I came in to ask about my mattress protector that got ruined in the dryer. I explained everything and without even having to bring the old one in. They instantly ordered me a new one. I forgot who helped me but he was extremely helpful and friendly. So glad I purchased everything from them!

The gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable, I got everything I wanted, and was in and out in under 30mins

I would like to start by saying that the sales person at the store was great he did everything he could to help us out and get us what we wanted. That being said there was a lot of issues that he had to over come and figure out to give us what we wanted. For example the offer a weighted blanket that you can purchase and they had around 8 or so in the store but when he tried to sell it to us the system said he had none in stock and gave a delivery date that it would arrive at our house. Also the mattress we bought was in stock at the warehouse but if we wanted the purple sheets that were not in stock but could be ordered it would not allow him to deliver the mattress till the sheets could be delivered at the same time. Even with the issues he had he was able to struggle through it and keep us happy with the outcome.

Brian did an excellent job with assistance me with a mattress purchase. He listened to my needs and concerns and provided great information to help me with the right decision. Also, had a great personality!!!!

I wanted my ordered shipped to the Bradley store, which he was trying to get it shipped to a home. I had to suggest a different mattress to make sure it could be delivered to the store.Going to pick-up the mattress and box spring, we went to the incorrect location. The one directly across the street. The sales associate was not friendly and was NOT WEARING a mask.Thankfully, we were welcomed by Jonathan, who carried our purchase to our truck. Brad was amazing!!!!! I live out of town so when I first went to a Mattress Firm and found the bed I wanted it was in another town. I was in Kankakee so I stopped at the Bradley Mattress Firm to order my bed. Brad found me all sorts of discounts the other store did not. He found errors the other store made on my estimate. Went in for the labor day sale and was very happy. Great customer service, found a great mattress and the adjustable base was included. Also was able to get great financing for the deal, very affordable.

I came in yesterday and met Adam! Which I was so glad because I read great reviews about him! He was beyond incredible! I went in only knowing I wanted to finance a new bed, and I wanted king size. He started out with the goldilocks test, I tested 3 kinds of comfort levels, he was so patient and I layed in each bed probably 4 or 5 times before deciding the plush was what felt the best to me. Then he showed me how amazing the adjustable base is-both head and feet and I was blown away. Immediately from just a 15 degree incline my body felt so relaxed and comfortable, literally like 20 pounds was lifted off my entire body, when he put the bed back flat I knew there was no going back, I needed this adjustable base! He showed me several mattresses that he believed would be a good fit for not only me, but for my partner who was not there with me based off description. Adam was so knowledgeable on every mattress detail, every base detail, from point A to Z he covered everything flawlessly, I decided on going with the Serta Perfect Sleeper, king size for the price of a queen of course! And that adjustable base I decided I couldnt live without-I got that too thanks to Adam!! He really made my first time mattress buying experience such a great time! He made me feel so welcome and comfortable, easy going with a positive vibe and truly did everything in his power to accommodate every wish on my wishlist. I was going to buy one of the internet mattresses, but i was hesitant even with the 120 day trials offered bacause I didnt really know what I was going to get. Heard the ads for memorial sale and decided to stop in. Brian greeted me and asked questions about my needs, then had me try several bed types to get an idea about what i would like.I spent quite a while trying different suggested beds in my price range and a bit higher. I eventually chose the midrange price of 3, more than I intended but I think it was worth it. They gave me lower prices on sheets and 2 pillows free. Ive had the bed 3 nights so far, it is very different than my 10 year old cheap mattress. I think it will break in nicely but right now is firmer than what I tried in the store, which Brian said it would be to start.I would recommend the store to try the mattresses before you buy, knowing what you get new will probably be more firm than that what you tried in the store. Nice job, Mattrss Firm.
