all around. And apparently you need to supply your own design

He gets upset very quickly. Would not recommend. You have to pay before he prints your shirt and then he keeps your money whether you like it or not.

My experience at this place was absolutely disgusting. This guy agreed to do a project for me. He recommended that I go buy a type of fabric from a local fabric store to use for my specific project so I went and bought it. The next day I came in to have it done. I was pretty excited. When I first walked in there was no one there. I just sat in a chair and kind of waited for him to arrive. Once he did, things seemed to go well at first. He allowed me to look up photos online of what I wanted because I actually couldnt find an image that would work best for my custom project. The first red flag was that he occasionally starred down at his phone in the of me trying to explain my vision to him. Also, in the mist of him trying to inform me of copyright and dimensional issues, he was being distracted by his phone. I had to take charge and measure the fabric to my liking. Every now and then, he would come over to assist me once he put his phone away. Then he would just take it back out and ask me to give him one second.Second red flag... After I cut out the desired piece from the fabric, he came and told me that its not going to work well with the measurements of the machine. So now I was finally given the correct dimensions of his machine. I had to cut another piece of fabric.Due to copyright issues from some of the images I showed him, I had to search for images that may not be subject to copyright . It took quite some time but once I finally found one, he said that it would be smaller than what i initially wanted and would not cover the entire cut of fabric that was set aside. I just asked him to blow up the image until it fits and I will touch it up afterwards with my creativity if i feel that it is too blurry.Third red flag.... His mood changed. He kept saying that he would have to leave in five minutes to take care of some other business. I told him that I understood and asked him if i would have time to run to the parking lot to get my method of payment and he said sure and that his policy is that he doesnt start printing until after the customer pays anyway. After i came back he told me pointed up at a sign begin the counter saying something about a 3% tax included. Then I started to read the other signs next to it.One read NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES or something of that sort. The other sign read COLOR MAY NOT COME OUT THE SAME AS SHOWN ON COMPUTER OR PHONEAt this point I figured, Im just going to go ahead and try it out.I told him okay Im ready and he pulled out one of those digital card scanners or whatever they are called. I asked him if he had a real cash register and he said no. He then mentioned an ATM down the lobby and I declined because it isnt affiliated with my bank. I asked him if that card scanner thingy was safe and his reply was I can not tell you that ...That was the fourth red flag so I left. I honestly wanted to give this guy the benefit of a doubt but my impression of him just became too poor. He showed his frustration and boredom the entire time. He doesnt seem as if he care about his customers at all. As if he doesnt care if you give him business or not. Seems really entitled and money hungry. As far as my name goes, you never cared or asked me my name through the entire process! Why are you so concerned all of a sudden? Youre not going to get it. I dont want any more dealings with you.Just accept it. Not every customer is going to be satisfied with how you operate. The fact that youre pretending to be clueless of this particular incident is even more disturbing. Good luck with your business dude.

My experience here was phenomenal, they had a wide variety of colors and pre-done custom clothing for sale, the clothing and such to buy are available to custom which I found amazing, The hoodies I got from there, atleast four, were amazing, last time I went there before December I had gotten two hoodies in not-as-good material but honestly I still LOVED them, but the ones I got in december which were better matieral I loved because of how much more softer it was. Honestly.10/10. Fast service too.
